Terrible experience from thieves I had a car from this company - KIA. They gave me a car full of scratches (see the pictures attached). I havent checked the car properly before I signed - The guy told me Dont worry I marked all scratches and after the rent, they decided that there was a new scratch that was not there and they claimed that I am responsible for that. I am 100000% sure I didnt touch a tiny bit of this car. They were pushing me to do a police report so that their insurance covers all the rest of the scratches. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company. I paid a bit more with SIXT and I am very satisfied with their service.

Highly recommend!!I would not go to any other rental company other than Paramount. Mr Manoj and Mr Bala have been brilliant since day one.Ive had my car for a year so far and have received nothing but great service every time!Service pick up and drop off is always scheduled right and the delivery is always on time.

The location in Al Qouz is terrible. However, there is a great selection of cars and the service is prompt and professional!

Terrible service and disappointing experience similar to other 1-star ratings below.On car delivery the representative only reluctantly and at my insistence added the numerous existing scratches to the car damage record. It was delivered late night, so I missed some scratches. On pickup, they said there were new scratches and would not collect the car without a police report. Unethical and not customer-oriented at all.I still wait 30 days later for my deposit to be refunded to my credit card. They have deducted 1000 AED from my deposit and will not be transparent with the itemized list of charges.Do not avail yourself of the services of this company - they do not treat their customers well. Excellent service.. No words to replace.. Fully covered parking for 100+ vehicles at the service centre makes them unique among other rent a car companies. Immediate responses. 24 hours assistance. Professional way of handling. Personalized care for each and every customers make them different in rent a car market. Rates are not cheap but best when we compared with the service and support we get.

Be careful with this company. Its very hard to get your money back from them and neither they pick-up your phone call nor they reply back to your emails. They took my money from my credit card and when I asked them,initially a person name JIBRAN respond to me saying he will return the money back in one week ,but after that now almost 2 months gone there is no reply from him or from the company . There are lot of good rent a car in al quoz . stay away from this scam company
