Please never rent a car from this company! You will never get your deposit back. I was stupid and didn’t read the reviews before making a deal, but if you look past the fake reviews you will find plenty of real ones that also fell victim to this criminal company. I rented a car in February 2020 but never got a penny of my deposit back from these thieves. I tried communicating with them but they blocked me on WhatsApp and simply don’t pick up the phone. Thankfully I have all the proof in WhatsApp conversations and video’s so when I come to Dubai I will report everything to the police.

This company is fraud. Please do not believe the good reviews, it is probably from themselves. All the previous bad reviews are right! They will steal your deposit because they know you are a tourist and will not stay that long. They will ignore any call or contact request from then on.Sadly for them we have many contacts in Dubai that will pick it up and will make a case out of this.

Worst experience, finalize the rent for Range Rover, next day delivery scheduled, gave my ID (Visa + License + ID) and next day 30 mins before delivery when I reached out to confirm the delivery time, i was told we are not going to rent you... probably didnt wanted to rent to a Pakistani but highly unprofessional could have told me while booking so i could have sorted my requirement from elsewhere.

Rented a Nissan patrol for 4 weeks. They never paid my deposit back. The guy who runs it dont know this but I snagged his.mum and sister in.pakistan. so.i guess its even Steven

They have stolen my deposit and refused to release it. They have even falsified documents when I made a chargeback so they kept my deposit. I didn’t read the review on google and there are a lot of people to whom it happened so it’s not isolated case from one angry customer. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Rented a car from Bright Key for New Year’s, the company hasn’t provided us the bill for the deposit paid for the car amounting 3500 AED. They say we have used up the deposit with extra mileage and no bills/supporting information provided.We have tried calling every number of the company and they are no longer answering the phone.We have now paid 5500 AED for a car rented for 2 days and no answers/refund on the deposit.Really pathetic customer response and service !! Beware before you rent a car from this rental.

Like a number of people on here, I too have been robbed of my deposit by this company. They have claimed extra mileage and when I asked for proof they stopped contacting me back. I will be reporting them to the police.

Rental agency to avoid but really. I rented a car from them, the deposit was withdrawn directly for no reason, they told me that the deposit was withdrawn on the pretext that I exceeded the maximum km, it is completely absurd especially that this deposit was withdrawn directly after my payment. They are neither commercial nor professional, they are just people who scam you. Avoid this is the best advice I can give you, if I could put 0 stars I would.
