Oh my goodness where have these guys been my whole driving life?! I cannot say enough good things about Tony and this garage. My AC compressor broke on my Jeep and both Tony and Micky took great care of me and my car. They’re extremely professional, provide regular updates and they don’t try and sell you things that you don’t need. I’d already had one quote from a previous garage I’d used and Tony wiped the floor with it!! This is the only garage I will use from now on - don’t mess around with anyone else. When I leave Dubai I’m taking these guys with me!

This is the most professional auto repair shop that my husband and I ever used. It was referred to us by a friend and after the first time we just stuck to it and were extremely happy with the service each time. The guys there are super-professional, communicate effectively, patient, and the issues that they fix dont need to be revisited. The cost is also excellent so we would never take our car anywhere else.

Fantastic and professional service from Tony and his team! Booked a service and RTA testing. All done within 4 hours! And that included arranging my car insurance with AXA too! Car was collected at 9am and returned at 1pm serviced, test and insured! I normally dread car registration renewal in the summer heat but Tony and his team made this years renewal the easiest! What can I say, it is very likely people will only care about the 5 stars and not read the review but the 5 stars, do not do this man and his team justice!My car would not start during the lockdown, leaving me and my family basically without any transport. I messaged Tony, and without any prompt he asked for my address and he came to my house to fix my car. The issue with my car was far reaching and therefore he had to bring other members of this team to help, he literally bought the garage to me.Once my car had started working, he wasnt happy that it would continue to work, he took it to his place and explored all options, he found no other issues so he did not charge for his time. He fixed my car and was amazing, fair, prompt and the whole process was completed with detailed communication. I was under the impression I must have been his only customer, I went to his garage to pick up the car, it was full. I could not believe the service I had received while Tony and his team were this busy, but I understand why he is busy. I have never reviewed any service online, but this guy needs recognition. He is amazing!Hero!

One of those situations where I was travelling and my Partner called to say that the engine of her vehicle overheated and that she was unsure what to do next. This was around 10h15p.m. and I recalled vaguely that a friend had mentioned Oakdale in Dubai. I looked them up on Google and found a contact number for Tony. Sent him a WhatsApp and low and behold he responded 6 minutes later. He went absolutely out of is way. First contacted her to let her know that they would have the vehicle collected first thing in the morning. Duly arranged, assessed the vehicle and quoted on the repair (which turned out to be a failed seal on the water pump). I approved the repair and they committed to a date and time which was set for the next day as they had to order the spares. Kept me informed throughout the repair and had the car ready 4 hours before the agreed time. The battery was also dodgy, he ran tests on the battery and based on the result I requested replacement. No problem, it was done accordingly. I personally own a mechanical workshop in my home country and therefore testify on a qualified basement as to the quality of their Service. Tony was superb as he was responsive, communicative and price / quality exceeded all my expectations. I recommend the use of their services without any hesitation.

Good repair shop but they need to improve more

I seem to be a regular at this garage, I have had all sorts of issues fixed with both of my cars.... AC breaking down, electric windows malfunctioning, door handles snapping off, exterior repairs, paint jobs, tyres replaced, general servicing, new batteries......Both me and my husband are absolutely clueless when it comes to cars and also seem to be pretty good at breaking them, but we are always able to turn to Tony and his team for help with any issues. He will do his utmost to fix a problem ASAP so that we have our cars back on the road quickly and what he charges us is always extremely fair. The whole team at Oakdale Auto are just generally very nice, HONEST guys who will look after you as a customer and make sure you and your car are in safe hands. I will never use another garage so long as these guys are in Dubai.
