Beware of warranty (3 years) and Extended (5 years) warranty. In the Extended warranty only engine transmission and gearbox are covered. Any other is not covered and they charge you exorbitantly for any defect.So advise is to go to good local workshops after the 3year period where they all know how to repair your Nissan Patrol and you will be paying 25 percent of the agency rate. When they tell you service with us or no warranty, dont believe. Extended warranty is a scam.This is my experience. (Nissan Patrol Platinum, 2018 model)

Before there was no waiting time at the Nissan service center. Now they just moved 100m further away and it s a total mess!! Just dropping my Patrol which usually takes 5 to 10mn max! Noone helping, long queues, completely disorganized, zero manager present. Shame to treat customers like this…

It seem that the move to newer and fancier facility has made everything mega slow. Dropping the car for service which was a 30 mins job now take 2 hours? The whole staff is new and the service is turning to its worst…. A couple of years ago they used to atleast call and update on the status… now you have to chase only to get a vague understanding…. Customer service surely going in a consistent downhill… well done Nissan

Very Bad! They dont follow token number. Whoever goes to a service adviser, they just accept it.Update: They do not use tokens, dont bother taking one. Its a chaos!! ....

My 4 year old car is rusting, they made me pay for the repairs and 1 year after the same spots started rusting again.I have owned 10-12 year old cars that didnt ever rust.I escalated the issue to them via emails and a visit to their shop. They did nothing to date and ignored me for almost a month. They keep dancing around the issue over and over, knowing the the car is defective and not wanting to admit it.I know I will be selling my Nissan at a huge loss, sadly, and will never buy from this brand or dealer ever again.I will make sure I will share this story with everyone I meet.Dont buy a Nissan, its paint quality is so poor, their service costs are ridiculous and their service staff couldnt care less.Beware of premature rust issues with your Nissan Pathfinders and Xterras. Its cost cutting manufaturing defect that they try to hide.

With ever increasing population with Nissan & Infiniti cars, the service centers are not upgraded or expanded as a result we have to wait for whatever we need, crumpled space, not enough workforce, not enough technicians.. wait longer.. this is normal and getting extremely worse in all other brand service centers too. Dubai needs new spacious centers...

Shinoi Satheesan and Sujith both service advisors from the Sheikh Zayed road Service Center for Arabian Automobiles have not returned any of my calls for the past 1 months where I was waiting for an approval on parts under my warranty. Their absolutely pathetic excuse for customer service should be looked into by the HR team and deal with severely. I am completely disgusted by the level of service this team has offered and sincerely hope they are disciplined for making me call back over and over again to follow up on what I need!!!!

Extremly bad service, i had a service appointment, and came there on time. I Had to wait 20 minutes In my car and no one bothered to assist me. I had to go look for someone and ask 3 people (2 of whom ignored me) until someone came to assist me. Complete lack of respect for peoples time and really bad attitude.In the midst of a pandemic, they still use paper and touch tablets that you and many other people have to touch without sanitization.

This is a cheat shop especially when you have a contract with them. Everything they say is as per recommendation from Nissan and abviously not covered in the contract. I dont understand why i should have a contract with them. Today - however they contradicted themselves. I am an owner - have no issues with the car but really dont like to go to the service centre. At my 10000km service i was told to flush oil which i obliged and as expected its not covered in service. Today again - they tried to sell me the same product and now they say - Nissan recommends at 20000. Doing it at 10000km is customers prerogative. I recommend everyone should review a copy of their service contract. The 3 year or 50000km is actually 2.5 years 50000 km which ever is earlier. Because every 6 monthly service you do is tagged to a 10000 km. Complete eye wash. The service contract also states that every contract owner is entitled to 25 to 45 % discounts on spares and labor - which they do not provide unless asked. Same happened with me today and since i had already paid - they made excuses. I bought a 50 dirham AC filter for over 300 AED.The agents are just trying to cross sell things on back of Nissan recommendation. They go to any extent to cheat people. Very unhappy with the experience.Honestly - they just see every customer as a target. They have no intents to provide service. Just a rip off.

Staff not caring

Otherwise goodnot a good experience. when we book for service, we are informing what are the complaints but then also they cannot resolve due to unavailability of parts. Large networks in UAE, also cannot arrange the parts.There is no transparency between customers and service advisers. When we call to check the status of a vehicle, the service adviser replied service is going on but in reality no service going due to the unavailability of parts. They dont know the value of other peoples time. Very expensive for service.

Dont ever buy Nissan. first i went for regular service, I kept the car. couple of hours I received a call from the service centre advicing to changes brakes and brake pads, and built urgently, even it wasnt at all in my mind to pay for ore than just minor service. however they have done what they wanted to do. not what the cars need, just like like anything in the place, you visit hospital, they will start to ask you for many tests that you do not need. back to service centre , i received the car and paid large amount that I have not paid in Gargash. unfortunately the car does not need for more than service. howwever just now I received the car loud noise in the engine, brakes wired sounds, thats why they asked me to receive the car very late in the evening. just seconds before the service closed. as they know if I heard it when I am there I will ask to put it back to the way they have received it . it was a mistake from the beginning to choose such brand. I never recommend them over over priced with poor service and mechanic

Worst experience for the first time with service advisor. I would definitely not recommend this place. They made an excuse to help me for extended warranty and as I had genuine problem and now they r telling me its not covered. What a disaster. All these years just went on trusting them blindly.

Atrocious ! When buying the vehicle they provide a different price for service and when you finally go for service , they increase the price by 2000-3000 DHS.

Not clear on what needs to be done. Changed some parts (additional charge) without informing me.

Sent in the car for having minor vibration (noting that i was traveling for almost 20 days) even though the car is brand new. Took them 2 days to tell me that the car requires new tires even though the car has 4K KMs on it and has warranty on it, which is nonsensical. I started regretting dealing with Nissan in UAE...

Good service provided for the cars and good staff. However, if you are going to sit over there during your car is being serviced, then you will find the sitting place poor and not comfortable. The steel benches won’t help you anything longer than 15 minutes. Cleanliness of the place is also a problem as there is only 1 bathroom available for staff and all guests and it’s dirtiest. Many people sit over there as they come from other cities. Rest the service is good and best. You can book through their mobile app for advance appointment.

The employee were absolutely kind and very helpful , however i have forget an item in my car so i went there and they have moved the car to a parking lot and the place was absolutely garbage the place was just some unattended parkings with big holes on the ground you have to be very careful entering there all over the place there was no shade nor any protection for the car , the cars are just stocked there over each other , i was wondering how sedan cars could enter there, i was absolutely astonished.

The worst costumer service started from the showroom. The sales agent showed me a full option Xtrail with the price of the basic one. Lots of wrongful information and lies... After doing all the challenging preparing paper work, they gaveme another car!
