Before I took my car in for alignment I asked several questions and explained my concerns and Mr Juergen personally answered all my questions step by step and that made me feel 50/50 about this place already because everybody nowadays claims to be the best in business. But, when I showed up and they took the car for alignment they were working on the car as if it’s their own and the staff were taking care of everything before I even point them out. Overall good people and good services. I will come back again in future !

Mark and Jurgen are very professional gentlemen and helped out install my new headers and Exhaust system onto my car. As I travel alot they sent me videos and pictures of the installation and final sound check. 1 year later and she is still perfect and sounding amazing. Thank you AutoHaus team

Car was taken in for a bumper repair and returned to me with a damaged alloy wheel. Only thought to check the actual repair when I collected the car (back bumper) didn’t occur to me that they might have dinged the wheels. Got home and noticed a the damage to front driver side wheel. Raised complaint at earliest convenience the next morning, after 2 weeks of ‘investigation’ I’ve just been told that they will not repair the wheel as I didn’t report it when I picked the car up. I’d STRONGLY recommend you do not use this company, if for some reason you have to, then FULLY inspect your car when you pick it up! Absolutely appalling service!

Great service and great hosting, staff is very professional with timing and with their work. I’ve done major and minor service with them and its truly exceptional how they handle the the car, I had them pick up my car from my house in no time and and picked it up clean and ready to go. As a person who used to deal with agency service, this is much better and would recommend anyone who truly cares about their car to visit the shop and get the best treatment for their car!

The car went back into the workshop as the engine was not running correctly and the engine coolant light was coming on. Car was thoroughly checked and all the relevant issues mentioned were checked and fixed. Car was then returned to me, cleaned and running smoothly and all of the above carried out in the expected time frame. Would recommend Autohaus most definitely as there customer service is top drawer and pay attention to every detail and appear to go that extra mile.

When to Autohaus to get some upgrades installed on my BMW M2 Competition. They did a great job of getting everything installed and dialed in perfectly. Thanks to their awesome work, the car felt great and i saw some improvements in my lap times. highly recommed them.

I took my bimmer to Autohouse for a major service. They explained what they are going to check and replace, and more importantly, how much the service will cost. They promised to be done by the end of the day. At sharp 5.30pm I received a call that the car is ready. When I collected the car, I paid the sum they quoted me and also, they sanitized my car for free. The whole process was professional and caring. I’m very happy with their service, highly recommended!

Autohaus came highly recommended by my friends who have expensive super cars. First, since it is in Dubai, i was very careful who i let touch my cars, because i dont want to be a victim of scams, and over pricey bills .When i first came there I was treated very well by the lovely staff, who made me feel very comfortable. Then always, I was served water all the time, which is something that more garages should do in the summer! Then i spoke to them, and found out they have really have in depth knowledge of Lamborghinis, and could repair anything, which they did!I decided to have a warranty with them, and when my car broke once, they where very very fast to pick up the car, and fix it in 1-2 days. Then my car has been working very well ever since with no problems what so ever !If i could give them more stars I would! Big thanks to Jurgen, Mark and his team!

Went for the service of my car in july 2020, all went well, However, I asked for a quote for some repairs to be done, I only got an answer 2 month after, after being told I will get it the next day. Unless you are a regular customer don’t have high expectations. They do the job, but customer service/ satisfaction is not their priority.

Porsche dealership in KSA had my car for 4-5 days and they could not figure out what was causing this vibration noise my car was making from the rear. A few friends suggested I send the car to all the way to Dubai for AH to take a look.Within 24 hours from the car arriving to AH, i was told exactly what was the issue, how much it would cost to fix it + how long it would take. I gave them the green light to proceed. My only regret is i wish i sent my car to AH 2 months ago instead of waiting all this time trying to figure it our locally.10 out of 10 for quality in the services they provide, pricing & their overall honesty 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I am not sure what is going on at this place recently.Put my scirocco R in for an oil leak, took two weeks to fix. No contact made to me, I was always chasing them.Got the car back, timing belt cover not re-fixed. Promised someone would be out to my place in 2/3 days, some story about plan to come to check if oil was still leaking (from the timing belt?).2/3 days passed, chased again. Promised on Thursday (5 days later), no one came and no reply to my Whats App messages.No response today (Saturday)?This was the same for the two visits before also for other oil leaks? Seems to be problem after problem and customer service levels way down.Used to be such a good place.

Dont take your vehicle anywhere else. This place is awesome. My husband got a basic oil change and they did a full inspection on the entire vehicle. Wrote down everything that eventually needs to be replaced or fixed or maintenance. They are not pushy. They do a good job and prices are really fair. They are honestly about 30% cheaper than the dealership. And its a more intimate experience when you talk to the customer services team and their manager. Personal. They know their German vehicles. Dont hesitate take your vehicle here.

I’ve just had a bad experience with Autohaus; I dropped my Audi A5 on the first week of Sep 2020 to maintain a noisy sound that keeps clicking ... I spoke to the workshop manager and I informed him that I need to fix this noise in specific and nothing else .... after inspecting the car he informed me the problem with the propeller shaft which needs to be replaced .. the price of the new spare part is around 10k Aed .. so Autohaus advised me that they can source out a second hand spare part from US at 2800 aed which I paid in advance in order for them to proceed ... it took around 24 days for the part to arrive from the States and shockingly when they fix it in place the problem was not solved which means the diagnosis they did was completely wrong .... no refund was made and on top of that they did not what was the issue ...after investigating further they informed me that this can’t be solved and this is normal sound .. this can’t be true and doesn’t make any sense as I had the car for the past 15 months and it is just recently I had this issue ....So I took the car after 28 days and the issue was not solved ... it is unprofessional and I will never recommend this workshop to anybody .... It is lesson to learn not to be deceived with the clean and tidiness of the Outside look of the the workshop ... for me it a complete waste of money and time .....And PLZ google Autohaus Admin don’t write a statement saying “sorry to hear that” .... Act professionally if you really care about your client instead of writing apologies every now and then ....Thanks

My experience with them has always been positive, most recently I dealt with Alevtina who was full of smiles and made me feel welcome at reception. Ashif was my service advisor and he gave me an honest assessment and a cost effective solution for my car. Definitely recommend these guys if you own a German car and want a cost effective and quality specialist to maintain it rather than going to the agency.

Its a posh place to get your vehicle serviced. Ohlins Suspensions are available and installed here. I got my motorcycle upgraded from there. Very satisfied with their work. One downside, the time of their service is a bit too much. But I guess thats to be expected given the satisfaction level.

Went to get my Cigarette Lighter fixed. Was worried about costs because some reviews said they charge a lot for simple things. They fixed the lighter free of cost and I didnt have to pay a cent.Would definitely bring my car to them again.

I recently visited Autohaus for the first time and found the company to be among the most professional in German vehicles services and clean garages I have ever seen in the UAE. My Volkswagen Tiguan has just had an exceptional service and is now running like a dream. The wash was a great bonus too. Excellent customer service and advice from Mohamad too.

Brought a car there for a pre-purchase inspection. Was told various parts need to be replaced, which two other workshops told me need not to be replaced. Very expensive broken part was not spotted and which costs me dearly. Pre-purchase inspection charge is also higher than elsewhere and clearly not worth it. Staff is friendly nonetheless.

Unprofessional way of dealing with customers and delay in the car inspection and quotation, and unfortunately you cannot contract the manager Mr. Mark!! It seems its like VVVIP person or maybe we are very very very less... seriously it was very bad experience and i will never ever repeated again.

Found out about Autohaus through a blog which mentioned that they were one of the best for german cars. Read some good reviews so thought of giving them a try. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Met up with Asif who is surely one of the most informed guys about cars. He got me a very good quote for new german make brake pads and discs which were of superior quality yet did not leave a dent on my wallet. The car was serviced well and got the delivery within the committed timeline. Its good to see that they look at building long term relationship with the client and not trying to rip you off just to generate business. The only catch i felt is that they are a little far off from where i reside, but for a service like that the distance hardly matters. They are genuinely THE best in dubai. Ive been taking my VW Touareg to AutoHaus for almost 3 years now, after getting a little annoyed with the Agency Service Centre, who although very professional are also impersonal and charge far too much for parts.In contrast, the Team at AutoHaus are just as professional, even more knowledgeable and provide a very satisfying personalized service. The guys know my car, always find the best priced parts and only use OEM or proven after market parts.AutoHaus have a large, clean very well equipped garage and can work on all makes and models, but if you have a German car then this German owned and operated service centre cannot be beaten. I highly recommend Juergen and his team at AutoHaus.

After getting numerous quotes to install a dash cam I decided to go with Autohaus. The quotes I received were for around an hour and 200-300Aed. Well after Auto Haus took 2.5hrs to install said camera and charged 664Aed I was a little annoyed. The work was done well just cost more than double the nearest competitor.

Dont bother your self going there... I went to get my car checked recently the arrogant receptionist asked me to wait till some one comes to talk but no one showed up for more than 20 mins until I walked out..very unprofessional... wasting our time.

I even called them and was promised a response from their service advisor but for four business days did not get a response. I found this very unprofessional so I took my car to another service centre specialising in German cars.
