I liked a lot Belhasa Car Rental service and I would like to highlight one of the staff Harsha. He was very professional and helpful, he suggested a good car for road trip and explained everything very well since it was my first time renting the car. Belhasa is a trusted car rental company! No stealing money or extra charging. Just one moment to improve is mileage limitation (200 km per day is not enough if you want to go out of Dubai). Overall had a good experience and definitely will come back.

Lack of coordination among the teams, horrible service and despite going physically to align a week before the specific car, the team changed it last minute and was not having any remorse or just we are sorry but this is what it is. wouldnt recommend them to anyone as they dont respect and take care of the consumer when its there mistake.

Took rent a car ... good experience at taking over so lets see on handover the car ... as heard usually most of the people have bad experience when they handover the car ... i am not talking about Belhasa.. talking about general ... I am feeling that i would have a best experience when handover to them..

Took full insurance and then I had a scratch they didnt cover it and told me I need to get police report. Annoying.Rest was good service pick up and drop off. Also having to do service in middle of rental is Annoying.They taking a 1 aed + vat commission on Salik is Annoying. Taking administrative fees for fines are Annoying.

Shabbir was very helpful, process was super smooth, all the details were well explained and clear. Got the car on time, it was in good condition. Very happy with the service all in all and would recommend Belhasa for anyone needing a car rental.

I have rented a car from Belhasa car rental at al qouz branch Dubai on a long term basis and they have the worse service in the whole world, for example if my car service km have completed and I want the car oil and filter changed and I don’t want a replacement car but I’m willing to go by myself change the oil and get back on the road I have to drive all the way from Ajman to Dubai al qouz branch, they don’t have any branch in Ajman or sharjah which is shocking for such big car rental for not having branches in Ajman, Sharjah and many more cites of UAE. The staff working in al qouz branch are also not very polite and keep you waiting for a minimum of 1 hour for a very small issue.Not at all happy with the service by such a big rental company. Very disappointed.

I had recently rented a car for 3 months and the service was absolutely fantastic. They brought the car at my location in 1 hr time from the booking! When I wanted to change to a smaller car Mr.Gulam did everything to meet my needs by giving me a brand new car. Both cars I rented that period were well maintained and I didnt faced any issues. I received a whatsapp message immediately after asking a question on the live chat on their website and the communication hereafter was excellent and all my questions were answered swiftly. This was followed up by a phone call to explain the conditions of the rental. All rates and types of car were shared with me, on request. The representative I dealt with was Shiela Geronimo, who I found very helpful. The drop-off and collection of the vehicle was also very smooth and efficient. Ive been renting a car from Belhasa for about a year, took care of it like it was my own. After I gave it back, they gave me a clean receipt. The next day, I got a few photos of the car standing in a sandy lot with a scratch, that got there after I gave it back, trying to charge me for it. They also charge your credit card without asking.

Reviewing at the start of the rental. So I can’t comment on return service and on going service.Booking service with Shabbib was great! He answered questions well and quickly and provided the cheapest quote from a wide range of suppliers in the city.Delivery was smooth after a few phone calls, patience is needed but they delivered the day following my booking, so speed was great.Driver found our location well (others have previously struggled with this). Driver was professional and helpful.Car delivered is as agreed on booking process, 2019 model and 30,000kms on the clock so no complaints at all.Nice enough people, delivering a good service so far!

I am sharing a genuine & personal experience, STAY AWAY from renting a car from them. i am regretting after leasing a car for a month. As their sales rep in my case it was Mr. Gulam. They will lure you with a new fleet (thats why I am giving 1 star) and no deposit scheme (but I am being charged) on my CC.I received a different car (Kia Rio instead of Toyota Yaris). He was so quick to charing the amount and closing the deal on whatsApp and fast track with phone calls. They are fooling customer with misrepresentation of pricing and information on their website i.e. Pricing, Excess damage amount, insurance coverage. In my case vehicle monthly rental and excess claim was lower on their website but i was informed it is incorrectly updated.As soon as monies are blocked then they will send you invoice, no replies or communication over email (only to get the documents or they will push you whatsapp). When i confronted over the car rental invoice for a Kia Rio instead of a 2020 Yaris, till now no response from Mr. Gulam. When i have confronted him this cheating and fraud, he has audacity first to push me to accept the vehicle then i was informed come over to our office within few hours and change the vehicle (no mention of excess amount refund) or otherwise take it or leave it. We will not send the driver to do any recovery or agreed car with correct details. When I even asked this great sales rep (Gulam) how about cancelling the a monthly deal and charge for a day and take your car back and refund my monies. He said he is having his lunch and will need to check since yesterday till now NO response.I have to call multiple numbers to get details to reach out to their customer care team. I have narrated and shared all the details, but till now there is no concrete solution and they have registered the complain and top him copied as well.I will request everyone to DONT ENGAGE WITH THEM as they are doing MISREPRESENTATION, FRAUD & CHEATING. I am not sure how will they charge once they take the car back from you. So its best to STAY AWAY.

Cheap and still not worth it. I received a dented scratched car, extremely bad customer service and my deposit returned more than 30 days after I returned the car. Dealing with this company was way too stressful. Next time I would pay more to deal with a better company.

I recommend belhasa rent a car since I rented this month I can see the car is clean and well maintained and i was having a problem the car dont have power because of the battery I call shiela 1 of the staff there they send asap someone to fix the car they are very helpful and very professional . We have been using Belhasa Car Rental for years and besides a few hiccups here and there with certain vehicles (normal), the service and convenience offered has been much appreciated.Yes, cars are delivered and picked up from your doorstep free of charge, but they have full control over the timings. You may ask for it to be delivered, or picked up, at a certain time but the Operations Team call you whenever they are free and set up a time. Even then, they are sometimes late, which is understandable in Dubai for many reasons. Whatever the reason may be though, the CLIENT IS CHARGED 1 FULL DAY EXTRA even if THEY pick it up 1 minute after the original time of vehicle delivery, which is why the term free delivery is based on your luck. This is the reason they lose 1 star. There should be some kind of buffer where the client is not charged within a 2 to 3 hour period, given the challenges faced, only if they are handling the delivery. If the client is the one in control and is late, then by all means charge the extra full day!Overall though, compared to a lot of other horrible rental companies in Dubai, we are quite satisfied with their services and their staff, and would recommend them to others as well, but with the above mentioned warning. Lol.

By far one of the worse car rental companies Ive dealt with in terms of customer service.I was their customer for 5 months.Price wise, it was a good deal at first, but as soon as I had some issues with the car and had to talk to them personally, I have incountered an Operations Manager who persistently ignored my presence either because I was a woman or simply as a human being, than as I explained my problem, continued to contradict me as a customer even though he had no idea what I was talking about and never stepped inside the car.As a summery...I ended up with headaches and paying extra charges..At first it might seem like a good deal but, you will regret your choice.Go somewhere else in terms of car rentals!

I have been mostly handled by Mr Gulam Dasthageer and what an incredible service. All payments are properly checked with you in sufficient time and all services provided as and when needed.

The worst car rental company, their operations are very unprofessional.Charged me with 600aed for a small scratch even they didnt give me the insurance option when I first rented the car, then I discovered that they had a promotion for the same car almost 400aed less for more than 2 months and they didnt even bother to reduce my rent.The answer of the sales agent and his manager was very unprofessional saying that (this is business and we wont contact you about promotion unless you contact us because you can afford it)My mistake that I didnt read the reviews before dealing with them cos my issue happened with so many others...
