Very unprofessional garage and rude staff.I towed my broken down car and the guy from the garage jumped at me and said to not tow down my car as my car is too old.to which I asked to atleast check what is wrong with the car, he demanded 500 aed to check the car without even having a look at it first.I did find a better and very professional garage, so in a way thank you for not accepting my business as it was very welcomed in the other garage.I wrote a review about the other garage just now.I wish Google introduces 0 Star as that is what this garage deserves for their 0 Customer Service.

I do not recommend this garage at all ! If you want to be ripped off and get back your car not fixed, then it is the perfect place. Worst customer service, worst job that I have even encountered in any garage. I am extremely disappointed to say the least ! Extremely expensive and poor service.

Recently had my fuel and water pump changed after a very quick engine light diagnosis by this garage. Both parts were changed with brand new genuine Mercedes parts and completed in a very quick time. Would highly recommend!!!!

Worst Experience EverDo not even think about taking your car here. I have an Audi Q7 which had engine problem and oil leak. They replaced some parts and returned the car. Same day there was a problem so took it back since there they gave warranty. Coolant was leaking so they fixed it gave it back. Same day the car stopped working again. Took it back and hey said the engine is ruined and it needs to be replaced which will cost so much more - the warranty will not cover it since they only cover the parts they replace. They take too long to do the work (they have had my car for 5 months and still with them. I have asked for an engine quote 4 weeks ago and Im still waiting for a call), customer service is terrible (no one will get back to you about progress/status even if you ask and remind them), they charge too much (they quoted me AED 25k and I brought them to AED 8k) and even though they give warranty they will only ruin your Audi. Taking my car is here is still the worse decision of my life. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Hello, i have a Mercedes E350 2010, and really took my time in order to try to find a great service shop for my vehicle. I have went to Johns auto to Silber Arrows, and by luck found Mercedes R Us, what made stop is that they only service Mercedes, which is great! so you know the focus is only on one type of car. the shop is near, clean, and looks very professional. The service is great, and very honest. The Technical Adviser named Joshua is someone you want to chat with for hours, the guy is knowledgeable, technical, fair, and HONEST!!! he has been very straight forward with me and answered all my questions in technical way. This person has integrity and by far is the number of reason i chose this place. This is my go to shop in Dubai! .. do not hesitate to go this place.

Very professional and prices and much better than Gargash and other Mercedes workshops. They have all the legit computers from Benz and know Mercedes inside out; so your car is safe there. I fixed a couple of things there and my car was running perfectly. Yehia the main person who works there is very helpful and friendly. The owner was also there and he’s a very respectful person and is very easygoing when you ask him for some favors related to your car. I had awful experiences taking my car to other workshops in the area, but this place gave me peace of mind...At least you don’t have to worry that they’ll mess with other parts of ur car when u go to fix something like other workshops do.

Pro: Mechanics are really good know their stuff when it comes to MercedesCons: You do not communicate directly with the mechanic, only with the floor supervisor. It would be much better if you can communicate directly with the mechanics to provide more transparent viability to whats happening to your car.

Finding someone conscientious, trustworthy and knowledgeable to work on your car is a challenge. Mercedes R Us has been a major find for me. For the last 10 years I was never disappointed to trust them and confident they will be able to carry on all the necessary repairs that keeps me rolling hassle free. Thanks Essam and the team.
