As I was traveling from Dubai to Fujairah with the family of 5 people I was needed an SUV car as of my Sedan wouldnt cover me at all. By my Ukrainian friend suggestion I was chosen Rotana Star Rent a Car and Im really happy with my choice. To be honest I usually dont leave any reviews to anything, but this is the case I think I need to write one as I got the best experience in terms of the service here in the UAE. I rented quite a luxury car which is G63 and I found that the car was in the mint brand new condition.The key point was:I had to return the car at 12 oclock in the afternoon, but since I didnt get back earlier than needed from Fujairah, I asked Mr. Koaz in advance to return it a little later by 4 pm. Luckily there was no booking after me and I was able to return the car to 4 pm with no extra payment charge! Thank you for your great understanding and good luck to Rotana Star Rent a Car!

Wasted my time! I have booked Yellow Lamborghini Huracan (2699AED) at 1-3pm. They didn’t answer me until 3:30pm and 1 hour later come with a BLUE FERRARI (2999AED on site) and tried to give it at 3500AED(!!!!)I understand that Yellow car was extended by previous customer, but you waste my time. The worst rental service I had a deal with.1. All three cars we tried (Lamborghini Aventador, Huracán and Ferrari spider) were in bad condition: a lot of scratches on the top, bottom (like really a lot) and wheels; damaged & worn out tires; service errors (for example one reported the need to replace the brakes in the car!).2. We agreed on Aventador but was given Huracán with the promise to give Aventador about 15:00 that turned into 22:00. As it was already dark we recorded not all defects of the car (our big mistake). Because...3. The next day when giving back Aventador we were informed that we had made one scratch on the bottom and one on the rim :) (as I told before bottoms of all the cars were scratched as hell, rims were not exclusion). This trick wouldnt work with Huracán and Spider because the day before we had received them in the light time so made photos of good quality of all problems, and we were told nothing.4. The best part is that they scammed us and received extra money, because started arguing really bad and press on us. Also, their English was good when calculating how much we need to pay and very bad when hearing arguments back about the quality of the cars and huge amount of defects they had).And Im not sure that well receive our deposit back after 15 days.To summarize: Rotana Star -- are liars and scammers. And if you find yourself in the same situation, dont hesitate to call the police, because attempts to regulate this situation with main manager -- gave zero effect.Dont afraid or hesitate to be meticulous, demanding and always defend your rights. Think it be a good lesson to us(P.S. Dont be fooled by good reviews as we.Select the negative ones and read them - as I see now - a similar scheme in all cases, its a pity that we werent so smart when we rented this garbage (
