I Arrived late at night 1:20 Am and the service more then good. Royston Rodrigues helpt us perfectly and was very nice and helpfull. The pick Up in the garage went also smooth. Nice clean car, tank was full and worker there was really accurate in checking the car for damages when handing it out to me.

I have been using National rent a car since 2017. I really enjoy their hospitality and professionalism Specially from Ms. Nishitha in recognizing the regular customers. Most horrible experience ! DON`T BOOK HERE ! ! !They even charge your credit card 6-8 weeks later claiming further road tolls,...which you cannot verify. I had to replace my Credit card to stop these continuously charges. Then they claimed traffic violoence...then further road toll.....these guys are crooks.

This guys are thieves, they will take a deposit of 800usd(3000 aed), you will only find out while returning the car they will say there is damage in car and its not present earlier. Nobody thoroughly check car while pickup as either there exhausted of flight or returning quickly to catch flight this company take advantage of this and they will take away your deposit either way. Be very careful of this thieves and keep distance from this rental company. Worst experience ever possible for me and I had to miss my flight figuring out return location and damage negotiations. They tried to charge 1550 aed for pictures attached if you see below one any one with common sense will know it is not fresh dent as there is no paint damage.

I arrived at National car rental on February 10th (12pm) to pick up my car rental I had booked on the previous day, In the email I was instructed to collect the car from terminal 1 by arrivals, upon arriving at the terminal the national desk appeared to be closed which left me slightly confused, I asked members of staff in the airport for more information and was told I needed to go to the desk near the car park, after trying to locate this desk for about 15 minutes I located a small room that had desk for a few rental companies but not a single member of staff was in there instead each desk had a number to contact, I called the number on the national desk and I was told I need to go to terminal 3 as terminal 1 had been closed due to the pandemic, this was a little bit frustrating as I feel this is something that should have been stated in my confirmation email, I also made it clear to the lady on the phone that I did not have my passport to hand and she said if I had a picture it would be fine. Upon arrival to terminal 3 I was meet by a very rude and unhelpful man (I did not take his name) who seemed as though he did not want to help, he stated very rudely and aggressively that not only did he need a picture of my passport but also a picture of my visa stamp in my passport, due to his bad attitude and what I consider to be poor customer service I immediately left. I returned to terminal 3 later that evening about 9pm. This time I was served by a very lovely lady by the name of Sara, if it was not for her I would definitely be giving this company a 1 star rating! She was absolutely delightful, she was friendly, engaging in conversation, explaining to me all the different options in regards to additional insurance and so fourth. If not for my prior bad experiences that day I would have certainly given a 5 star rating based solely on her great customer service. I think people who go the extra mile to engage with customers in such a manner deserve all their due credit. I would advice the manager of this branch that Sara deserves a promotion and she should also be put in a position where she trains all members of staff on good customer service (especially the asian man that was working at 12pm on February 10th 2021). I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Sara for her great service that day I will certainly be asking for her if I decide to use this company again. Her colleagues can certainly learn a lot from her. The staff at the collection point in the car park where also very polite and helpful that evening =).

I have been dealing with National car rental (Alamo previously) for many years, during my regular visits to Dubai and had the best experience with them. I have dealt with Rakesh several times, very helpful and professional, quick and extremely polite. Five star first class service from Royston Rodrigues and his team members who are always friendly and cheerful even when they are overwhelmed with customer bookings! My only suggestion is they need more staff members on the front desk so more customers can get processed faster. However, I have used this company many times and will continue to do so.

Charged 3000 AED in addition to a 500AED payment for a one-day rental. I thought that the charges were fraudulent, but I believe that it was just a huge unexpected security deposit. I dont remember if it was refunded.

I am a regular user living between UK and Dubai and hire a car minimum once a month for periods between 3 and 21 days. I have got to know these guys over 2 years and they have always treated me with respect and in a friendly, efficient and professional manner day or night.I pre-book through direct email and always receive a response within same day. The paperwork is exacting and painful but we cannot blame National for that- they have this imposed on them and frankly its pretty global with any hire car company.I picked up a parking charge which they investigated for me on a previous booking through main office and all was resolved amicably.If its my fault I accept to pay- simple as that.I hate rude language in any posts- shameful in my opinion.You deserve some credit when you do well.

Please be aware of them , they will charge you when you return the car without any explanations.They charges me two times (no invoice) they claimed to send email but they did not.I have asked them two times to justify the charges no responseAlso, I called them but no answerWhen you drop off your car be careful ask them for salik and all charges before you leave

It is the first time that we decided to use rental care for our holidays in Dubai, we are from Germany. The lady at the counter in Dubai Terminal 3 may not have had her best day.But the guys in the care park who handed over the car were super nice. They noted everything we told them to note on the paper and the care was super clean. The same when we returend the car.Some people may not have noticed that Salik has to paid for using Sheikh Zayed road, the fees will be deducted later after the car was returned.We experienced a great service .

I would not rent from them again for the following reasons:1- Them make me signed the paperwork outside the car before I check the gas amount. they put in the paper 8/8 full tank and i was even less 80%.I returned the car with full tank and told the reception guy about it, he smiled to my face and said You signed as it was full tank.2- After i returned the car they told me everything is ok, but after couple of minutes i got another charge for 40 that i am still have no idea whats for.3- They hold any authorization amount thats still not been returned.I well take cared of the car like it was mine but unfortunately I trusted who should NOT be trust.

The worst you can imagine, I’m a worldwide customer of National 5 years now, I never seen or experienced such bad, slow, non accurate, poor knowledge of staff as I seen at this location. Terminal 3 at DXB.The staff who’s only one person was trying his best to cover a job of at least 2-3 people, but unfortunately one rep serving customers leading to a waiting time in best scenario for one hour, I met people with children, special needs, and one senior lady was in the waiting line.I have to be honest and mention that this only rep in the office trying to be friendly, nice and greeting the customers with a smile also the guy in the parking lot who hand you the car.National, to keep your business and your repetition, please do something change your dealer or advise your business partner in Dubai to improve his management processes and do not lose a market like DXB.

Most unprofessional and ridiculous rental in Dubai.Hidden fees, rude staff and unprofessional service.They pretended a 8000 aed credit card block to let me take the car to Oman.It took me 3 hours to get the car in the first place.Car left with half tank full, charged ridicoulous amounts for a minor scratch on the front tyres rimGo with ANY other rental in DXB.

Extremely bad experience.The gentleman in the counter was very professional.But when we had to go and pick up the car in the parking lot we had to wait for over 30 minutes after a 24 hour flight. There is not even a iota of customer service here.They get 50 Dirhams for parking and its not worth it.Better to get the rental car outside the airport.May be that might be a comfortable option.

The worst rental car in the world.. They tell something and the actual is completely different .. The customer service is very rude .. I dot a damaged Tyre, they told me in a very bad and impolite manner: we will change the car only if you pay , although i paid for a super full insurance and the sales Rizwan at DXB airport said that it covers the tires and glass.They also charged me with 150 AED for road assist and after i asked friends they all told me that road assist is for free!!! really upset and the worst experience ever in car rental.... Advice: DONT RENT FROM THEM

We rented a car online, Ford Focus 2016. Very difficult to find the location. The car wasnt from 2016. Many things were broken and had. Many dents on it, over 15. The floor mat had a big hole. On the booking it was full to full, they gave me less than 1/8 fuel. Hard to find gas when you arrive 1am. On the drop off the checked the car for dents and damage for over 15 minutes.. The only plus is the price. 1000 aed for 10 days with super cover.

Terrible location. They don’t provide any transport to/from other terminals. And the drop off location is a parking lot in terminal 2- no shuttle service or even guidance on how to get to the terminal. The staff was so arrogant.I had to take a taxi from the parking to the terminal after the drop off.It stupid. Make sure you book car rentals that are in the terminal you need to be in. Although some car rentals do provide pick up and drop off services- just don’t expect that or anything at all from national. All they care about it payment.

Avoid... put me off hiring a car all together, had a appeal with the police for parking ticket which they got involved in ended it by paying it without letting me know and they also cut charges without letting their customer know. Credit card doesnt cover as its a involvement with the law. Bunch of crooks

Renting a car with RENTALCAR, the car pick-up and return are very smooth. The service staff is attentive and does not sell car insurance. The pick-up time is about 10-20 minutes. There is no difficulty when returning the car. When you return the car, you go to the wrong parking lot entrance and get lost in the parking lot , The service staff asked us to stop in place and wait for them to come over to return the car, so that our overall car rental experience is very good!
