Good service. You can definitely notice the difference after the car being serviced. I had them do a wheel alignment and A/C service and they were very quick but yet thorough. They did a quick check-up upon my request and gave honest advice and suggestions without being pushy or trying to oversell. Happy to return.

I found zDegree out of chance after having a flat tyre on the main road of City Walk. I pulled in to see if they could help and I am so glad that I did!The gave me a great quote on a set of 4 tyres, and assisted me with wheel alignment, balancing and rotation (in 10,000k).What was really outstanding service from them though was the fact that I didnt have my locking nut for my wheels to be able to remove the wheel. I called my manufacturer branch to try and get this, but they were unable to help, the guys at zDegree somehow were able to remove the wheels with some great knowledge and then provide me with some non-locking nuts (the same day!) this was all done in a matter of hours and no damage to the wheels, my manufacturer would have needed the car for 2 days and were going to try and weld the wheels off the car! :OI would definitely recommend this garage and they will now be my go to garage going forward! Fantastic service!

On their its written that shop is open but when reached find its closed . Then petrol station people said they will open by 2 pm so I keep waiting till 2.30 but nothing happens. Then I took mobile number of people responsible and call them 5 to 6 time but nobody respond.Then I go to their online chat section but again nobody responded and massage showing normally they reply within 24 hours. Very surprising in situation like this very competition is on peek and every business is online and with quick response. They are not even bothered to serve customer I guess.

Based on their good review, I called the shop for the purchase of 4 tires for my wifes E300 Mercedes. The guy who picked up the phone was not sure of exact specifications of the tires available at the shop which would fit my needs. He said he was a technician and did not know. I said next time please dont pick up the phone, let somebody else, who knows, take care of the call. He then, passed the phone to his manager named Joel. He SEEMED to know what he was talking about. He asked me to send him the tire size, plate number etc. which I did. He gave me a price and said the tires were not at his shop and that they had to come from other branch of theirs. Later he called me that he had the tires at store. I said I would come 8:30 next morning (this morning) to have them installed. I asked him if he would be at work at that time; he said yes. I showed up on time. He was not there. Emanuel was there, a technician. He didnt know any thing about the deal and tires that I had ordered. He had to call Joel to inquire about it. Still he could not find all tires at store. Apparently this car tires are different in size, the front ones being smaller in size. They had the front ones only.1- When a costumer shows up, and you are not there, make sure whoever is on shift, knows about the costumers needs and the deal you had with him. Costumer should not be wasting his time waiting there until you guys coordinate. This is how any reputable business operates.2- When Joel asked me for the tire size, as a professional and the manager of a shop which specializes in tires only, he should have told me there were 2 sizes to report, in which case I would have gone down to the parking again and recorded the size of the rear tires as well. He did tell me that they has specific tire for Mercedes Benz, so he should have mentioned that E300 come with 2 sizes.3- While at the store, they said they would get the rear tires from other branch, but I had to pay about 150 AED extra for each rear tire. I did not accept. With the waste of time I was going thru, I expected them to stick to the original price and absorb the extra cost themselves. It was never about money, just a professional gesture of respect. When we screw up in our business, we make it up to the costumer.4- Emanuel, the technician who was very helpful, passed me the phone so that I could talk to Joel myself, which I did. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the poor service and the increase in price and that they should stick to the original price which caused me to drive all the way to their shop. I am not sure if he heard any of what I said, because he kept talking over me. I reminded him several times that he was interrupting me and that he should let me finish, to no avail. Then he simply hung up on me, or got disconnected some how. He never attempted to call me personally (he has my number of course), so I assume he hug up, problem solves!!!5- People fumble all the time, business do too, but they should be decent and wise enough to make it up to the costumer. It is a good business sense as well, and cheaper than advertising on Google, word of mouth that is. Later Joel sent me a text message that they were willing to change the tires at my location as long as I pay the price of the tires only. Too little too late. When you lose your faith in an organization, why should you repeat the same mistake. What if some issues come up later with the installation of the tires; with these kind of attitudes, how could I count on their after-sale-service. It wasted several hours of my time in agony. Naturally I do not recommend this shop to anybody.

My Experience:Pros:-Polite staff.-They answer their phones and try to help.-Good tyre prices.Cons:-Not very organized and not very accurate when it comes to estimating time needed to finish a task.-Wheel alignment services are ridiculously high. I was quoted AED 800 and made to believe that I had a major problem.After lot of negotiation and using Emirates card, the price was brought down to AED 340.I later showed the same report to other renowned service centers and they quoted between 150 to 200, so I still overpaid!Basically, the money I saved on discounted tyres I ended up paying in services.Overall, not very positive experience.P.S. @Zdegree, thanks for your response. Research tire prices well and select models based on your preferences about hardness anx noise of tire. Once selected you should negotiate with and should be able to get good prices. Fitting and tire rotation every 10k km was provided free of charge. Reasonable place for oil change and tires.Though I recommend that you buy online and stock oil yourself. Lower viscosity oils provide better performance but tend to be expensive on oil shops like zdegree

I came back to Michael and Christopher to help replace my rear shock absorbers, because they had done such a great job installing and aligning my 4 new tires recently. I highly recommend them, they do excellent work at a fair price for good value.
