THIEVES. Upon returning the car everything is okay and agreed on no extra charges. A month later I found more than AED 600 deducted from my credit card. They don’t provide any invoices. TAKE CARE.

A great quick response from auto rent. I had some issues and I was personally phoned by Mr Mubashar who quickly and efficient. They got me a new car straight away and dropped it off ever so quickly. Thanks again auto rent - really recommend this company.

Was directed here by servicemycar.ae. arrived there and NOBODY had any clue what was going on. Didnt know what car I had when I had an appointment booked. Didnt know what service I was there for. I ended up leaving because I didnt feel confident they would keep my vehicle safe.

They are frauds . I was shocked that they have stolen AED 132 from my credit card. Complaints filed in the police .Never ever deal with them for your safety

A professional team for vehicle maintenance

Approachable, reasonably priced, good quality rental service in Dubai. They even opened for us on Friday, after doing preliminary telephone booking, even though the office was officially closed. Really nice doing business with them for the second time. Couple of months ago we rented an off- road car for Oman mountain driving. Unlike many other renting agencies in Dubai they didnt charge us arm and leg for it. So far were really satisfied.

Do not use this company. They are dishonest.Upon entry into a 1 year contract, the Autorent representative assured me that there would be no penalty for ending the contract early as I explained there was a chance that my work would send me back to the UK before the 12 months was up. He assured me I would only be charged for the period of use and any outstanding Salik charges, etc.I was told that the deposit cheques provided would be destroyed for the months after I had returned the car. Well, once I left the UAE, the company continued for the last 4 months to cash cheques - each month, after my writing.First they said they had to apply a 2 month penalty (despite was had been agreed and previously said) and then continued to cash the cheques after the 2 month penalty had been paid. All of this despite months of emails where the company simply ignored my requests and demands that they stop or placating me with holding responses subject to management approval.Finally, I had to drain my bank account to stop them from continuing to cash cheques without my authorisation and in the end had to deal with a bounced cheque. My bank has suggested I contact the police.Avoid this! Do not trust/use this company.

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. I was chasing a lady called Erica and a salesman called Ventkesh for 2 weeks via email, wattsap and telephone (with no reply) to come and collect the rental car which I had finished with and they tried to charge me extra for this. The car I had broke down and I had to get a taxi home which I have not been reimbursed for. The car which broke down had a full tank of petrol which they have refused to reimburse me for this. However if you return a rental car to them with even 5AED less fuel than was in it when you receive they will charge you. I asked them to charge my account on a pro rata basis for the rental car as I was unsure how long I required it for and I was charged for an entire month which I am still waiting for a refund for over 5 weeks later - again I have tried to call Erica several times and she is clearly avoiding me. They will overcharge you with hidden costs. My original quote for there cheapest car was 1450 AED per month and this was actually closer to 2000AED per month. Communication is dire. Professionalism is non existent. AVOID at all costs.

I rented car from Abu Dhabi and returned to Dubai Al Qouz without any additional charges. Extremely helpful and understanding people. They accepted my car return even it was after their business hours, generally they dont accept payment in cash after business hours but to help customer they made exception and accepted payment in cash too.. Needless to say their quality of car is great too with reasonable prices.. Highly recommend

I took my car there and they worked on it without much care. Broke my reversing sensors and they have not done a proper test to the car after changing the coolant fluid. I also experienced the advisor trying to tell me that suspensions needs to placed fully with control arms at a ridiculous price!!!. I took the car to another place. They are fine but you need to have knowledge about your car so they do not over sell you. Thanks

I was renting from them long term. They may be cheap but their sales team has no manners. They are rude, unprofessional, and they do not value their clients. One employee promises something and second denies it. Very disappointing.

Amazing service. Very good and prompt service given by Ashish & Sandesh at Al Quoz Service Center. I given my car for 40K KM Service. They called me when it is done. Also, told me about all the concerns & remedies. Very Friendly & cooperative staff. I has been using their Abu Dhabi facility for Car-Service in Mussafah. which is also good experience,,!!I will surely recommend this place for Car-Service.Cheers to the Team... ALL THE BEST.

1) located in a very apt place in Al quoz, optimally placed as it avoids major road congestions2) timing is good that the servicing duration remains upto 6pm. ( people however from far off places of 100km or more needs to start at 4pm to avoid missing the deadline ).3) Has contract with some local nearby garages so that in case you arrive after 6 pm there is a good opportunity that they can get the servicing done, ( but chances are there that the car might not be washed due to final hours of the employees to take time off.4) good servicing team - communicates well although they can be a little more efficient in giving call backs but we never know the behind the scenes pressure in work.

Worst company.I do not recommend you to buy a car or to do a service there. I am obliged to deal with them because my company car they bought from them. I had several issues with the car wheneve they do the maintenance you do not feel any change plus i had a wheel bearing problem which they could not find it easily i left my car as per their recommendation one day becoz of several issues and my battery died when i came back in the evening i found out that they did not even touch the car and did not even change the battery..!!! Alll they could say is sorry staff has left while i gave the car since early morning...irresponsible people ! Irresponsible CRM! Do not Trust them at all !

Worst service ever, unresponsive customer service, I rented a car for three months they didn’t do any service, and when finally the service guy came he refused to do the service because there was a vey small hole on the front glass, which I’m not even sure if it was there from the beginning. Unbelievable !!

Worst experience everI’ve booked a car for a month since 2 days back , they’ve charged me the monthly fees and they hold same monthly amount as security which is exceeding 1500 AED !!!!! First time happen everToday I was shocked they brought me a different car that’s cheaper than the one I order and ask me to keep it till they bring the one I’ve booked !!! Isn’t it a scam and worst service ever !!!!!
