Owner would not return my deposit as agreed. I co-ordinated this with Dubai Police who were very helpful in getting my deposit back

They took our money and tried to rent us a car which didn’t work. When we asked for our money back, Adel said he would refund us. He never did.My advice to anyone in the same situation, go straight to your bank and ask them to reverse the transaction. This took some time but worked for us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY far the worst company to use they dont pay back your deposit and they have no reason for keeping it, for all those they lie to about fines PLEASE check them with Dubai police as this company thinks people dont know about it so they wont check, this company gives Dubai a bad name and take a advantage of tourists knowing they are on holiday and wont be around long to fight for the money they keep.

Waiting since the 29th December. They took my money for a car rental. Told me the total price. Once I given them my card payment they then asked me for a huge deposit on top. I declined, never took the car and am still waiting for my refund which I was promised after 24 hours. They are compulsive liars and have tarnished what I thought Dubai wasn’t! The police and government should put them in jail for fraud.

Yes they are THIEVES!!!!!! Believe me I have contacted them several times to have my deposit returned, and they always have excuses. The person above that wrote they were waiting still since July 2018, you must contact your bank and report FRAUD! They will return your deposit money, which was NOT approved for them to keep. I have Wells Fargo, and they protect their consumers. Please tell EVERYONE you know NOT to enter that hotel, and remain a GREAT distance from Fast and Furious car rental. For all the people who are cheated by this company make a complaint to the consumer right of Dubai and advise everybody not to rent a car there are scammers from top till bodem they even change the exchange rate and tell you we will sent your money back thru western union so they can cheat you. and they only gave me money back because I made a complain to Dubai consumer right. Attention...these are criminals.We rented a car in April 2019 at Hotel Rixos Premium where they have a branch office.Until now we didnt get back our deposit of AED 3500!!!!!!!!

Beware, your deposit might not be returned. We rented a car from the Fast and Furious at the Rixos Hotel in February - we have still not had our 3000 AED deposit returned. On two occasions we were told our deposit would be returned to us via Western Union but this never happened. It would appear we are not the first people this has happened to - very disappointing that this company has tarnished our memories of the Rixos Hotel and Dubai.

Scammers, thieves, the worst experience!They retain passports (that is illegal), they ask for high deposits that they never return and then they charge you extras that were never informed, how high costs per additional kilometer traveled. I do not recommend them, they are the worst thing about Dubai.

Disgusting service !!! I took a car at the Rixos Hotel in December, I still have not received a deposit! Tried to solve the issue through the hotel administration but to no avail! The owner constantly feeds breakfasts I do not advise anyone to take a car from them.

The disgusting service of Mr. Mohammed, the poor quality of the service provided at the Rixos Premium hotel. Ordered for a week BMW 4 cabriolet for 800 AED. Upon arrival, it turned out that we do not need a car, Muhammad said that there is a class above (Mercedes Cabriolet) at a price of 1200 AED. Deposit 3500 AED (promised to return in two (!) Months); the car was given with a half-empty tank. Since we had to go to Abu Dhabi, we agreed and went to see the car. On the way out, we saw two guys, collapsing from the car. The whole car was scratched around the perimeter, everywhere there were chipped: discs, hood, the number fell off !, all the doors were in dents! Inside the car looked like a pimped-up! She did not see any dry cleaning of the salon ever and no care. The leather seats were cracked, the interior was spooky inside, it smelled bad. Mr. Mohammed behaved defiantly, telling us that this is a normal machine.We refused to rent, we went to the city by taxi. They called their bank and asked to cancel the blocking operation. Its a pity, you can not attach files, you would throw off the photo of the contract from which you can see that the car was in an obscene state.
