Been leasing from them for last 3 years and pretty happy with their service and the price which they offer. I have been doing 2 year lease program and the price for the car i am using is very competitive and budget friendly when compared with other agencies.Breakdown services are outstanding and very attentive, you will be provided with great replacement vehicles until you get back your original one, even i once took the vehicle outside UAE and they are allowing and providing the necessary insurance also for the same.The issues i felt with them are apart from the service department and emergency services other departments are a bit sloppy especially accounts and while calling for general inquiry. other than that the overall service is very satisfactory.

The best car rental services with complete peace of mind. Have been using the services since 2014 teip to dxb and not even a single time got disappointed. Always helpful their staff just rosd side assistance at times takes a lot of time which i think should be quicker. Other than this flawless. My suggestion to car renters always book their package online, theyve best package offers online rather then walking in and renting one. In the end i feel proud to say I AM A HAPPY HERTZ CUSTOMER. Will sure be using in future visits as well.

Customer service post off hire is an absolute disgrace! After almost 60 days from the date I have returned my car (4 years lease with zero incidents) not only do they show absolutely no interest in refunding my deposit and a full month payment they charged by mistake, but they have no courtesy to respond to my emails, nor keep me updated should they be facing any challenges! Such a shame for such a reputable company!

Hertz rent a car is One of the worst rent a car ever.Yesterday (26.03.2021) my car got punctured. I change the tire by myself. today ( 27.03.2021) I gave a call for 80043789 for requesting a stapin tire. After some minutes I received a call from 042060413. they are asked the issue and they told me if you want stapin tire go the Our Rashidiya ( Dubai) Workshop take from there.

More than two years customer and when i had my first accident, hertz bailout and refused to support me, paid the extra bucks for these times , i guess i was wrong, thank you hertz

Hertz HQ near the airport (on airport road) but a but difficult to access. You have to be very careful with the service lane access specially since they have some temporary ongoing road works.

If you are unsure if you would stay in Dubai long term, getting a car on an operational lease is a great option. You would only lose the security deposit if you have to leave the country, as opposed to having to sell your car in a hurry. Practically half the price than monthly rental. When service time comes up, a driver brings you a new car to use while they handle the service, and then return your car for you. All in all, excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff.

Do not get cheated about their Rent for two months and get the third month free offer.Normal monthly rate for a Corolla: AED 1592.Normal rate for 3 months: AED 4776Monthly rate for Rent for two months and get the third month free offer: AED 2388. So again for 2+1 months you have to pay AED 4776.Didnt expect this kind of service from a big brand like Hertz!!!

The politeness and the efficiency of the call centre is not mirrored or filtered down to the branches. The Um Ramool branch is inefficient at its best. Booked cars (monthly) never available at the reserved time...dirty on delivery...etc. You get a call from their CS survey company who are more keen on ensuring they conclude the chat with the correct score, as opposed to being genuinely interested in your constructive feedback. A once decent rental company rapidly falling from grace.....

Very pathetic customer service. I rented a Rav4 for a period of 1 month and wanted to return it early. The day I went to return it in Rashidiya branch, their system was down and the lady there couldn’t give me the calculation. She promised to call me in 2-3 hours but it’s been 3 days so far. Customer service toll free is another pathetic situation. No one answers the phone there. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Better to check and go with other rental companies like al Emad or thrifty, or Europcar.

I called their 800 number several times but no answer, I send them inquiry form through thire social media advertising. And when i visited their office....No one was there to help me with my inquiry, the customer service lady said the staff are in lunch break better to come tomorrow morning to make sure there is staff working.

Reserved a car, was offered another.Car was reserved for a 12pm pickup and its 2:00pm and still waiting.Car has AD plates (not practical for parking in DXB and was not informed while reserving).Was given a rate over the phone and by EMAIL as well, and once arrived at hertz Airport Road the rate has totally changed.All you get are lies and at best an attendant that the cat has bit her tongue😕Complete ignorance, fraud, and retarted customer service at best.I think that the authorities should have a closer look at these horrible car rental companies and their practices.Walked away without taking a car.I advise all to think twice before using this place because apperantly even having something in writing doesnt help.

Hi........... plate no Jeep Grand Cherokee leased for 1 year on 10.2017 by me.I have AC problem and back heater always on without button on. Hence I informed call centre.My car collected by recovery track on 23.12.2017.I called Hertz to ask the car condition today due to its 4th day. For small think 4 days is very long to fix.The gay told me that this collection does not in the system and as per the system car still with me.Kindly fix the problem soonest and inform me please.Its very disappointed condition and I feel wounded. This conversation unacceptable with your Hertz line.How come you lost the car or trough out somewhere else and awating 4 days there.Unbelievable.I will consider this for you the way treated your costumers.
