Very bad service. Very unprofessional. They put customer service to resolve nothing ! You agree on something with customer service then you get surprised by changing what you have agreed on from their other departments without any prior notice , even though have been their client for over 6 months ! No appreciation or whatsoever to their clients at all ! So disappointing! At the end you get someone to shout at you and hang up the phone in your face !So today we have received an email from highway apologizing for yesterday’s misbehaves of their staff , as per attached email screenshot . Then they took cheque of amount that covers rental until end of this month . Then after they saw this review they have changed their mind and decided they want their vehicles back immediately without any prior notice , and still they will encash the cheque ! This is an absolute nightmare !So instead of enhancing their services and making them better after a negative review , they actually make it much worse !Regarding your below reply for my review , does your policy include disrespecting your clients ? Shouting at them ? Using a vulgar language with them ? Hanging up phones in their face ? Stopping service after receiving payment without prior notice ?!

I rented Mitsubishi Outlander for 3 days but the lovely ladies from rent a car offered a promotion added 2 free days rent free!!!! How cool is that?!! After returning the car they even gave me a coupon 100 discount on my next rent!! Highly recommended!!
