For 2 days, 60 minutes spending time, total 120 minutes and I lost my meeting appointment in this service center for only estimate repair cost of airbags!For two times I send my Token No in trashNow you think if I bring my car to this service center they want to keep me on hold at least for a week!

They are really slow and nobody take care about customers spending timeAt least 70 minutes for each Token number!Really bad experience

The service is still fast and good. The new offices layout make it nicer to wait even if it’s a bit more confusing because they put together more brands that just Nissan.

The service centre 2 is for the Medium SUVs, commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles for Arabian Automobiles Nissan. I always enjoy my visit to this branch of AAC. It is located on 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Service advisors are all nice and give you great advise. I would like to mention Mr. Sujith whom I found really professional and knowledgeable in his domain. Recently this branch has been renovated and AAC has put in place great system to entertain the customers

So bad 4 hours waiting only for oil change services and if go there to customer service he said i dont know what to do 🙄😏 really this service so bad i really 🙄🙄🙄 i requested him please car give me 5:30 because i go pick up my bosd he said you see time 2 o clock already how i give you car before 6:30😢😢😢

Good service but if car battery needs to renew when one day not working very difficult to answer for telephone to help, bad service telephone answers

Maybe they need adjustment to their process... I bring to them company vehicle... we paid but I experience they did not wash the vehicle not once but twice... they service the van for 40k service but I notice no markings that they check the brake or clean the brake disk or break drum... do your best to your customer....like other workshop...

Waiting are is very uncomfortable especially chairs, one more thing the service advisors behave with rudely with those guys who come with Vans and pickups this is what i observe. Hopefully management with solve this matter. Thank you

Amazing service and team. Got my car serviced there last week and again really impressed about the professionalism of the team (except the cashier who was not friendly and looks bored of doing what he was doing). A special big thanks to Mrs Grace Olivares for the excellent advice and the time spent with me to answer all my questions.

Came here to get my car front undercarriage protector fixed which had been damaged somehow and fell down. Even though the item couldnt get fixed by traditional means, the Service Advisor Glenn was smart and was able to do a fix that ensured the undercarriage protector stayed in place.He was also very helpful in getting my rear fender clip replaced which was under warranty. Even though the spare part was not available at the time, he followed up and let me know when the part was available and got the parts fixed within a few hours. Would highly recommend for their service!

Service - ok as compared to the other Arabian automobile company centersStaffs - some staffs are cooperative, helpful, friendly character but most are notLocation - easy accessibleWhile they found any complaints in vehicle, they havent informed or rectify that. Even if we give clear instructions for resolve the issues. Normally they are informing the new complaints only we come for collecting our vehicle, they will not clear the complaints in single visits itself.Checking also not proper. I was very unsatisfied once my tyre thread thickness increased from last service checking data.All together ok experience.

By far the worst experience ever , unable to fix anything and they tell u it’s normal ( ITS NOT ) they tell u they fixed the car but they don’t do anything, I learned my lesson and I advise everyone to check the car outside before going to the service center to tell them exactly what need to be replaced. With warranty i asked them 6 times to fix the squeezing sound coming from the dashboard and 6 times or 7 times they told me it’s fixed ( IT DIDN’T) . And with the warranty is over I expect they will fix it next time and let me pay huge amount of money .

Employees are nice amd friendly.. need more staff to finish the process.. the timings to receive the cars for maintenance should be extended to be convenient for people to bring their cars after work

Staff is good & helpful. But in my opinion their Ras Al Khor service centre is really great. Al Quoz service centre can also be better in terms of timings.

Well organized quick 90 minutes service. They are providing coupon for taxi to nearby mall to spent time during your service.

Call center say it only take 2 hrs to finish , when I reach there they say tomorrow you can collect the car !!!! The ac stopped working twice and they every time they say it will not happen again , once the warranty is over I will do the service with max garage

Friendly and professional staff but old facility does not reflect any high tech workshop or workspace very old type place.

Not very bad experience with AAC so far. Easily accessable location. Took annual contract for my car. Every time they are charging extra. AAC telling that need to change this etc.. and its not cover with your annual contract.

Never got the my car on time after servicing, and car washing after servicing is never satisfying. Strongly recommend to use outside garages who would atleast give to what they commit.

If I had a choice I wouldn’t go there...

They are charging extremely high prices for spare parts. They changed a battery terminal for my car and charged AED 175! Later I came to know that the actual price of this item is around AED 35! I will not trust them anymore.

Even though the services are mad expensive the Employees are friendly and professional. I would like to send a special shout out to Azad Azlam. Super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the worst service center I have ever had to deal with.Horrible customer service, and completely unqualified employees and even worse car service.

Nissan improve your services specially mechanical staff they are not vigilant they are careless.

There is no token system so i didnt know who’s turn was it .. but aside from that the staff is great and delivery of car was on estimated time !
