Rented a commercial van, team was helpful, as good service if not better than some big international car rental brands

Worst Rentalcar Company in the UAE!I am renting cars all over the world since over 10 years and I never faced this much problems as I am facing right now with Eurostar. I have a 3 years lease contract with them and every single time the car has to be service or checked because of minor problems, I would face problems with them because of their lack of professionalism, lack of communication between them or lack of common sense. The replacement car were not always available when needed or they would forget to call me back after I reach for them. We are paying extra to have a replacement car in the same category as ours but we would never get it. Basically, they would make you pay for whatever but you would not get it as promised and they will never do an effort to make up for their mistake because they have no idea about how to serve their clients. Please stay away from this rental company, it will save you a lot of headache.

I had used their rent a car for more than 2 months and they took deposit from me, initially they told deposit will be paid back after 1 month that too after reminding them (their intention is not to pay the deposit money). now more that 2 months still they did not paid my deposit back even after giving so many calls to them, I recommend not to use their car as their intention is not to pay back the customer deposit money.

I booked a car from this company 2 months in advance for 500 AED and when I went to get the car, they changed the rate to 750 AED without any reasons or any upgrade.I would nor advice anyone to deal with them.

I got a leased car from this company because I was reasonably satisfied with their services on a short-term rental. However, this time around, Im having a terrible experience. They will not let me pay by credit card without applying a surcharge of 2%, but worse: they also want to apply the same surcharge to a *debit* card payment!in short: if you wish to hire a car for a weekend, theyre fine. If you want to do serious long-term business, avoid at all cost!NOTE: this review applies to the Abu Dhabi branch in the Tourist Club area.

I book a car from Eurostar and they have a great service. Will definitely choose them when I need a rental car again.

Very bad service. On noticing any complaint with the car the response is too bad and slow to attend the complaint or replacing the car. Held up in an open parking for almost 2 hours and still waiting. Car that I was using taken by the Eurostar Driver for service was returned with FUEL less than the level I gave him. Customer satisfaction is out of the Eurostar Dictionary.

This is the WORST rent a car company EVER in UAE.I DO NOT recommend this company as their service mindset is really awful !!!!Specially, employee in JAFZA branch is really terrible service mindset.If I were an owner, I will fire this guys right now !!!
