I have using Splash for many years now, I can honestly say the best car service I have used in the UAE. I know very little about cars but these guys have never left me down. Good price, excellent service. I highly recommend Antonio and the guys.

First of all I would like to thanks this garage as they are very responsive once my car went to their garage.. My car back side had bumper damage from one of the minor accidents really I must say they did fantastic job they took from only 2 days to repair or placed the new one.. Finally they did job on time which is unbelievable.. Kudos to guy Ammar who helped me a lot.. N reception team.. But I m confused my insurance company is methaq how does dey hve tie up such a wonderful garage... My recommendations to all regarding to methaq insurance company one of the worst worst company I hve seen in my life.. Thanks to splash mechanic gargar.. Only not this insurance company.. 👍

As I liked how they fixed the dent in my car the first time, I returned to them the second time I got another dent (this time a really big, bad one) from another accident. They did a really good job on the car. Very professional team plus really excellent customer service, too. I commend Muhammad who’s always been responsive with my queries.As usual, I have to leave some percentage of a star for room for improvement only 😊

I took my car Ford Mustang for maintenance check up and it had missing problem, the Splash team on spot checked the car and gave me detailed overview of what it needed to be done with very reasonable rates and quality services, Mr. Safa there is very keen and dedicated person working in Splash, he kept me updated of everything through call and whats app and ensured delivery on due date. he also gave me a favor of dropping the car at Door Step. Mr. Joseph is very cooperative and keep the highest standard service through out the customer experience. i wilt give 5 Star and would suggest their services without any doubt.

Took my car for repair at Splash through my insurance company. I had minimal damage to my front bumper. I was met by Antonio who was more than helpful! He explained right away what was wrong, and how long it would take. He gave me his WhatsApp number and kept me updated throughout the repair and was very flexible to my timeline as I work at odd hours. Upon picking up the car the repair is immaculate. Unorganized and messy in their dealings with customers. They won’t tell you exactly what needs to be fixed in your car and will charge you for things they forget to fix.Will tell you the car is ready but when you show up they will say they don’t have your car and it is another garage and it needs a few more days. Best avoided.

The car check up was performed on the spot and clear and detailed information was given on the amount of work to be done and the time that it would take. Prices are very agreeable and the quality of the service is high.When necessary they organize the car pick up and drop off from your home address.I am extremely happy with Splash garage, its owners and employees

Good service, honest prices, good explanations on what needs to be done at the car, convenient for cabin crew because of the location.Also what I usually do, I drop my car there before a flight and I receive it ready when I come back.Antonio always offers good service. Once he even came on a Friday morning just to deliver my car after my flight!

I had a major accident with my Ferrari 812 GTS. I welcomed by Mr Safa and guided throughout the process of claiming the insurance with the company. The service was very quick and they coordinate with me throughout the process. Mr Joseph who owns the garage is also a very humble person and has a great knowledge of cars. Satisfied and happy with the staff especially Mr Safa who was very kind and helpful.

I took my car for accident repairs as suggested by the insurance company and I have to say this garage did nothing but waste my time and did the most appalling job on the repairs.I wasted 3 visits and a lot of money on cab fares to this garage because the initial work wasn’t done correctly. Honestly speaking I was disgusted having seen the work they had done on the car; I have never seen a garage do such bad repairs and an unfinished job. The paint work was smudged, and the paneling wasn’t even fixed correctly. The car inside was so dirty and all black oil grease on my doors. Although Antonio comes across as a polite man, he failed to see the appalling work done and unfortunately his employees work is below standards and let this garage down big time. I dont enjoy writing such reviews but unfortunately I was one of those that didnt receive a good job :-(

Went there for the first time and they explained me everything I should know, what time I should come back and what I need to change. I took my cadillac for front bumper repairing and repaint my front bumper, but Safa suggest me that dont repaint your bumper this will be devalue your vehicle then safa recommand to mechanic remove all that scratches and polish, believe me it looks really nice as new. I had a car accident, they keep my car for almost three months, then I have to return it several times, I am not good about cars but it was really clear that was in a bad condition, shaking and making a noise, I just got tired, I took it to another shop, fast, great service, they return it in excellent conditions after one day.

These people simply dont have any conscience when it comes to car repairing. Quality of there work is pathetic and there is no work supervision on whatever work is being done for the car. I learned my lesson to insure my car only with an international insurance company. Surly I will pay a little more but it is definitely better than ending up with such garages whom they will completely miss-up your car and still convince you that they have done remarkable job.

I knew this garage two years ago and so far my overall experience is great. I usually dont take time to write my comments regarding anything, but the great service should always be awarded in public. Their repairing parts are orginal and good prices. Staff are really polite and helpful. They provide you with detailed description of your broken parts and what has to be fixed which can save you a lot of hassle in the future and without being misleaded. Manager and staff are really honest and trustful people. Once you get back your car, it is back in great conditions and there is no more secondary issues which can cause you proplems. I have a ford mustang 2015 model, it had a big accident on the front side. Body and mechanical repair were required. Al Buhaira national Insurance sent me to this garage. In the garage, It didnt take much time and became as good as before the accident. The team is such a great one. I really recommend this garage.

I had to go to this garage on advise of the insurance company. I expected them to replace the rear bumper of my car, paint the new bumper and install parking sensors. Their was also a very small dent to be repaired.They did not change the bumper, poorly tried to repair the old one, pathetic paint which I can feel with my hand, and parking sensors not working. The dent work was even worse. Finally their were dirty hand prints with my car body colour inside the rear gate.To top all, ever since my car came back from their garage I am hear some strange noise from rear left side where they had done the repair work.Finally I decided to go to agency at my own cost. I think it would have costed less if I would have directly gone to agency rather than taking chance with them.

Very nice and affordable gerage they save your money and time as well I have lexus Es 350 when its was damage one of my friend refer me to go their i drop my car their for fixing their i meet with a guy Mr safa he is from Pakistan very nice and polite humble personality he talk me in a manner it shows that nothing happened he treat me very well and helpfull it was finder and bumper issues and front light was broken trust me I pay very less amount that i think less than my expectations in all Mechanical issues they need time and some time they need 1 or 2 day extras but in this location due to this helpfull staff I am thankfull and thanks God that I fix my car as it was 😘

It was very great experience in splash mechanical as i went there for my dodge calibar to change brake pad, i met mr safa he suggested me to only cleaning the pads will resolve the issue and did the same was surprised as was having mind of expense like 1000aed but it resolves only by paying 300aed and big thanks for mr joseph for his kind respectful welcome.

After i had an accident, my insurance company referred me to this garage for repair.My front bumper and right door were hit. i left my car for these Guys and after 10 days i come back and collect only to find later that the doors window doesnt open all the way, only till the middle and a loud crack noise comes out & the window stops.Also the new front bumper keeps coming off with time. I keep trying to push it back in but after sometime it comes out again.I know for a fact too that they fit my car with non-original parts, after i took it to the agency.Better avoid.

The insurance company sent me here. All I needed is to change the front bumber and nothing more. I visited the workshop in the day I was supposed to get my car to find small cracks in the paint near front lights, big space between lights and the bumber... and worst of all they made a deep dent in the rear bumber that caused a deep hole in it! I dont know how they ended up painting all of these and guess what... with a different color and even without a polish... not all parts of the bumber were replaced by the way...Just run away of this place!

Good workshop for car repairs

Front and back bumper had were loos and needed to tighten it up and paint it as it had some scratches..Promised two days will be ready ,After delayingbme 10 fays got there to get the car and job was disgusting..Almost 1 cm gab betwen the fuselage of the car and the bumper..
