Recently rented from them. Professional company and they have good rates for long term rental. Under the famous Habtoor group so you feel the professionalism.I specifically wanted to mention about my experience with Murad Ashraf. I feel lucky that the guy picked my call was him. So kind and professional gentleman. He got all my details through email and make car ready even on a Saturday(he was off and came for us) Good employees make difference. If you rent from Diamond lease DIP ask for Murad. I am very happy with my recent experience.

The Team was swift with the scheduled maintenance. They also cleaned the car thoroughly inside and outside. This option of dropping off the car for an hour is better than having a replacement which may slow down the process.

Very happy with the customer service and how they handled the lockdown situation when I couldnt return the car. A bit slow to respond at times, but Im sure that was due to the massive amount or returns they were receiving at the time. No issues with the monthly charges or deposit. They always sent an invoice before charging the card (some companies dont) and did not charge for minor scratches (some companies do). Car ran smoothly and never had an issue. All in all a very good experience with Diamond Lease.

Especially i want to say thanks to him they give me permission to use the car myself only in the servicing center. Nobody sited on my car as I requested, they handle the lockdown perfectly. TERRIBLE company. Avoid if you can. Firstly, I ordered a baby seat but all they have are infant seats. Secondly, they don’t offer you the mileage plans that are available. Just give you what they think you need. Then their excess mileage is excessive. Their deposit policy is ridiculous. For Oman travel they take $500 and keep it for 90 days. For UAE, they also take a deposit and then don’t take Toll/fine charges from the deposit but charge against your card and still keep the deposit for 30 days. All I can think is that the company are desperate for money.

At this DIP-2 location office, they have long fleet. Prices for car lease also very competitive. This is part of al-habtoor group. They are providing Mitsubishi cars for lease.

Inefficient communications. Could not get replies to my email enquirers and had to call them long distance to get them to answer my emails for quotation.In their email replies they provided contradictory information about what they can do and cannot do for delivering the vehicle.They do not provide airport pickup and drop off of the rental vehicle which makes the service inconvenient and impractical.

I drive their car 13 months, everything ok. But When time coming to refund my deposit, no one is not responding, it’s already 1 and half month I’m waiting my money back and this Diamond lease not giving it.Not worthy to humans ✅✅✅

Poor and cold attitude

Worst rental car experience in 3 decades. The rental car broke down and they took more than 15 hours to deliver a small old one with an accumulated mileage of 140,000 km for replacement . They seldom answer emergency/help calls. To make things worst, they never call back.

Ive been mistakenly overcharged two times (they have your credit card details and the front desk staff just charge and overcharge you random amount). Took me 2 months, and more than 50 calls to get my money back. Moreover, its a nightmare to take your deposit back (they never refund it after the 45 days ... they hope you forget about that). Stay away from this company!
