Starting trouble for my KIA optima, they kept the vehicle for 2 days and next day I get the same issue again.When called their service centre no response, they are making a very bad impression to the customer.I wouldnt like to give names but the complete service team be responsible for it.

Mr. Chand is very good and responsive for queries. But reason for 3 star is due to overall service quality and feels bit expensive in terms of labour charges.

Nothing against the staff, but the management should be ashamed of not having a proper AC, many visits over last 2 or 3 summers, always the same issue, overall service experience was ok, nothing special, but the Showroom and Service Center couldve been way nicer,If its 44 degree out, and ur AC is horrible, even a 15 mns wait is a struggle,,,

Service here is quick and the service advisor, specially Mr Faizullah is pretty helpful. I usually drop my car early morning and take it back in the evening.

THESE KIA SERVICE CENTERS IN DUBAI HAVE NO INTEGRITY, FRAUDULENT SERVICE PRICES, AND NO VALUE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER.- 262 DIRHAMS FOR FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER WHICH COST AROUND 20 DIRHAMS AT MARKET PRICE. I DID NOT NOT EVEN REQUEST THIS SERVICE. THIS CAR IS ONLY 7 MONTHS OLD, IT IS NOT REQUIRED.- CHARGED 56 DIRHAMS FOR AN AIR CONDITION FILTER THAT WAS NOT REPLACED. DIRT STILL IN FILTER AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO.- DID NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL WHEN THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETE, HAD TO KEEP FOLLOWING UP WITH A PHONE CALL.

OK service center. Rates are good. But they need to be pushed to finish the car on the same day.

Renovated center looks good. Service has always been great specailly the supervisor there. Product qulaity and the process of complaint handling should be changed to avoid irate customers

Its a conveniently located service centre which always try to deliver the vehicle on the same day of the service. Use the appointment system for easiness

Fast service ever

We came to have the FIRST SERVICE for our brand new vehicle (bought a few days back) Only to find out that the bumper of our car was hit/smashed! They promised that they are going to repair it in two days time. Put us in your shoes! All these inconvenience youve cause us and lets see how youd do! Such negligence!
