3 weeks to get a minor service appointment and second time service advisor goes on holiday without handing over and I had to leave my car for 3 days without fixing the Bluetooth noise! I’m very sad and disappointed that PORSCHE is associated with this dealer!

They took a little longer than expected and they didnt replace the car with any rental car, while my car is just 4 month new.

Had my Porsche Cayenne S 2015 maintained here late June. These 2 stars come from poor customer experience. The annual maintenance was done perfectly, although it was heavily over priced. Did the maintenance here just to keep the factory warranty. Here are some reasons for these 2 stars:+ clean facilities+ coffee+ easy access- 1 day delay of maintenance because the service advisor forgot to call me- price- no feedback requested during pickup- feedback call came 3 weeks after. I requested to call back and told that I have feedback to give. No call since- Had to remind the service advisor to provide the warranty extension certificate. Not delivered during pickup- no service advisors available during pickup. Car was given back to me by the receptionist and in a horry- offered to change brake pads because they are almost done. Price was over aed 10k. Regular online price for original Porsche pads are £250-310 per axel. Brembo pads £180-220 per axel. So max aed 3000 for the whole set of pads plus shipping.- still after 6 weeks I’m waiting the service advisor to get back to me with one simple question/request.Was expecting a better job from the brand. Lot to improve. They should take advice from Audi or BMW services. They do their customer experience way better. Saying this with 8 years of Dubai experience and over 30 years of global experience...

Have been visiting this dealership for six years and is always a great experience, Stunning showroom in Sheikh Zayed Road.Service is professional and friendly staff, I had recently two interactions counseling with Abhikant and was a great experience, hassle free visit.

Never take your beloved Porsche to the dealer. They take forever to repair your vehicle and fail to offer a replacement car when they should. Service centers are always a horrible experience and should not be dealt with. Take your car to Max Garage or another third party service center, there are many of them available which will not only charge you much less to service it but will also handle your vehicle with car and return it much much quicker. Trust me avoid this place at all costs as it is truly a horrible experience.

Car in the service center for three (3) months!!! No replacement car offered, they were about to overcharge us, and they kept saying the car will be ready next week for a month. They said the delay was because had to make a specific car part in Germany. Porsches are beautiful but not sure if I want to have the same experience again. What if that Porsche is the only car I own? Then Ill have to pay at least 10k just for a car rental for 3 months excluding the huge cost of the service.
