Good car rental service. Only drawback is there timings, they close by 9 PM so car need to be returned by 9 PM otherwise they will charge extra 1 day, that I found not good.

Excellent service. I rented Hyunday Santafe for 1 week, for a very reasonable price. Car was clean and neat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No hassle for documentation, everything went very smooth. Car return was seamless. Return time their office was closed but I was able to return it outside their office. Most importantly, I received my refund of AED 1500 in just 10 days in full. I recommend them to others and I will also rent from them again when I am in Dubai.

He seemed very nice guy and I was satisfied with the deal. I paid off all the expenses and left Dubai on January 3 th. three weeks later I saw a transaction in my credit card account and it was for the car rental again. he charged me twice. I do not know how that happened but I reported to my bank. Do not trust him. or at least do not use your credit card. pay it with cash.

Staff of extreme kindness. We explained very well for the GPS, the car was very clean a KIA SPORTAGE ..... Only small inconvenience the tank with 20 km to do ... I suggest a half of full to make the same level but when the we do not know where we can do the gas its a little boring if not everything is nickel ....They are very accomodating allowed us to rent for a day which is not always the case in the rentersRent made only a day before !!!Really very happy and I highly recommendthanks again
