This is what you will pay for and how I received the car; even after asking to clean it … a dirty, non-sanitized car, with a broken radio and no fuel to drive more than 10 min (Where are the COVID regulations to follow?). They were supposed to change it the following day and still nothing!! I had to follow up all day and complain but still nothing!

I rented a Mazda 3 from this company since My Car Porsche is in Garage as there is an Error PSM Failure which is a technical error that happened on its own and the fix will take long time. So as mentioned I rented Mazda 3 as I drove it before.The Mazda 3 car was like on the floor when you sit in it and drive it. As you can see from photo. So I had a Hyundai Kona after that; then Hyundai Tucson. Most of the time the staff are rude. First time when I rent the car was not ready and it take them 1 Hour to bring it. I was Fasting as it was Ramadan (17/4/2021). They also takes long time to reply on Whatsapp. I saw also that they are late getting the cars with the other customers.I obviously had to continue with them since I paid the deposit so I had to rent again from them. I rented the Hyundai Tucson for 1 Month. The car got hit when I was going out from the parking of Al Shatha Tower in DMC. Since the car doesn’t have sensor so it got hit. This Parking space is very narrow so even in my Porsche I can hear the sensors making sound although I am far from the barriers of the parking exit.The Garage that fixing my car said the cost of fixing the Rent Car is 800 Dirhams. While the rent Car Company said their garage cost will be 3000 Dirhams. If I make a police report it will cost 500 Dirhams plus 2000 Dirhams. Their car will be fixed free by their insurance since I made a Police Report and they still want to take 2000 Dirhams extra from me.They told me: You have signed a contract with the rental company that insurance excess amount is 2000 + VAT and customer is liable to pay that. The car will take 2-3 days as per my garage and even it will take a 360 for 2-3 days and 840 for a week since they rent 120 per day.That is why I told them to take 1000 Dirhams which would be fair but they refused.So will not deal with that rent car again as they refuse to override their policy. My Garage is good garage otherwise I wouldn’t gave them my Porsche.As mentioned if their car had sensors I wouldn’t hit the car. I am not saying its their fault and that is why I said I fixed it in my garage to save the money. I was also Honest with them and told them about the hit of the car. I could have gave it to my garage to fix and there was still more than 15 days left in the rent so the fix will not be visible but I was Honest and told them.I went to their Marina Branch on Sunday 6 June 21 and the Staff in Reception was Very Rude and they made me sit for almost 2 Hours as they said they are taking to their Management but still they wanted to take 2000 Dirhams.When I also handed the car they wanted that I pay 1K at least, so I told them that better to wait when the Insurance reply to me.Since the Police Patrol said that the Insurance should cover it. I also send a Complaint to Consumer Rights about this issue. The Rude Staff who made me sit for almost 2 hours to discuss with their Management asked me for my Emirates IC and Driving License and then took Photos for them to say that they have my details for the money as if they don’t have them on File. It was not a nice way to do.Also they have the 1K Security Deposit and I paid for all the Salik and even extra Fuel. They now want to take 2625 so they want to take extra money than what they wrote on the insurance excessOn 8 June 21 they deducted 2625 without my Authorization as they said the: Payment for 2625 AED has been processed against the damage charges against your rental period 2000+vat for the accident and 500+vat for the tyre damageYou can see in Photo that the Tire is not Damaged.Hence I wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with them. Worst experience where by offering lower price booking is done but all t & c will comes to know after that which is again money fetching game illegally.The employees over phone or watsapp are with poor knowledge.Over they will do all the things to confiscate security deposit because whatever they say you cannot counter it as they are not going to give your money.I made a mistake better to avoid them or go to consumer rights and make the complain as second option.

I’m surprised the rates here 4.1! According my experience it supposed to be— 4.1 !!! It’s the worse car rent in Dubai! They gave me a car late night doing inspections with a phone light only!! And the car was full of small scratches which is impossible to mention them all on the paper. On my objections they said “ no worries we don’t count small scratches due returning “. I was counting on their decency when was returning the car in day light. And what happened?! They were looking for scratches through “magnifier”! And of course they found the scratches which were there before!!! Guys, avoid this company! Check their reviews on yello.ae. This is the way how they make money! Absolutely rip off! And look at their reply!! 250 aed only????!!!! For the damages which was there before I rent the car!!! Did they read my review?? Seems not!

If I had the possibility to put 0 star I would put it, Important thing to know : No 24 hours service. so if the car breaks down in the middle of nowhere like what happened to me ( for a 2021 model ), you will be dealing with it by yourself, I mean by pushing, by asking strangers to push with you !! and hopefully you will find some safe space to leave your car till tomorrow

I cannot describe even how much stress, energy you can spend for nothing. Like talking to the wall. Very poor service, fake opinions on google. They stole my 5000 aed after closing my contract. As I was abroad they charged my card.

Thieves. They do charges without consent and they never answer the phone calls. Dont give your card as you will get charged after returning your car and after they feel confident that you left the country. BEWARE! SCAM!

Best company I found in Dubai for renting car, really good conditions for renting, always ready to help, new cars in very good stand. No problem in case of unexpected situation. Deposit returned in time without need to ask for it. 100% recommendation to everybody.

Avoid as far as possible.. vehicle broke down at 8.30 PM and all the call centres were closed.. basically you are left to arrange technician etc on your own if something happens after 8PM.. Its risky especially if you are with family etc.. Better go for car rental companies which have a dedicated breakdown helpline..

Prices are fair and service of getting a booking is quite fast. But.....I was given a car that was not inspected thus 5 hours later dead battery! Waited 1 hour for help to arrive. Then the mechanic does not have the proper tools to replace battery. I am waiting outside with a very hot and tired child and still waiting for the car to be fixed. Never again with this company that does not give good working cars!!!!

Please, rent from the professionals like Euro-Car.Here you will face unprofessional and rude staff who will not tell you in advance about restrictions. You cannot deliver car to the airport and simple you dont know about it. Cars are in a poor condition. In three days I got 2 cars. Every time something was wrong with a car.With Euro Cars everything is opposite.BTW I have been renting with Al Emad for 7 months continuesly and their unprofessionalism simple does not care to make up their own mistake.Your choice. I have been renting from Al Emad for the past 9months constant, so Im a longterm client. And this company is the worse in customer service honestly.Many rental companies treat their customers well. Today they forced me to return the car myself and go back home by taxi. Otherwise they wanted to charge me for them coming to take the car. This is unacceptable for a client who has been renting long term and have paid with the rent almost what the car is worth. Let alone my location was 5mns away.

From my experience of using their services for 5 months, they will make sure that your security deposit will not be refunded. They will find some scratches somewhere and will deduct it. They took 1365 from me when i returned the car. Charged me this much for works that will cost me 200 outside. Never going to rent again or recommend them to any one.

First time renting from this company. They delivered the car very late even though I was very clear on the time needed and location ahead of time. And I called them numerous times the day of to ensure they were coming at the necessary time. Ill never rent from them again.

Theyre very good I was happy to find a very clean and new car with a very good rate. Only one thing I wish they improve is the communication. As I try to call and renew my rental agreement but unfortunately there was no number to answer. So I was wondering if I have emergency what should I do.

ONE OF THE WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!!This company lacks Professionalism , honesty and transparency to the point that one of the manager was extremely rude and argumentative to which he stated to me “return the car we do not want your Bussiness” in all my life doing business in Canada and Dubai I have never had someone say this to me.the manager who seemed pretty straight forward agreed with me that his colleague didn’t have the right to say that but I will state initially he did say that I should return the car then quickly realized he was wrong for saying that also didn’t believe me when I told him that his colleague said that.To conclude , all these guys care about is getting your money and leaving high and dry, they do not care about customer satisfaction; I would rather pay 3 times what I did then deal with this company again, peace mind trumps price.In addition, I attempted to return my car 12 days early and they will not refund me for that amount they are charging me for the 12 days it’s not used. Booking of a car at 58 AED including vat was made at Marina branch on Saturday 24th April for 25th April 21 for 12:00 pm.We were promised and asked to come 15 minutes before time. We called them 1 hr before and visited the office around 12. We waited for nearly two hours without the promised booking and had to leave. It costed us nearly 300 AED for taxi use, delaying of our patients surgeries at the hospital and missing the breaking of our fast time.Following day the manager accepted the fault but refused to offer reasonable compensation on a rental offer.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.Very bad service, the FIVE minutes from the guy at the reception can be more than TWO hours. Delay with car delivery.Constantly trying to charge extra money for no reasons.

Its not only the worst company, I will never trust my life in there cars again, because they do not do service to the car on time and they keep it for long time.i return my car yesterday and it was need to be serviced since one month before, and the problem they was gonna give it to the next costumer directly as he was waiting for it without cleaning it or make the service for it but i informed the staff about that in loud voice so the next costumer hear me about that to be careful, that was part one; now lets talk about the customer service they never respond to you or answer you unless they want to collect there payment; part three, my agreement with them is to have discount on extra KM and to cycle my extra KM to the next month and never happened.trust me if you want and dont rent from them at all.

Read this CAREFULLY!!!!!Worst company and customer service ever!First and foremost, be aware of their tac tic to put medium sedan cars in SUV categories and charge you for it. I’ve never experienced such a nightmare with their customer service especially with a man called JIM. Extremely rude. They stationed us in the house with an agreement to have the rental car picked up at a scheduled time. Nobody ever came nor contacted me to inform us of any changes. After contacting them, I was nonchalantly informed that they canceled the pick up ( which I paid ) as they were too BUSY to pass by. What kind of unprofessionalismis that? This JIM employee was extremely rude over the phone and helpless. After taking the matter to a higher level, we managed to have someone picking up the car 4 hours later which ruined all our evening plans. To not mentioned, Ive requested to have a date on when my deposit will be returned and nobody as even responded which will be taken further with authorities if no replies occurs. They hold your deposit for 30 days!!! BE CAREFUL before choosing them.

Al Emad s car rental service is so convenient for ys, while we were on our tourist visit in Dubai. In more or less 3 months of using the car and the service, we didnt have any problems. Will rent again here if we come back to Dubai.

Very professional people, they even let me try out automatic cars, since I have only driven manual before. They took me to a 10min test drive and after that we chose our car. At first, we wanted to rent the car for a day, but then it turned out to be 2 days but at the end of 2nd day, we decided to keep it for another 2 days with my partner. We managed to postpone our rental through messages where they were very helpful!Ahmed, youre the best!

I inquired with Speedy Car Rentals and Al Emad before choosing Al Emad, they were quick to respond, gave me multiple options to select from and the best part of my experience was they delivered the car on a Friday when others were not able to and also gave me a good discount. Mr. Harun and Mr. Fahad were kind, courteous and very professional, they delivered the car and did the paperwork within 3 hours post confirmation and picked up the car from my location.Overall, the experience was smooth and professional. I had opted for a hatchback car as my sedan had gone for a major service and interior cleaning. The car was smooth and in great condition. They proactively communicate with you during the rental tenure in case you wish to extend the contract. I highly recommend Al Emad Car Rental Services. PSA: This company lacks professionalism , care , and overall customer service they told me that the car has fines on the account while I was still renting the vehicle so I decided to go on RTA app to find said “fines” when on RTA app there was no record of any fines when I told them there wasn’t any fines on record they told me it was due to the fact that they paid for the fines themselves to which I replied by asking them why they decided to do pay the fine themselves (they didn’t pay the other one) they stated that there was a problem with their system and they had to pay it to which they charged me 200 dhs over my fine for what they are claiming to be “administration fees” to which I thought was wrong so I requested proof of ticket and receipt, I have been following them for over a week and messaging them on whatapp to which they read and ignore me and have yet to see the proofTo conclude: I do not recommend this company because I believe they will lie and cheat to you just to get 1 dh out of you.Side note I called another El Emad car rental which is not owned by this location and they told me that marina Branch is known for doing stuff like this by head office!!

*ATTENTION*: Before signing anything check the ENTIRE car for the smallest damage, even if it means checking underneath!!!I didnt see that the car I got was scratched on the chassis underneath and it wasnt mentioned in their initial inspection report... Long story short, when I returned the car they went straight to check the chassis (this definitely looked suspicious to me), then blamed me for the scratch. And since I couldnt prove that it wasnt me who damaged it.. I ended up paying 315 AED for damage I didnt do.I recommend renting from reputable and well known car rental brands.*Al Emad gets one star!*

After having an awful experience at another car rental company in Dubai, we switched over to A Emad for a long term rental. Prices were very competitive and customer service was excellent. I didn’t like the first car they delivered so the promptly swapped it for a new one - no questions asked. Reply to messages quickly and also refunded our deposit in a timely fashion.

Friendly staff, reliable, clean cars, great deals and offers with competitive prices. I dont feel i need to change them with another rent a car company.

Worst customer experience ever made. Handover with long waiting times, long response time via WhatsApp, incomplete information before handover and long waiting time to return car because they are on „lunch break“ while two guys of stuff are sitting in the branch. Never again!
