I visited Sunshine workshop yesterday morning to fix my Fuel smell issue in the car cabin. When I reached the workshop, Mr, Ankit quickly attended to my car and personally checked the issue and quickly diagnosed it. The replacement spare was arranged swiftly and I was out of the garage with my car fixed in couple of hours.I had a very pleasant experience at the workshop. While I was waiting for my car to get fixed I was observing around and what I liked most was how Mr. Ankit was personally attending to each customer and working to diagnose the issue and then instructing his team to apply the fix. He seems very passionate about what he does and it reflects in the quality of his work and a good experience to his customers.

I visited 1time Google review, 1st I gave my car fiat 500 to al gandhi, they almost keep my car for 1 week and estimate comes vent so high and also suggest me to sale my car out , but rather than buying other 2nd hand car I decided to give more chance, I never service my car outside official OEM dealers , I must say the work has been done is amazing also the cost and work update by sunshine is too good, very hardworking team . Today, they did a wonderful job in fixing a minor oil leak and door knob repair on my car. The best thing is, their service is budget friendly and they carried out the job fast. I will surely be a regular customer henceforth.

Firstly they are not customer focused… The in charge guy shows too much attitude… These guys are good at teaching lesson… I spent few thousands of dirhams on my car and finally sold it. Just because of them… eveytime i take my car, I come back with a new complaint.. and the new complaint will have minimum 800 AED charge… I learnt a lesson not to go there.. I suggested my friends also no to go there…

They see me as a lady who doesnt understand cars, my car just has broken one side of the wheel and they give me a lot of parts. They gave me an offer of 2300AED. My friend came and looked at the scene and thought I had been tricked into asking them to remove all the car parts on the spot. They refused. I spent money on my car and the problem wasnt solved. They just want the money. Not professional. My car still had two emergency lights on. They said it was okay and I could keep driving. So why should I pay 2300AED? The labor cost is 700AED? They are robbers. Thanks them for teaching me the evil of the world.

Before visiting Sunshine Car Garage, no one was willing to work on my car saying Pathfinders are complicatedPrevious mechanics had told me to leave the check engine light on as it was a small issue. It wasnt, abd a quick Google search later - Sunshine auto repair comes up.They treated my car professionally, checked every little issue and solved it in under an hour even with purchasing the parts. My car runs as good as new and they helped me out with tons of minor issues without breaking the bank.Im definitely coming back to them for all my future car needs.

These guys will rip you off. For a job they quoted initially 3k, billed me near to 8k. After the work, my car ran only few months and I sold it as scrap. All the people out here, please do some research on your car issues- google it, watch some YouTube videos- most of the work is simple DIY. Otherwise, do good research and have an idea.

One of the horrible ones out there. They just simply discriminate and ridicule you based on the car you got. If you got an ordinary car they would simply say the cost in 2ks to 3ks and would ask you to bring it after a week or later to fix it. Thats there tactics rather than simply saying No.

We still havent receive diagnostic report for a minor service we did few days back. Very unprofessional.

NOT Genuine Parts & UnDone Service.Great Sales tactics but UnTrustworthy Garage even for Small Leaks or Brake Pads. PLEASE go to the Agency as these days they give Great Discounts and at times cost less or same as such small Garages.I was in regular contact with SunShine for 1 month now asking for Refund as the Brake Pads fitted are NOT GENUINE & the Leak service job was NOT DONE. They gave excuses earlier until recently they stopped responding after I submitted Agency Reports & proofs.Here is the story and I have all proofs (SunShine Invoice, Agency Reports, Photos, WhatsApp chat, etc).Visited them in April 2018 to replace brake pads and gasket leak on my 2007 Pajero. My vehicle was ready in 24hrs at competitive price. But the problems started as below:(side story but worth mentioning) When I visited the Garage to pay, I witnessed an issue where 2 local gentleman (Owner of Jeep Wrangler) were asking for the Invoice of SunShine’s Supplier (to verify if parts were genuine) which SunShine refused to give and SunShine didn’t want to endorse that the Parts they installed are Genuine in their invoice.Now back to my story...My First issue was when i was driving home, I realized that the engine was heating and upon checking I discovered that the coolant tank was empty. I called SunShine and informed them abt the issue as they shouldn’t have touched the coolant, they apologized and we ended the conversation. I went to AutoPro and got the coolant filled. Today I wonder if the coolant was emptied intentionally or accidentally.Main Issue started in 2 to 3 days time because I realized that the brakes feel soft and are not effective as expected from new sets for Front and Rear and the leakage from gasket continued. So after a lot of hesitation I took the vehicle to the Agency (Al Habtoor, Garhoud Branch) they inspected and reported that the parts installed are NOT GENUINE as well as the leakage service is NOT DONE. Stuck in the situation and not having options I asked them to complete all the necessary jobs. To my Surprise the Agency (Al Habtoor) costed LESS than SunShine Garage and the response from brakes feels as good as my 2015 Jeep.Readers if you have faced similar issues with small garages PLEASE report them to Department of Economic Development Consumer Rights / Protection, Dubai with all papers and share your reviews to support the community. If there is anything more I can do to report such Garages then I am glad to support. Unfortunately I just learnt about the regulations so I am doing my part now.

Beware!!! Don’t ever go to this garage. It’s a gang of thieves. I went to change engine fan for my Audi A4 and ended up with multiple problems in my car. After spending AED 2500 I was told that it needs to change entire engine for 7000 more. They stole many parts of my car and replaced with faulty one. I’m making complaint to authorities now. Worst ever experience.. please do not go there.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. In just than 24hrs, I got my car fixed (and spares replaced)! Doubt if the casa/agency can top that. Until you find a similar garage in Dubai that provides quality service at the quickest turn around time, I highly recommend #Sunshine Auto Repairing Workshop.

Too much overpriced.For a minor oil service they charged 250.00 AED, where as all other garages and service centers charge not more than 150.00.They were not ready to reduce the charge even after showing multiple old invoices from other service centers.

Called in this morning to get some details on having a Mobile Mechanic come check my car out, rather than tell me why he cannot fulfill my request he says, please call Dial a Battery, heres their number. When I asked why I should call Dial a battery he said its ramadan I dont have people right now, So I said I dont need one right now, I want one for later in the night and he said we dont have people to provide this service.Especially when their website clearly states that they have a mobile mechanic service you expect them to have a solution, at least one that is not to call their competitor.For future reference, when a customer calls for a service that you claim to provide, if you are unable to meet that request, Firstly explain why you cant, secondly apologize for not being able to provide something you claim to provide and then finally help the customer out with a recommendation of another provider.Im glad that I called Dial A battery, their service was OUTSTANDING!

Service advisor is unfriendly and bossy (talked with him when he was inside the car) and didnt even go down to talk properly, used my time to bring my car and he didnt even bother to check it properly. The reason i went to the garage is due to good reviews, unfortunately i got a bad experience. Was just told he cant fixed it (without looking into it) good thing the other garage just cleaned the terminal of the battery and everything went well after. Dnt make the thesame mistake i did, dont waste your time here ( zero stars )

When I took my car to check it in this place, they told me that it needs some spare parts to fix the problem and it was about to cost me 1400 derhams. When I checked my car in another garage they told me that only one part needs to be changed which only costed me 300 derhams! And the car is now working very well! Thanks God I didnt fix my car here. Theyre ripping off the customer for unnecessary parts!Do not go there!

Edit after few months of having the job done at this garage but simply not professional and not recommended, very expensive , the jobs will seem ok after you leave but few days later or may be few weeks you will find their job not done properly ....read belowI had an accident and I went to this garage and they fixed what needed to be fixed and it seems ok , few days later the coolant water was completely drained and I thought its ok may be a small mistake and i manage to go back to refix it.. later on I noticed a hot air coming through the ac vents while driving and while ac is off , also the window regulator they change the motor and the mudel plus the car exost was blowing ( noisy ) and I managed to go back to recheck the jobs and they want to charge me again for the jobs they didnt do it properly at the beginning, the exost they said their is something wrong in the box underneath the car and before they change something which it wasnt necessary to change and cost me money , the window regulator they want to charge me again to refix it for something they didnt fix properly at the beginning, there is new Supervisor their and tried to convince me and all what he tried to explain it doesnt make sense to me at all , I notice the engine is shaking when I put it in D OR R and they said my gear converter need to be replaced for 3000aed and another garage they said its only the gear mountain ,and the paint they want to charge me 4800aed for the whole car outside paint only and I found another one they paint it for 2000 only ( german product ) included dent removal and when I have the accident my bonnet was damage from the front at the top of the headlight and they recommended me to get another one because they dont do dent removal and i get it for 1000aed and I was wondering how they will do the paint and I have some small dents all over the car ??? finally their price for changing oil 350aed is really expensive and other do it for 180aed only included filter and exactly same oil ( Mannol)Below is the old comment unfortunately and I regret it.goodand professional team , Ankit , Mushtaq, Lyndon and Samer..the service is quick and they wont mess you around..if you have any problem with your car just go to them..recommended service

Not experienced with high end cars! It seems they can only do basic mechanical services. No troubleshooting skills. Reading OBD codes does not need a genius.
