Misleading advertising. They claim to rent a car for as a low as 39aed which is obviously a lie. We ended up paying 82aed. The Indido app doesnt solve anything even if you make a booking and submit your documents the car wasnt ready to be picked up. They retook photos of your documents and will try to rip you off with hidden fees

Used to be highly competitive but now they charge 500dhs security deposit + VAT instead of blocking the same on your card and to collect it you need to revisit the branch. You pay VAT for a deposit which is to be returned and moreover have to go back to them to get the money back. How incompetent and unprofessional!!

My experience was good and affordable in price. Able to replace another car once requested and easy to communicate with the agent.

Bad cars, I could die because the front tire blust while Im driving in Sheikh Zayed rood, and the first thing they asked is to pay the police fine ( because I called the police as per their request) and now they are talking in bad way...... I have pictures and videos for the tires...
