I have been using Shift Rent a Car leasing since Sept 2020. The staff and customer service is amazing, particularly Mr.Dhanraj. He made renting, delivery, paper work really easy and fast. I had the car delivered at my doorstep within 12 hours of contacting Mr.Dhanaraj. Even monthly renewal is done really fast. The car was delivered to me in goo conditioj, the interior was really clean and sanitized and fuel was full. I have rented from different agencies before but by far this has been the best one so far

I rented a car from shift for months. I was contacted by Mr. Dhanraj the sales representative, who made my life much easier regarding all the procedures. I changed cars several times as I am very particular about cars. He facilitated all the payments ,I never had to go to the office for payments or car pick up or delivery. I had booked a Nissan Sentra in June from this branch via phone with Mr. Dhanraj. Once I had reached their premises with the necessary documents, I was informed that I will be given a complimentary upgrade in form of Nissan Altima at the same price. Apparently, the Nissan Sentra had become dirty due to dust blowing from the nearby construction while it was parked outside. Hence, they provided me Nissan Altima on short notice as it was parked in the basement.Eventually I ended up driving a bigger and better car for the same price. Mr. Dhanraj was very proactive and shared all the details upfront including the charges involved. Overall, I had a superb experience renting a car from Shift Car Rental. A big thumbs up to Mr. Dhanraj as well.

This is the worst company I dealt with in UAE. I have rented their car for a month through a broker and two months after I returned the car I was surprised that they used my credit card details without notifying me or taking my approval to deduct a significant amount. When I called them to inquire they informed me that those expenses are about a fine in a place I never been to. I requested either a proof of the fine or a refund , and more than 3 weeks have passed and nothing happened.

Pathetic. Everything is okay until car is handed over to you, but onve any issue with car ,they dont mind helping you out. ESPECIALLY their car delivery and collection incharge Mr. Ka****.Dont even deserve a single star.Dont go for shift.
