So, to start with its totally my fault for not noticing the terminal. I bought a ticket and on going to the airport for the departure flight, i discovered that the return flight was operated by another company and that it should be from terminal 2. I barely had time to get to terminal 2 and check in.Guess what? Theres no office for Alamo in terminal 2. I called them to ask for help and they gave me 2 choices:10,000 dirhams fine or to return the car to terminal 3.The supervisors (one Mr. Yahya and one Mr. Nino) told me rules are rules and they wont help or send someone because it was shift change time.I had to drive like crazy to terminal 3, return the car and then get a taxi back. There were 4 employees and zero customers there.Am I wrong to expect more help from the company?It was incredibly stressful.They could have helped, or at least couldve been nice about it. On the phone I could hear a supervisor shouting that they informed me about the rules and thats its none of their business.Ill never rent Alamo again, and i guess I know why their rating was so bad.

My best car rental agency. I used to hire from Sixt. Many times I received upgrade cars. The prices a bit higher than others but the cars always new and clean.I booked throw Sixt application and every rental counted toward statue upgrade.

Their prices are sky high, even when everyone offers reasonable prices and the businessis down. Renting per month doesnt make any difference, so better keep your car for your self. Thank you for your bad service 🙏🏻

The office is really bad: I had to wait more than an hour. As a Sixt Platinum, if often take a car rental but they had to verify (I don’t know why) my driving licence I have since 11 years now because they thought it was a fake.... such a shame !

Rented a Mercedes E200 W213 for 1 week. After I returned the car, they inspected it with me and confirmed that the car is fine. After that I left Sixt and went to Airport for departure. In a hour Sixt representative called to my phone, and told me that there is a scratch on the mirror shell, and one tyre is damaged. I told them, You charged full insurance fee for this car, you inspected the car with me and confirmed its ok! Nevertheless, they charged my $850 for 1 tyre. Why so much for a single tyre? Is it fair?

The rental is ok. You can have a car and drive it but be careful, they are thieves. They will charge you for anything they can. Make sure you get back your deposit. I had a business trip and 3 weeks after, I noticed my money wasnt refunded. Called and they said it was confirmed and refunded but it takes a few days to show. I let time pass, even forgot about it, being busy with work. 2 weeks later I remember about it, called again really upset and THEN they return the money, in 5 minutes.

The worst rental cars company in the world.. you gonna find that if you throw any issues .. they manipulating and play with words and convert the contract words as they like and on there benefit to get more money from you .. the contract not clear and they can play with that words .. one of things... they charge me fix tyres by 800$ !!! And I had full insurances!!!

This is the worst car rental experience of my life. Arrived at the office at the booked time 9:30pm. There was only one person serving and a queue of 4 customers before me. The average serving time for each customer turned out to be 20 minutes. I am still waiting for my vehicle at 10:57pm. Who knew when it will arrive. I highly recommend that you NOT waste your time and money with this organization who basically steal vehicle rental time from you, since you pay from the prebooked time. Not only that: they steal your precious vacation time. DON’T DO IT

I just had a horrible experience!! I booked an Alfa Romeo five days ahead only to be told that it wasnt available when we went to pick it up. Firstly, the man was 20 minutes late to us, even though we were on time. Then, he offered us an upgrade to Mercedes and went on and on about how better Merceds Benz is. When we insisted on the Giulietta, he called Sheikh Zaid branch and asked them to send him the car which infiruritaed us even more: they had the car all along, but was too lazy to send it to the branch which we spcified will pick it up from. Furthermore, we havent received even one apology to any of the above mentioned disappointments, the man didnt even look apologetic , we were just asked to come back later to pick it up. One last disappointment is that Sixt is a partner company to the Alfa Romeo agent in UAE.

The worst company i had seen in my life !!!I had very bad situation when i arrived from Sweden to dubai last week on wedensday at 12:00 AM , i got chocked when the employee asked to pay by credit card extra 3750 AED for incurance and that was not mentioned at website when i rent the car !!!!!I canceled my reservation and rent new car from another company. And i have been told that i will lose 3 days rent cost as cancelation fees !!!!!!!!!PS:i already payed the total cost from Sweden and untill now i was not refund the monyIn fact i am so sad from this issue and i will not give positive feedback about this company

I tried around 5 companies from Dubai Airport. This is the worst so far. After 2 weeks of returning the car and went back to my country, I got charged additional charges (without any notification or email informing me about any additional charges). So I called them they said these are some traffic fines and related administration charges. I asked them to send me costs details by email but i didnt receive it, I called again next day they said the system is down. I called for the third time and they said the main office is not operating on weekend I have to wait. I never got the email. It seems to me either they do not have any justifications for the charges or they are the worst service ever.

I think this is the best car rental company in Dubai. I havr tried Budget and EuroCar before, and this one definitly outperformed them. The service and time taken to receive the car were remarkable. What I liked the most is that they gave us the choice to select between two childs seats instead of giving us a dirty one, as Eurocar did once. I recommend this car rental. Thumbs up 👍

Let me start by saying that am a Platinum member , the problem all started with the desk person at the T3 , he is unpleasant very pushy for full insurance, sarcastic jokes like he is doing you a favor to give you a car.I have ordered Alfa Romeo but it wasnt available so he gave me Infiniti , when i asked for my free upgrade which am entitled for he told me i gave you Infiniti already what do you want more in very sarcastic way like he owns the cars.fist second i arrived he told me am late 2 hours so i have to wait for the car delivery 30 minutes in a mean way.The car is dirty , and unwashed.Overall the desk person ruined the experience ,he is unfit for hospitality.Also i may add he had to mention that i have to deliver the before 2PM otherwise they will charge me one day which other car rentals dont Like Hertz.i asked for second driver , he said you have to pay 250DRH a day which other car rentals gives for free like Hertz.I wonder what is my benefits as a platinum member??!?!??!Overall horrible attitude and unpleasant person, doesnt make you feel happy or welcome, Very bossy and bargains with you.Personally i think he is not fit for this job. He just not a nice person!

The fact they put a hold on my Credit card was a downside, plus getting my car took longer than I expected. and I had to buy a GPS (I dont recommend at all). it was $10 for the GPS that didnt get me to my hotel, Sixt employee couldnt do it. I had no cell coverage so I had to go with the gps wich I couldnt use, I had to download google maps offline and it worked perfectly. the employee at the car lot was really nice, and the employee at the disk was OK. Also after returning to the States after my trip they left the hold on my Credit card, BUT a month from the same date I rented the car they charged my card again with $7 which I am not really sure what is that for. I am monitoring my card and will report it as a fraud charge.

I reserved a car online but upon arrival, I had to wait for 30 mins. They did not reserve the car that they guaranteed for me and then after 30 mins of wait, gave me another car. While return, they told me that the receipt will be emailed to me but Im writing this review after 1 week and have still not received my receipt. Poor service!!

750 AED for a 1 cm scratch on the rear door.. Can you believe it ?? All their cars have damages and scratches yet when u ask why such a huge amount they outrageously tell you that they will paint the whole door which is a naive lieAvoid at all costs !!!! No problem with renting the car. Noo que. Persinal is also quite ok. Meybe a bit more smile will be better.I do not like the orientation in the airport. It was quite diffcult to find the correct parking slot when you return the car. No signs anywhere. I was lucky that met the person from sixt in the parking again.

I strongly advise against this rental company in Dubai. The colleagues do not say the same thing, there is a scheming and other people who took their rental with them, saw their deposit being taken for scratches that they had not done. If you absolutely want to go with them, film your car. But honestly I advise you not to go to them!Very bad experience.

I decided to rent a car from Sixt (I was very loyal to this company).Came to learn about the presence of the car to the rack. The girl asked what car we were from. She said that it is better to book online and pay there to be cheaper. Everything is logical - we did it.We return the next day to the same girl. She says, And you dont have an international drivers license - I cant do anything, cancel it. Penalty for cancellation - the entire amount of rent !!! And she knew that we were from Ukraine - why didnt she warn about very special conditions ?! Im sure she understood that she pushed us to lose money.I thought I was a fool, did not read carefully the agreement, which states that you need some special drivers license. But no !!! International driver license is written in Terms & Conditions. Before that, my rights were applied all over the planet (in Europe, North America, South America) - there is the necessary information in English. I could not think that for Sixt Dubai my license is not international. And here, at Sixt in Dubai, they are not international. And cancellation of rent - all price of the car!I believe Sixt is to blame for me losing $ 650 because I was not properly informed and they did not give me a chance to correct the mistake.But thanks to this unpleasant situation, we discovered local companies. They have better prices, they accept international drivers licenses (not some special paper).And Sixt, I advise you to avoid.

Nice upgrade for 150 € from a Sunny to an A250 AMG package! More expensive insurance, this was not entirely clear.I had already filled in everything online but still had to be done when picking it up. Counter is temporarily in the terminal.Employee was friendly and gave a bottle of water. Damage contract is clear. Return was quick. Toll roads cost 4AED per ride.

Pleasantly surprised. Dont trust comments. Long but very accommodating service. They take the time to explain the conditions to you (tolls, pv, etc.)The deposit was returned to me in full. No fictitious damage was notified. I was even able to return the car a little late at no extra cost. I totally recommend.Very good responsiveness by email. Many thanks to Hind, Shahzada and Naeem for their very good communication and understanding.

Firstly, use the application of the company itself, and not any third-party bookings, a very convenient application and the price is lower than through the same Economybooking, secondly, a very convenient location, both upon arrival and upon departure, in the third there are always new cars and in good condition. Waited more than 2 hours in line, hostess alone and really very very slow, I had rented a class A, the hostess announced the absence of this category ...another vehicle was offered, scratches not noted, I asked the agent to note these scratches he refused, I took a video (luckily), the key collection was quick and he asked us to quickly leave the parking lot, on the way back, a new agent who scanned the vehicle with a flashlight, looking for the slightest scratch or hook on the tires, he wanted to charge me the scratches not noted but reported at the beginning, luckily I had the video, otherwise my deposit would have been debited.Provide a credit card and not debit, fees will be additional.

I advise you and advise against at the same time. This is my 3rd rental at sixt Dubai and when I first arrived at the agency for a Jeep Wrangler for 700 me the 12 days of vacation. The car is there but it is an old Jeep not washed not equipped as I had asked in the options ... short little rant and I was told that there was nothing else. I get in touch with the Ester manager of sixt super person who coact me 2 days later because she found me a class C on another agency arrives on site I am left the choice there are two cars I choose suddenly the Cla Amg without adding paper and super vacancy. Makes the car go well. 20 days later I have it withdraw 250 €, then 38 €, 17 € and 353 €. Incomprehensible !!!! I contact sixt from my country they can do nothing. I contact Sixt Dubai and they dont really care about the situation. I contact Ester and she sends me 5 documents including the full invoice and the amazement there are fines that I expected as well as tolls but the theft was done on the costs of handling these fines (450aed / by fine more expensive than the fine itself) and tolls (20aed). In short, I paid almost € 1,700 as much to tell you that I had the balls.My last rental went well because from the beginning to the end I took care to have all the paper documents with me and to be careful to read everything I sign until giving the keys and the 1 fine and toll nothing to say. And everything went well. (Do not hesitate to put pressure with your interlocutors and leave with the deposit if during the tour of the car there is no damage). Next time try Hertz.The advantage of Sixt is that the cars are cheaper and very beautiful.

Absolutely bad service in Terminal 3.The stand is in an intermediate space on the escalators, which is not even air-conditioned.There is a small counter in the corner with very unfriendly staff.Despite delivery of the vehicle in perfect condition, I was charged with a rockfall in the windscreen and front bumper. Never again with Sixt.

Service staff very friendly but very incompetent! Constantly had problems with the rental and contradictions in the statements. One says go by phone, the other says they have to come over. A trip abroad is booked and you should register a few days in advance. We go there to make sure that it doesnt go wrong and it still doesnt work. And last but not least, the top bonus points were not credited, which we previously clarified with both top bonus and Sixt when renting. After writing back and forth several times with Sixt customer support, we didnt get a satisfactory solution. Instead, a goodwill credit in the amount of 1000 top bonuses (instead of 80,000 to suit us!).
