Very bad company. They give you damaged cars and then try to claim the damage from you. First car I had leaked petrol everywhere, second car was falling to bits. Arrogant staff who do not listen. They charge you for fines ++ but dont pay the fines themselves until they get the discounts that are on free from time to time so they profit immensely. When you complain they accuse you of being racist. Basically the management are terrible beyond belief..use this company at your own peril.

Really happy with the service I have received from this car rental company - I used a different rental the month before and they was awful so going to this company was so nice - I was promised a 208 however due to an AC issue they sent me a different car with the promise of swapping when fixed, I did chase this but didn’t get anywhere which is the only reason for the 1 star off 5 however the service has been great when I needed to extend for a few days and a slight extension on the return date - I now have my UAE license so have got my own car however if I didn’t I would continue using this company - hoping the deposit will come back on time

Poorly managed ill mannered staff who do not know how to behave with ladies. I would like the manager of the company to review this seriously. I ordered for a car and good luck didnt do an online payment. Post the order being placed, I call them and get the staff to be yelling at me saying the car isnt available! Like seriously! Is this this the way.. totally not expected specially in a place like Dubai.

Horrible service. They are stealing customer deposits - make sure you get your deposit back. They will charge your card the full deposit amount (instead of holding it) and wont refund till you call multiple times to their account manager (Very arrogant guy)

Unsatisfactory experience with this company. To start, communication via WhatsApp was unfriendly. Then I was assigned a car in very bad condition and that had not even been cleaned, let alone sanitised. I ended up not accepting the car and walking away.

First class company, I had the insurance and I had no surprises at the end, it was genuine insurance which they respected 100 per cent. They let me view the car thoroughly and answered all my questions. Can be a little slow to respond to your messages on the phone but they will respond even if it takes a few attempts (I used whatsapp to speak with them), I definitely recommend them based on my experience, they were fantastic.

Terrible customer service from Accounting Department. All is well and good until you ask for your deposit back: I now understand why the company has 62 one-star reviews. Start to finish my experience of this company has been terrible. When I received the car the drop of driver was rushing me not allowing me to survey the car and made the experience uncomfortable. I had the car a couple of days and returned it all fine, now over a month down the line trying to find out about my deposit, I’ve called 5 times trying to get through to someone and each time I’m told someone will call back and they never do. Go elsewhere, terrible service.

Dont ever rent a car with them. I tried them 3 times and I systematically experienced the below same issues:- Very very bad customer service or care (they dont care) in general. Lately after chasing them on my security deposit I felt the customer service guy was annoyed by me and forwarded me the number of the driver and telling me in a rude way call him and then ignoring my subsequent messages.- Have to literally chase them to get my deposit back (still dont have it...)- Delays in car delivery (which you pay for when you rent for less than a week). Im not talking about a 30 min delay but 2 hours (and having to chase them in between)- Sometimes the car you ask for is not available. Which is fine. Except that they let you go into the deal and inform you just before delivery that you will get another car.Ultimately what matters is how they handle these incidents. And they do it really bad. Its never their fault, always their colleagues.Looking at the previous reviews, it seems there is no willingness to improve. Their loss...

I had very poor experiences renting several cars for several months. Discount their car models, what you get is the absolute basic with a million kilometers on it. And if you dont remember to ask for your security deposit, kiss it goodbye forever! Theyre happy to sit on your security deposit, very, very quietly.

I rented the cheapest car they had for a month. The car I got needed some mechanical work and I asked if they could change it and they did it the next day and faced no issues till return of the car. My Security refund was delayed by 2-3 weeks and I kept following up with them and turned out it wasnt their fault and they had been chasing the Bank to release it back to my credit card.Would rent from them again.

Car broke down within 1st week of rental. On returning the car to get a replacement they tell us there is damage on the under body! That is something even they do not check for, how would we know about it? 300 dhs charged for it. - Something they do not even fix on their cars as all cars we received looked dented and scratched and never fixed. Im sure another customer will receive a Peugot Brown color and end up paying again for a yellow line under the body on the left side!Security Deposit still not released even though due date is overdue. On returning the car finally they were supposed to collect on a Thursday but instead collected on a Saturday. Then tell us WE have to pay 75 dhs for a pickup charge! Something no one told us. Additionally they want to charge us or 2 days extra even though they delayed picking up the car, although told well in advance we would not be renewing the contract! Very unprofessional especially their accounts department. Not even a semblance of a timeline given in when we will get the deposit. Horrible service. Will complain to DED immediately as looking at all the reviews and issues of deposits we can see that they sit on cash deposits for a long time.

DON’T - Do yourself a favour - JUST DON’T. Unless you are looking for a heart attack - then be my guest. There are plenty of other car rentals around. There is nothing premium about the cars or service. Customer service is non-existent, being rude is a norm.

Very bad service. They are not professionals. Very amateur. And they give you promise, but not keep. Very problem company. If you will pay deposit with credit card, all of sending payments have to pay yourself. Because they are using in your deposit money. But they dont know this. They said we paid back full your money. Not prefer certainly. They paid back my deposit money missing 39 USD. If you are search and want a problem , pay the deposit to they.

Extremely worst service.. the cars are never up to dates.. they mention 2015 year model cars available and deliver 2014 year models.. the cars not clean and serviced on mark.. the cars are with dents and many of scratches on the body.. ill never recommend any1 to buy their services.. The car felt mechanically sound and well maintained which is always good.When I received the car it stunk of smoke, wasnt an issue for me until they complained that I had smoked in it when I returned.Also found someones dirty socks in the door pocket!!!They deliver the car but charge 75dhs to collect it.I rented for 1 month, but they stole an extra 96dhs when I returned it because December has 31 days! (Dont advertise 1 month if thats not what you offer)

Worst customer service I have ever encountered ! AVOID this company if you dont want to get ripped off. Despite several emails, I am still waiting for my deposit back regarding a car that I rented more than 3 months ago ! They are even making excuses to not give it back, pretending that international transfers are not working on their side...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Initially I ordered and agreed on one specific car then I recieved another one with a promise to be changed as soon as available. Of course this has not happen. It has been one month that Im asking them to exchange the car ( still have the same) and no response or efforts from their side. Each week a new promise or lie. Awful experience, used them for a month to give myself time to buy a car. Had 3 different cars cause they kept breaking down. The worst one was a Peugeot that had obviously been in a crash before and was fixed poorly. The bonnet was shaking when doing 120, so dangerous. And their 24/7 break down service is a joke, the second car started leaking petrol and I found out on Thursday, the car was swapped on Saturday afternoon. Not coming back here

Very bad approach to clients. rented a car for 2 weeks and at the end they charged me 390 aed for unvisible scratches at front bumper. never ever back again. do not go there. finally they said we have enough clients. no pictures of scratches has bee provided by office and not available. money has been deducted from card without my approval.

Do not recommend. Rented car broke down in the middle of a trip. There were big difficulties with returning security deposit. Some payments had to do only with cash. Lot of headaches with this car rental.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.The company may give you cheap rental rates but they will rip you off when you give the car back. Make sure you mark everything in the car as they will claim major amounts for minor damages. They will make you pay for the damages when you return the car and deduct more when they refund the security deposit which they only do in 3 months.They are the worst car rental company in Dubai and honestly should never be used.

Not recommended for a visit visa client. They are charging cash deposit. so how can a visitor get her deposit back when hi is not outside the country? Asked for an authorization to be deposit in a friends account, it is granted but never happen. You still have to collect it for your INCONVENIENT. While paying for a delivery charge.

Best car rent in Dubai

The worst company ever i have deal with,from the manger till all the stuff.they are not professional they do not have even the basic customer service and they lie and they change them words and they perfect by adding extra charges and much more.they do not even deserve the one star.

I am forced to give 1 star unfortunately there is no option for 0. this is the worst company in Dubai. they will deliver the vehicle for free and when you return because of there irrelevant charges then you have to pay 75 AED. Apart from that majority of there vehicles are badly damaged and when you will return you have to pay for the damage which you havent done. If you dont ask for your security deposit you wont get it and it takes more than 45 days even if you chase them.

It was my first experience with rent a car. Car was not bad, the question was about cash deposit. Coz Im not in the country. But I sent them mail and they sent me money and email with bill. Thank you.
