DearKhaled Elgendy30 days is standard in this market due to the fines which are never come online. All rental company do this. If 1000 aed is insane for you, use Public transport. the problem is its not legal. By law the car which you are giving for rent suppose to be registered in rent a car company.

Very bad experience for hiring a car in Egypt, i hired a car from the application where i found the car in horrible mechanical condition as well for the exterior, i cancelled the borrow immediately and request for refund, now its almost 60 days and nothing refunded and they keep promising me that its already refunded but nothing is back to my card!!!!

To start with, their Support system is out of control and spamming my email. Please understand the principles of saving your customers before making an initiative you think it will work out in this market/ region. Also, your terms of service are too harsh for the car borrower and doesnt show any common sense why would I put a minimum of AED 1000 as a deposit and to be held up by you for 30 days to rent a car? Thats totally insane and not required by any car rental agency out here.

A notorious company, they take extra money from the amount of insurance without a face. They are really not respectful in dealing. I do not recommend them. Very bad experience. The advice of this company is that there is another company called Drive that is 1000 times better than them from experience
