Worst staffs ever. Very Rude , treating a client like he has given a car for free. Ignorance people and only took money rent without giving assistance to client as promised and ended up with unsolved problem and lost 1 day money rent . Don’t ever deal with them. Lots of better car rentals in Dubai !

My experience with Drift was very good and simple. I had a Kia Cadenza, it was in very good condition, delivered to my house.. It was the best value for money in the market. Whatever we agreed on Drift delivered on their part and I delivered on my part. The Deposit was returned to me after 20 days swiftly by transfer to Canada. Ali from Drift was a very nice and supportive person all the way.I think some of the reviews that spoke about issues in the return of their deposits did not understand that any Salik expenses the customers incurr or any fines they make or any transfer charges or currency exchange rates have to be deducted from the deposit. Such deductions are reasonably not the responsibility of Drift.In all fairness, do not be discouraged by negative reviews and comments.I recommend the company.

Dont book them.They offer cheap prices and vehicles were in a good state, but they dont give back your deposit.We tried calling them several times, and they would always find an excuse such as the accountant is on holiday so we cant transfer you the money.

Very poor service and rude staff.They make you run from pillar to post to refund your deposits. I had recommended this company to my friends travelling to Dubai. They offered competitive rates but they more than make up for it with a lot of unjustified deductions from the deposit.When my friends wanted to return the car they did not bother to even pick up the car in time and they had to leave it at the hotel.

They are thieves.They pretend they will pay you your deposit back, but they dissapear / dont reply to you.I payed the deposit for my brother (that he was a tourist here) and they did not return my deposit after 72 days!Called them, texted them, nothing. They said we ll check on that and dissapeared.On the phone they hang up on my face when asked details and texted me calling me unethical.I had to go there physically , and when he saw i would definitely report them in the police for fraud , then magically the deposit was returned to my account.

They WILL STEEL YOUR DEPOST no matter what they say. Read the fine print in the back of you contract. They will NOT refund your 1000 AED deposit back to your card, they will tell you; they will use Westerns Union to refund you but they will charge extra 120 AED plus some other fees. 0 customer service. Not feel welcome at all. Eego and revengeful Pakistani staff. Not giving correct information, wasting my time , after I used i take my friend there he also turned back and reject to rent from there because of attitude of staff there. Really disappointed. I hope somebody responsible person will see this. I felt we going to rent a car by forcefully from them , and ignores. On my situation once I rented but never ever again , and I will not prefer to another.😣

I don’t recommend them. They took over one month to return the deposit and took extra charges, for no fault of my own. Everything seemed great at first, they answered fast and brought the car we had agreed on (fast too). They confirmed they can pick it up too (this is all for a charge of course, which I had agreed to). On day of return I had told them to send someone to pick up the car (it was around 7am in the morning, my return time was 10:30 approximately, and I had previously communicated to them that I will be returning the car on that day). They didn’t send anyone until later in the day, and then charged me an extra day because of that. This is unacceptable practice. Rent elsewhere.

Never ……..Never go to this car rent ...they are looters ... their intention is not to rent a car but to grab peoples hard earned money … loot peoples hard earned money. They will try to attract you with cheap price, till the moment you confirm the booking, but after this the real show will start, you will face with lot of cheater and rude men .. front desk fat receptionist called his self the manager, he has no idea how to talk, veryyy.... rude and unprofessional, he just keep shouting and saying he is talking very nicely.customer service is on negative scale, please do not rent from them. there are many other much better companies who offer great deals. i would give it 0/5 but it wont allow the post without selecting a star. it deserves 0!.

Very unprofessional staff and liars in this company, they show false advertisements and let you take the car and then they impose you police fine and talk fraud like manager is not the owner of the company and they act they dont have time to talk to you or solve your concerns. They are greedy for money and cheat the customers and have cheated so many customers on purpose. The Pakistani full staff of this company are unethical and are fraud. Also they run the business illegally without any cars under their company name or not even a working license. No good customer care and no service. They follow your address location and spy as well. As all customers reviews stated they dont return the full deposit money and take for their own pocket. They have made themselves good reviews in here as well, by fake accounts which are just to manipulate and show their service is good which is not true and that they are for sure 100% fraud company and staffs.

Please guys be Careful with this company, very careful when you give back the car the try to find all excuse to keep the deposit plus they try ti charge you a lot of money for every single things.... my advise dont rent car from this company for any reason and again careful they will take your money , even if you didnt do nothing they will find reason. Great car rental company. Planned on only renting for two weeks but ended up renting for 2 months (due to a lengthy car purchase) and they took care of us the entire way. Extremely professional and very kind. Would for sure recommend!

BEWARE OF THIS DANGEROUS UNETHICAL COMPANY.They remotely lock the engine of the car at their will. Twice they locked the car on a highway for getting their money. They took away the car from my house.They did not provide the invoice for me to pay, instead they filed a police case against me for twice the amount. Only when I had to renew my visa I came to know about this from the immigration and I had to pay twice the amount due at the police station.When I asked for the AED.1000/- deposit they never even bothered to verify and respond to us..Again I warn all customers - BEWARE OF THIS DANGEROUS UNETHICAL COMPANY.

Very poor communication with clients, deposit money took one month to be reclaimed.. And when i got it i received it not complete (70 AED) less than I paid. Not honest at all.

I have rented with drift for 4/5 months and ive decided to change due to the unprofessionalism and scams. I had a problem with my AC and they told me I has to fix it myself so I went to the garage. Its now happened a second time and they are requesting me to go again to waste my time when it is their job to make sure the cars in in good condition. I have requested them to come and collect the car as i am no longer paying the rental and I have paid all my fines on time and they have the audacity to speak in a rude manner for me to clear 1 fine and charge a pick up fee for a car that isnt even working.I decided to use this company as the prices on the website are reasonable but they are false advertising and used the excuse that the marketing team will change it. (5months ago)

It was a pretty good experience. I used two vehicles in the course of about 3.5 months. I was using the cars in Abu Dhabi so they made it easy to make payments electronically. They even deposited my deposit directly into my account so I wouldnt have to drive all the way to Dubai to collect. Good job Drift.

Really good prices and very helpful staff. I rented Kia seltos with them for a week, price was affordable, car was 2020 model and they didnt charge me any of extra undefined charges, will definitely recommend to All who comes to Dubai and need a vehicle to move around.

Travel in dubai is all about roaming around. I went with my wife and it become hassle free after booking Drift car rental. I think without it we couldnt commute well. All drivers and staff friendly and price reasonable. Dubai trip without them is now incomplete !! Good job

Very bad experience, for anyone reading this, I wanted a car for a month, they gave me a car with broken A/C before I ask for another one with A/C.At the end of my rental period they charged me the deposit 1500 AED DEPOSIT by CC, once I returned the car, the dude told me you will get the refund after 25 days, thank god i asked how before leaving the country, he was not even going to ask for my bank account details, after 25 days no news from them I texted him via WhatsApp and he said «  oh yes ». I asked for a bank transfer, dude went to an exchange office and transferred me the money with a 50 AED fee to my expense, plus a 30 AED admin fee to his favour,Charged 389€ returned 291€, net loss, 73 considering I had 100 AED(25€) operating fee.Anyway, that’s my experience. Cars are cheap so is the service and the company , do not expect much from these lads.What to remember :1/ cars aren’t reviewed before rented2/ cars might have discrepancies before handed over to customers, on purpose ? Maybe3/ customer service is inexistant.4/ expect to lose money in the deposit refund process

Overall opinion: Good company that take customer service needs at heart.Things I liked:- Competitive prices.- Polite front desk staff.- Flexibility with customer request, I had intiailly planned to rent a car for a week but changed my mind after two days, they accepted with my request.- Willingness to match customer needs. I changed a meet up appointment two times and they were able to comply with that.Things that could be better:- Cars smelled of cigarettes on the two occasions I rented from them.- Speed of service at contract signing, anything beyond 15 mins is too much.

Amazing place.very friendly staff who explain everything clearly and are always ready to help. Very flexible pricing. High value for price. You can take a 2016 model car from them and still expect the best of conditions. Cars are very well maintained. Special thanks to wakar front desk specialist who had briefed and advised on how be safe while driving in dubai as i had russian licence. Will surely recommend to every one.They are so confident that they would call multiple timee to know if you are happy with the car. I have rented from multiple places but for sure this 1 stands out. I rented a car from here recently. They took 1000AED deposit and the fee. I received a fine, which they took without permission 350AED from my account. They are not not refunding the full amount I am owed as per the contract. They may be cheap but don’t use them. The staff are rude and I had to go through legal action. Avoid and go somewhere else.

If there is minus 5 stars they will be winners, the WORST customer care i have ever met in my life, rude people, even the manager, Fahmad, is unbelievable, how rude he is when speaking to customers, i rent a carand it was full with dents and after I returned it back they accused me with another dends in the car. Unprofessional and very bad in business, I’m never gonna recommend it to any one

Just terrible experience for couple of months. among the grievance: harassement by the phone to bring back the car for registration renewal, it happened 3 times in 3 months, call several times per day... change the car, each car is worst that the other, you bring a car full of petrol they give you a car almost empty.They also try to make you pay for Salik or fines coming from other drivers, by checking the dates I noticed that I wasnt renting the car at this time for a lot of fines they wanted me to pay, same for Salik: by checking closely I reduced the invoice by 80 AED to 20 AED of salik... The longer term customer you are the worst they behave.Will never rent with them again, I suggest to avoid itLots of fake review here I think
