First of all quite simply the BEST garage in Dubai. Hands down. Why? I am a car fanatic. I own and have owned quite a few cars especially the kinds of cars that perhaps you shouldn’t own in Dubai. Complex to diagnose and fix. It’s fair to say I know my stuff. I have been to many garages in my tenure here in Dubai. Some of the stuff people have tried to pull on me has at times been outrageous. If you don’t know then beware at some of these places. Most garages will start replacing parts until they fix your problem, this approach is both time consuming and expensive. Mr Ramzi is an accomplished mechanic with a deep understanding of the technical aspects how things work in a car. He is also a very honest guy. He will tell you the way it is. If there is a reasonable cost effective fix he will do it.

My wife tried several mechanics for her car and we were never happy with the results or experience until she found Ramzi. What a blessing! Ramzi has proven to be trustworthy and reliable. We now recommend Ramzi to all our friends.

I was lucky to read a recommendation about this shop. Mr. Ramzi the owner of the shop is the main mechanic and manager there. And that what you get when the owner is the manager of a mechanic shop. He’s so experienced and talented. At the same time has a work value and ethics second to non.Every promise he gave he delivered.One very important point I suffered with others that they stop answering your phone calls. Excellent service, my car was fixed properly with the best price. all the staff there are professional, what i like most is that Mr Ramzi the owner of the garage himself will be also fixing cars, following up with his staff and taking car of each and evrey detail. For the spare parts Mr Ramzi contacted 2 or 3 suppliers just to get for me the best quality with the best price, moreove since my car is seccond hand and i bought it recently they did a full free inspection, a free computer scan, and even they change some light bulbs for free.I was very happy with the service there, thank you Mr. RamziThe location is perfect, its not an industrial area its just like a closed area with one entrance no traffic not busy, very easy to find and access

I have used Ramzi services for about 2 years and I find him one of a kind always checking if he can repair rather than replace and I can choose original or foreign parts. Booked to come inspect the car, when I get there asks me to come back tomorrow and said I didnt confirm when my message clearly said Perfect. See you then.They manage to inspect and we arrange to come back tomorrow to repair the car after he fully knows the problem. Tells me verbally this part is only 5 aed, the rest is labour.I drop the car early, its a small oil leak to fix. Half way through the day, he messages me to tell me he doesnt have the part and asks to use silicone instead of the actual part (oil seal). I was in a meeting and didnt see the message. One hour later, I reply. Wait, let me check. He replied Too late already drying. He then charges me 50 aed for silicone instead of 5 aed for the actual proper seal which he quoted and would have been a better repair than this temporary fix just to get money. Then tried to tell me they dont make the part anymore. (I easily found it on Amazon)Firstly, if you didnt have the part when I booked it. Why didnt you say? Why waste my time and let me drive to you and drop my car off? A seal can be ordered and it was a small oil leak. Not urgent. It could wait.So I just paid my money rather than have an argument but Ill never be taking my car back. He then tries to quote me for another problem (more expensive than higher end garages closer to me) and tells me it needs to be done urgently. Honestly was fuming when I picked up my car because likely Ill have to pay for the exact same repair in a few months because of his silicone improvisation.I could have got it repaired at a better garage for a lower cost with the actual part but went to him because he knew the history of the car and thought he would do a good job and because I like to keep my word when I get a quote from someone. Honestly, why lose a first time customer just to make a quick 300 aed?On top of this, he didnt even wash the engine with petrol after the oil leak. So my advice. There are way better garages than this in Al Quoz who are cheaper, do a better job and better facilities. So just do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.*In reply to the comment, I wrote amazing thank you because at this point you have my car and my keys so what else can I do? Its Ramadan and Im fasting. I will still be polite to people and smile. But its only fair I write this review. Youve tried to blame me as the customer the entire time, just say sorry. I only wrote my review to help others.We spoke about the repair but you tried to scare me and say suddenly its very urgent (after saying no rush - I got a second mechanics opinions after). So please dont make out you are being fair to me as a customer.Funny that you didnt post about the silicone chat below cause it shows I didnt say okay and approve it. Wallah I cant believe your reply. As everyone can see, this is the customer service you get. A mechanic who tells you youre wrong and then accuses you for smiling at him. Doesnt matter if I smiled at you when I left, the above isnt acceptable and a second mechanic verified that you didnt wash it properly because he could still see the oil leak. So either it is still leaking because of your work or you didnt wash it properly. Neither of which is a good.
