I just wanted to share my experience with Galadari Service center in A Quoz. We met Mr. Muhammed Assim who was very professional, responsive and accommodated my requests with positive energy. I recommend the service center and in particular Mr. Assim as I had zero issues dealing with him and his team.

Only for servicing and body repair of Mazda cars. I had very good experience of service from Mr. Asim. Quality of servicing is good. They will work only till 7.30pm. Prices of service are on a higher side. Taxi on paid basis can be arranged by the reception staff.

Very good repair shop, quality dealership work at affordable prices. You can hardly find better. Ask for Adil, he is the best front desk receptionist at any garage in the UAE.

This guys surely deserves 5 stars. They are very professional and knowledgeable, I undoubtedly recommend them for Mazda and car body dent related service. My car was well taken care by Mr. Adil , Please do ask for him on service desk. Keep up the good work ! Thanks :)

Adil is a superstar when it comes to welcoming and customer service, makes owning a Mazda worthwhile.We had a damage repair required and Adil took care of everything from insurance approval to the repair. Car delivery was on time with a clean and polished vehicle ready for us. Full marks for Adil, and we will always be returning to him for service for our Mazda

I got sms about their promo until the end of may. I tried to book but no one called me back and no one was answering the phone. So I contacted them via Instagram and they called me finally. I booked for a free inspection and I wanted to change one of the fog lights. After inspection we agreed on some works with fog light change but when I got a car the fog light wasn’t changed bcz, as they said, the clips are broken and I have to repair whole bumper (850 aed on top) if I want to change the fog light... So basically one fog light to change costs 1450 aed without discount!?!? The most annoying thing is they didn’t tell me that it’s impossible to change the fog light without repairing the whole bumper so I was thinking all is going well. Why no one let me know?? That’s why I came to official Mazda body shop to avoid xtra works and to do what I actually wanted. But unfortunately starting with answering phone calls up to receiving a car the whole experience was not even good.

Galadari body shop in Al Quoz gives top rate service at a fair price. I own a Mazda Cx 5 and have used GDS for many service trips. What I appreciate the most is their transparent process and great customer service provided by Mr Aadil . Special thanks to him as he had provided me with thorough detailing of the service and has done exactly what was meant to be done . Services done - Carburetor cleaning , major body work and oil change .This place can be trusted and i would give a 5 star rating , well done and keep doing a great job !!!!ThanksHitesh

Mazda Body Shop is an excellent facility which is well supported by Mr Adil from Mazda, always the car is ready on-time, co-ordination and advice relating to the car by Mr Adil is frank and honest, the prices are also reasonable and the quality of work carried out here is excellent, be it Accident Repair related or Service Schedule Related, work is carried out properly, hope to visit again and see Mr Adil & his team

Galadari body shop ( mazda ) i am coming many time here but every time no body here on spare parts counter . every time minimum 20 t0 30min . wait then stuff is coming . many parts is not here . he give other locations to go there and buy parts .

Really happy with the customer service here. I always deal with a guy called Asim Malik, who is super professional and friendly. I have been getting my car serviced here for over 3 years. They always finish quickly so I don’t have to be without my car for long. Great place. Would defo recommend.

Worst customer service! No social distancing! Staff are not around. They dont ask people to provide distancing. I almost walked out since they are not accommodating. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK TO THIS SERVICE CENTER

I took my car through Insurance, they fixed two different tires of different patterns, they fixed shorter Control Arm which affects balance! a 15 day job took 46 days! if they dont care about non-Mazda cars they must care about the company name.

I got the rear bumper replaced of my Mazda6. Im happy and satisfied by the overall service, attitude and response time of Mr. Waqar (Service Advisor). I will highly recommend to consult only with Waqar if someone ever have to visit this body shop.

Pathetic customer service and work quality.Came here to fix replace rear bumper which is covered under insurance. After 2 weeks when I came to collect the car I found some pieces of french fries lying on my seats. When I pointed out to the service advisor Mr. Naidu, he gave me silly smile and said its just fries and he don’t know how it came there. Then I found out that my welcome lights for both front doors are broken. He doesn’t have an answer for that either. He just argued with me that it didn’t happened there.Update :After 2 months from above review, I got a call from this place, saying they will replace the welcome lights. I went to Ziebart, Near Mazda service center, Deira and they replaced both of the damaged ones.
