Gave 1 star just because Jessa who helped me with the booking was fantastic.Unfortunately the car that was delivered to me was so filthy inside that I refused it. I was so glad I had not paid anything yet.There were a lot of dust and crumbs in the car and sweat stains on every seat. There were also scratches all around the car.When I told the driver who had delivered the car, he said it had been cleaned. When I showed him , believe me or not, he started cleaning it with a tissue and water !!I told him it should have been thoroughly disinfected because of COVID, he laughed and said ‘in Dubai no Covid’ - not sure which planet he lives on. I then told him I didn’t want the car and started walking away.His supervisor then pulled next to the car and asked what was happening. When I explained he also said that the car had been cleaned , without even getting out of his car to take a look,When I again showed him, he said ‘don’t touch anything you might catch something!’.He was so rude and unprofessional. I just walked away,You have to stop thinking about profits only but also and especially now, about your customers safety.Again so glad I hadn’t paid anything over the phone or it would have been a nightmare to get my money back.

I highly recommend it, the staff are very friendly and the service was excellent! Cars are clean and well maintained. I’m very satisfied. I will come back indeed !

I rented an Audi in this company and I am very satistied with their service. The car is well-maintained and it is very to easy to deal with the staff. Failed to bring the rented car. I rented a premium brand vehicle they delivered a base model Hyundai crossover without notice. I reserved my rental 2 weeks in advance. Driver did not show up on time for delivery or pick up of vehicle. Spent 30 minutes waiting both times. Was not even offered an apology or a discount. Will never use this company again.
