I have been a regular and loyal customer of their services since i had known them. Before that I would collect rental vehicles from Karama. Never had I faced any issues with them. I had collected nissan kicks for a day or 2 till I can receive my car from the service center. I got the vehicle with absolutely no fuel. I was ok with that as it’s no harm filling on my way. I was extremely cautious while using the vehicle not to damage it in any way as it was a rental. Upon returning the car they found a small scratch on the front bumper. I had honest to God no clue how it came about. My best guess is it might have happened when parked. The scratch is so tiny that they could have let it go. But instead I was forced to take a police report which I had to pay AED 420 and indigos charges of AED 750. The police report took 3 days to be issued and I had to pay the rent for the vehicle even though I had parked it at their location and did not use it. I had told them let me go get it repainted like new but that option was unacceptable to them. This is very disappointing and a very unethical way to earn a few extra bucks. Yes, if i had met with even a small accident I would have understood and followed the protocol of the company. But all this harassment just for a small scratch is unacceptable. I never had such issues with any other rental car company for the last 10 years I am in UAE. I would recommend if any one is taking a car from this company prepare to be harassed. I will definitely never come back here again.

The Customer Service representative named shuhil or shahil (not sure if the name was right) he is very very rude and needs to improved how to communicate and listen properly to the customers. I hope the company can oblige to do a CSR CLASS for their Staff.

Booked a Nissan Kicks via their app. They called me during the day of my pick up and confirmed my pickup schedule. I went there with high hopes to rent the car and to my surprise, there was no car (Nissan Kicks). All they had were the small cars which was of no use to people who have family. If they didnt have the car, they shouldnt have promised my booking. I will never avail their services. There are much better car rental companies out there but, please do not opt Indigo. Thank you!

It was roller coaster ride with Indigo. Initially I found them unprofessional but they have rectified their acts and improved on the service is commendable. I really wish they had come with this service level in the beginning.however they got back to me continuously and kept on informing about the delays and solutions and of course I am deleting my previous comment.

It’s the worst car rental company. It’s been 20 days since I return their car and my deposit is not refunded on 15th day even I don’t have any fine. I was begging them to return my money but they don’t even respond on my messages. Other car rental the are refunding the amount without any reminder but indigo car rental they need to be reminded and they even didn’t allow me to go to their office and took my own money.

No use of booking the car they dont have the cars most of the time and try to give cheeper cars at that price as replacement. Also too many useless terms and conditions they have!! Not recommended at all.

These guys are complete fraud. They will file a police case in 2021 for car returned in 2018 saying payment was pending (which in reality was already paid and they have the audacity to outrightly deny credit card statement showing the payment). Worst part is another car was rented again in 2019 and no one pointed out at that point for 2018 payment pending. Now in 2021 I come to know there is a travel ban because of this issue. Another ridiculous part is because 2018 payment is pending, the 2019 car which was rented on a discount price is now billed at full price and I have to pay difference to get police clearance. So technically I paid 2018 payment twice and 2019 difference to get Police clearance. After 25 follow ups, got 2018 payment refunded just this week which shows that it was an absolute clever game to just harass and make money from people. I hope Google should have negative star rating for such crooks.

They will not responsible after sending the money.For example, if theres any issues with bank and transaction, they will not care about this although customer does not receive deposit back.To get return back deposit, I almost called more than 30 times and they promised me to call back but still no one call.When I say, I will visit close branch, JLT, they said they cant help, only fill out the form.OK, I will go to your Business Bay branch with Police or wait for the calls from Police department.I have all evidence, so if anyone doesnt trust, let me know I can share all photos and evidence.

Hey,I had requested to deliver the car by 12:30PM. After many calls and apologizes they promised me to deliver car by 2PM because their driver is not available. They again failed the time frame and after many more calls and arguments I was forced to go collect it from the Branch in Business Bay by 5PM.The car I received runs well but the exterior and interior was dirty. Front bumper was damaged very bad.Overall impression: They dont give a damn about customers.

Got a dirty car full of scratches with two bars of fuel. They charge you 525 for deposit and do not return the 25 dirhams so be careful of this. The deposit took around 28 days to be returned. I would avoid using these people.

Indigo has the worst customer service and i just experienced.1. That mobile number doesnt work.2. I had to use whatsapp. They ignored for sometime my messages. (Blue tick)3. At the day of deliver, no parking space. They told me stay in street in double like and wait for space. And she hanged up the call.4. After 10min waiting and driving around for 3 times i had to park far away. When i came to the office they started to argue why I had parked that far away. I told them i cant stay in second line cause police can give me a fine. They said it is my responsability if something happen to the car is on me.Very very unprofessional and i have never seen such customer service when renting a car. But then the slogan is: “Marhaba to an amazing car rental experience” 🤣

Worse rental car company in the UAE. Don’t trust all the fake good reviews you read. Horrible experience. You may rent from them because they are very cheap and extremely efficient but after you return the car is when it all happens.They charge your credit card anytime even months after returning the car without any notification.Your deposit you can only dream to have back. They keep bouncing you to speak to different people. Waste of time, bunch of lies.I don’t want to go into specific details as it will bore you, but not sure how this is legal in the UAE.Absolute Fraud.

The person who is in the front office, was so rude to the customer, such an irritating and rude response, this is business bay branch opposite to Shoba shappire tower. Some one need to explain the staff how to behave to the customers. He can be anyone but, forgot about business, he does not know how to treat humans. I am not sure how many works their this is about guy who wear speaks and tall in the front office. I went to ask my deposite. And he was talking to me like that I am sking debt from him. I was like am I came to the right place. Is the realy my money I suppose to get or something. They dont deserve the business with such staffs.

Experience of picking up the car is full of hssles especially on a Friday. they didnt bother to arrange the car despite a Reservation done 4 hours in advance. have zero common sense about the fact that people booking over the weekend would be taking the car to go out of dubai. they didnt have Cars RC. It has taken me more than an hour and 15 min as I am writing this review sitting in their office and still waiting to get the car.

My last rental with Indigo was quite disappointing. I booked the car at 6:30pm and it was delivered around 8pm which for me not a problem, but when i returned the car to there office before 8pm(and they have 2 hrs allowance to return the car) they are closed, and I was calling them and sent a whatsapp messages no one answers me. I called in the morning and told them the issue but they told me to pay 100aed if i want the car to be pick up and charged 1 day rental for the car.

The service is not efficient after returning the car. They charged security deposit and returned not full amount. They charged around 25 for returning the money back(Credit card charges). I drove 110 KM and charged around 40 for fuel expense.This is going too My last rental with Indigo rental car even if they give it to free.Tip: Fill the fuel when you return the car

By far the worst company I have dealt with. DO NOT rent a car from this company.A charge of 3000 dirhams was issued as a result of minor wear and tear scratches to the front of the car. The supposed damages can be seen in the photo below, which are non-existent.I was informed that the 3000 dirhams would be the excess charge. How can they charge 3000 dirhams as an excess to repair these damages? Clearly they do not understand the meaning of the word excess.Further to this, the company has my credit card details (which I have now cancelled) and they are continually trying to charge my credit card random amounts of money for unknown reasons. I do not have a car with them and never will again.Surely there must be some sort of customer protection in Dubai that can be contacted with regard to the horrendous treatment that this company provides?

If you care about your money, please avoid! I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them during the pandemic to return the car, but their offices were closed. With the proof in my hand, still they have charged me an additional month + hidden fees. They said before that the car has GPS and it can trace when the car was used last time, but now they are avoiding to give me an answer. After that you have to deal with some inexperienced and rude employees. Plus, they are not providing receipts for what you pay. It it not worth the headache.

Good company, keeps coming up with offers. Has branch at multiple places so makes it easy to pick up and drop off (charges are very high, so best to do it yourself).Car quality is average though. Some cars are nice but most cars are dirty, sometimes AC doesnt work either. They only have one contact number and if you are not able to connect on that, then good luck!Staff: Some staff are nice, but some are really rude. Rude to an extent that even if you ask for water, theyre like we dont have glasses so cant offer water!Overall, a good company as it offers cars to new license holder and those under 25 (obviously at an additional charge and no insurance).

BEWARE: All the positive reviews here are paid and fake reviews. Complain to DED if you are also facing issues with them. This is the worst rental company in Dubai till now. I have rented from many other companies but this one is the worst ever. They are nothing but SCAM. They will give you very attractive cheap prices but the real deal is, you will be paying much higher because you will have to literally fight to get back your security deposit which is a big amount. So if you are renting car here, assume that your security deposit is gone. I am taking the route of complaining to DED authority now. Because thats the only option. They will find something or other silly reason to not return your deposit. In my case, the car return date got delayed because their offices were closed due to covid 19. Even after trying to contact them many times they didnt responded on how to return the car. And when ultimately they opened offices, they say we will charge you for extra days even when I am not even at fault. I sent them so many massages and calls telling that I want to return the car on time, but no response.Well, all I can say, they give cheaper deals which are not cheap in reality because they dont make profit by renting cars. They make profit by not returning security deposit, taking random charges etc.Only two words.- STAY AWAY. If you love your money.

I had an amazing experience, great price 60% cheaper from budget. What I paid to budget for a week is what I paid to them for 16 days. Plus drop off at any branch of indigo at no cost. And the best part was, when I returned the car to the showroom and I mentioned I have a flight, they were helpful in doing quick signing early morning. Amazing app and highly convenient. One thing that they need to do better is to have internal process system faster. One phone number for the office and takes several minutes to get connected. Overall, loved it.

Unethical company, dont deal with them. I rented a car for a month and when I wanted to return it, the guy actually went under the car to take a picture of scratches under the front bumper, as if he already knew that the scratches are there, they wanted to charge me 1500 for minor scratches under the front bumper in addition to a police report for 420. This company is running a big scam on their customers. No one will ever look under the car to check for scratches when receiving the car.

Scam.That was the summary of my last review ^However I can retract and say the service I received today, although not perfect was still satisfactory. The manager saw me and heard my complaints and came to a fair agreement. This is a refreshing encounter in Dubai where there is often no reasoning. Most of the process of renting from them is smooth just be very aware of the fees that follow any sort of damages even small. If you are aware of this, then I can recommend Indigo. If they honor our agreement I will be using the refunded funds to renew my car with them, and will be happy to continue on as their customer.

Used to be highly competitive but now they charge 500dhs deposit + VAT instead of blocking it in your card and to collect it you need to revisit the branch. You pay VAT for a deposit which is to be returned and moreover have to go back to them to get the money back. How incompetent and unprofessional!!

Before I purchase my own car I used to rent with Indigo. I can’t speak with all their branches as I always visit Business Bay branch. All the staff are nice and welcoming. The only cons that I’m always getting is that, whenever I return them the car it’s freakin hard to get a parking spot. So you’ll ended up wasting a lot of time, it’s risky to put it on a hazard and go inside the office since it’s a two way road only. 3/5 for me just because of the place.

The staff is very professional Specially Mr Usman and some times he is alone in the branch and handled 3 clients at the same time in very professional way, some times if the car i need is not available he arranged very quickly and he checked also the car is in good condition. i checked the rent in other agencies is also some time its less than indigo but because of usman customer service i pay little more and take it from him.i think he is asset for indigo rent a car.

Packages are good however service is poor. last time i rented a car and ask for delivery they took more than 2 hours and today also i had requested delivery at 4.30pm however they forgot to book in the system which i reminded them and after that again it is been 2 hours i am still waiting. I rented a car few times from them. The cars were always dirty. One time they showed in the rental agreement fuel levels much higher than what was actually the fuel level when I got the car. Luckily I noticed that and let them know in advance. The worst thing that I experienced with them it was when they had to issue me a refund cheque. I was calling them after a month to check whether the cheque was ready and initially nobody had any idea of what I was talking about. I had to go to the branch and explain them (also showing them my receipt) to ensure they understand. Even after that, they promised me that the cheque will be ready within the next two day. More than a week has past and still I dont have it....

The company is super cheeky with the rates.They will trick u of the charges and the pick-up and delivery are over charged. 75delivery and 105 for pick-up.They are providing dirty cars and not up to a standard as car rental.They delivered the car very late. I requested for 10:30 and they deliver it at 1pm. Because they missed the request. I have to call to remind them. It is very unprofessional in all aspect.It is truly a disaster experience.I will never rent again from this company.Im deleting the app. It is much better to pay a bit higher than to get a dirty awful car.
