I am writing this review so that people are aware of how bad this company is and do not have to go through what we had to. We rented a car for one day and upon returning the car, the driver suspiciously points at a dot in the front screen of the car saying that that was not before and that we would have to pay for that. We said we would not pay for something that we didnt do and furthermore, the car was delivered to us in an underground parking spot where you could not see clearly the scratches of the vehicle, so we were not aware of that damage. They said they would communicate with us but never did so. Apparently they just want to take money out of people bu doing this! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Great company, had a very nice experience here and they gave me a brand new vehicle. Highly recommended. I had heard negative comments before but in the last couple of years, Dollar has really improved
