The renting experience was good. But I had to pay 1000 AED for a deposit as I didnt have credit card and they told me that they would send it back to me a month after returning it. Now it has been a month and 2 weeks and I havent got my money back. I called them twice and they said theyd send it but I still got nothing.Update: they have sent the insurance money. They were late for 12 days.

It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The pick up took forever literally forever. Second day The car wouldn’t start the battery had died, called the company they told me I have to bring the car to the airport so they can change the battery meanwhile the is dead. I recharged the battery, it wasn’t easy to find jumper cables tho. I drove to the office at the airport and for them to change the battery it took two hours. In total this company wasted a lot of my vacation time a time that I would love to spend it by the beach.

I rented the car end of April 2019 ,until now i didn’t get my money back (car insurance).unprofessional company.
