Absolutely no customer service, there reporting for car condition pre pickup is poor hence no system in place at pickup. Hidden chargers that are not made clear at the BEGINNING.Definitely will NOT use again

We are Russian family, who had rented Lexus IC30/(2019) in this company last April 2021. This company really has got a new cars, clear service and no any hide charges! We recommend this rent a car company.

Its really a good place to get rent a car. My friend collected a car on rent from here couple of times. Staff support is good and understanding. Well, if you do any damage like it happened with us then you have to pay 😶

Rented car Kia Sorrento had a fault with the cable (connecting to the battery) and couldnt suddenly start after last night (I couldnt even open the trunk) when I was packed with all the luggage in the car to give my family lift to the airport very early morning at 4:00 am. I had to take a taxi from marina and back (Friday first metro at 10) extra cost of almost 200AED - that day I needed the car the most of all of my rental days! No refund of the cost from the Blue Wing and the manager ridiculously suggested that I could broke the cable on purpose to go by taxi and try to claim refund... In a serious car rental I wouldnt be treated in such a way as a client. It was definitely my first and last experience with such a company! They even said I should repair that on my own (when in rush with kids and family on the way to the airport). They fixed the problem at 1pm so in spite I needed I payed and had extra cost they didnt offer anything but shouting at me by phone when I talked to the menager on a check out day.

Car delivery and return from the hotel AED 120 insane amount. I agreed with the employee on the delivery told me 60 and on arrival he took me 120 .. Logic that the price will be 60 for delivery and return .. The employee had to clarify that 60 for delivery and 60 return. It will be the last time I deal with them. I do not recommend dealing with them .. Everyone should be careful before dealing with them.
