We rented a car from Autorent for 9 days to drive from Dubai to Oman. Mr. Chaudhary Mubashar helped us to quickly find a suitable car and arranged the needed paperwork for Oman, he delivered the car the next morning at our hotel and picked it up upon our return. Worst company ever with worst custmor service, they steal from me 1k AED and then cancel the reservation, there sales agent tazim in rak branch close the line two times while im speaking to him, dont deal with autorent ever

Very happy with Autorent. Ive booked them twice and the last time it was a last min booking. I was impressed to see how efficient they were to get me a car on such a short noticed. They also offer drop off /pickup service which is very helpful. Arif khan and Chaudhary Mubashar are are professional, and honest.
