I reached here in reference of someone for a oil change. Was surprised with the no. Premium cars and SUVs parked for repairs here, which means service is good. The team is managed by a metabolite who has close to 5+ workshops in UAE. Customer service was great. Cash and Card accepted here. The mechanics have good experience and ready to clear your doubts and give tips for the good maintenance.

Regent was proposed by the insurance to repair an accident damage. Front fender has to be painted and some mechanical issues to be fixed as the front wheel got a hit.My experience so far:The paintwork was ok, I could see that that part is repainted. Some other shops can do a better job.The car was pulling to the right side. After a wheel alignment (was done twice) the issue couldnt be fixed and the garage had no idea about the reason. One year later, at the time of the Service in the Honda service center I explained the issue and with a wheel alignment they could fix it.Conclusion:If you care about your car and its value, better to look for other options.PS: It was also not professional to enter the shop and to see the one lady sleeping on her desk even after the lunch break!

Took my car to Regent for its regular service (10,000kms) after speaking to Shynod and the team. The location is very convenient, with easy access to and from Um Suqeim rd. before rush hour. I dropped it off and when I came back the next day to collect it, they had fixed my misaligned hood and removed some paint marks and scratches from a previous fender-bender all at their own whim. They went above and beyond and the car looks almost as if the accident never took place. The team is very friendly and they work with integrity, and Im glad to have found a garage that works towards providing a good experience and maintaining a long-term customer relationship rather than one that tries to charge your for anything and everything. Will continue coming to this shop for future services and repairs. Thank you!

Although the Workshop is a little difficult to locate ...thanks to Mr. Google I reached without much hassle.I was quiet Sceptical to take my Jaguar there but when I spotted Bently and Ferrari, I was at ease.They are well equipped with appropriate equipments and gadgets.The Mechanics have a very good dignostic sense.The paintwork was remarkable and is worth praising.The Right fender of my car was damaged and needed to be painted, the Painters did a miracle on the car (even under the sun I couldn’t make out the difference between the factory paint and the the newly painted fender).Highly Recommend for both Premium and Normal Cars.Good Value for Money 💰.

Unfortunately, after having an accident my insurance company sent my car to this liar and ridiculous company. They didnt change the broken parts but they say they changed with second hand parts which is a lie. Their paint job is like a joke and they broke every plastic trims. They can not even make sensor calibrations and they put on blame for this to other parts. Stay away from this low quality service if you have a premium car.

First time i took my car all was well which made me visit again. However, second was not as I expectedI came to pick my car at the agreed timing but it wasn’t ready i had to wait an hour then i look closely the fixing wasn’t done properly n response i got was nothing. The only thing they were saying was bring the car later n we will fix it where it should have been fixed properly (ps the fixing was only bumper change)Not recommended for heavy work, only minor touch up
