The worst car rental service in the whole dubai.They are not following the terms mentioned in the contract. Even after 30 days mentioned in the contract they are not refunding the caution deposit.Will not recommend to anyone.

My experienced in renting a car were so unacceptable.Firstly, I rented a car a month a go. I even called office before I went and they confirmed that their is a available for renting. They processed all the paper works and suddenly they handed over the car to me while checking, the guy who was assisting me pretend that he doesnt know why the radio system not functioning and just giving me option to take it or not and telling whether i will take or not but since i dont have any option cause Im running out of time I just take it.Secondly, I rented it again expecting that it will not happened to me like before. I called early in the morning reminding them that I will rent a car and again they confirm that they have available car. To make the story short I went and they give me a car when I am already drove out from hotel. Unfortunately, the car suddenly stop in the high way with my baby inside. I am struggling in switching on the car and luckily the car switched on and I drove again back to rent a car office. A guy who assist us is not giving any polite assistance nor sincere apology from the side of the company. Instead telling us to wait and said that someone coming to change the battery of the car. He also mentioned to come tomorrow evening and he will arrange car to me.I will never nor recommend this rent a car company to my friends and most especially to my guests as even me I experienced how the staff handled the situation are not trained.

Our recent experience with SEL was extremely disappointing to say the very least. First the photos of the vehicles advertised are incorrect: the photos you see are new models, but they give you old, beat down versions. We called and went to the office inquiring about a Chevrolet Spark and were informed it was unavailable, which is okay. We were then offered a Suzuki Celerio (again old model, not the new one as advertised) and were also told they would call us in a couple of days when the Spark became available. The call never came. Mind you the car was given with an almost empty fuel tank, so your first stop MUST be the gas station.The Celerio worked fine until 1 day before it’s return. While driving, the accelerator pedal got stuck in accelerating mode. Needless to say one of the MOST dangerous failures you might experience while driving! We managed to control the car and stop roadside. Called SEL and informed them about the situation, only to be informed that we’d have to wait THREE hours until someone could come and assist us. All the appointments and commitments we had that day had to be cancelled. We managed to wrestle the car back home. Fortunately a driver showed up with a spare Celerio after one hour, with a half tank of fuel. I must point out at this stage that we returned both cars with more fuel in the tank than what we received.The spare Celerio was just unacceptable, that’s how I can describe it. The drivers seatbelt did not lock properly, the passenger’s door handle does not open from the outside, the instrument cluster was very dirty, the radio knob was missing, the back seats were dirty, the side storages on both front doors were FULL of rubbish, including a hair comb and so was the glove box, etc. And we took photos as evidence.We feel the need to specify we are not the type of people that complain about things, but this experience was EXTREMELY disappointing and low standard. Must admit we will not recommend SEL to anyone in the future.

Its a good atmosphere here in SEL , staff is so friendly , we really enjoy working with the team. Especially in sales Mr. Girish , he service is so good that we really didnt need to followup for anything.
