Customer service is less than zero.I will never rent a car from this compnay, they send an invoices and when you request a clarification no one answers just deduct amont from your card
So far, so good! Car was clean, customer service was helpful and competent, car runs smoothly thus far. For the deposit, they block the card (pre-authorization) as opposed to charge, which is much more convenient. As long as the service stays this way, theyll keep their 5 stars!

Its so sad that no one picks up the call at the landline. Why the landline no is mentioned here than ????Pathetic service and I heard from my friend that you charged him like 5k aed for cancellation without his mistake...but he fought with you guys and got his money back.Too bad !
