I have been renting with Indigo for about a year now and have had a fabulous experience with them! They give the best rates and provide excellent customer service. I left for summer vacation and informed Mohammed Ishraq that I will be back and will need to rent again. I was assured that I would get the best rate and they honored my loyalty to their company by providing me with an amazing car at a great rate. I have rented from several places in Dubai and have been disappointed. I highly recommend Indigo car rental as your choice when renting a car!

After the previous comments I also confirm that this Indian is a big thief… for a simple touch he took more than 700 Aed from me… I would never take a car from their place and I would tell all my friends and relatives not to Go over there…

I was a loyal customer of Indigo for two years renting a car for this entire period. Although I got a very good deal in terms of money, it was not the same for their service. I was renting a car including a full comprehensive insurance. When I received the car, there was a small mini dent a the door which was not marked in the documents. The guy who delivered the car said that I should not be worried about that, because it is covered by the full comprehensive insurance. Cutting the long story short, when I returned the car after many months, the person who received it demanded a police report from me in order not to charge for the dent. I could not provide such report, first because the dent was already there; it was not me who did it and second the dent was so small it can happen in any mall parking by another car door. In the end they deducted AED 525 from the security deposit. So, Indigo charged a customer the amount for a dent that he did not do and after he got misguided initially by one of Indigos employees. The same customer who had paid to them during time the amount of over AED 43K, took care of the car and kept the cars always tip top clean. I let the readers decide how does this look in terms of customer appreciation, customer care, and customer service. Needless to say that I will not rent a car from them again.

Very bad experience that I had experienced in my life with the Rent a car. While issuing the car to us the staffs will behave in a good manner but when we are returning then the scenes it will be changed. Still I am having one doubt that whether theirs intention is us need to rent the car and we need to keep it in showcase or us need to drive. I have purchased the two cars but for one car only I took the photos clearly. When I went for returning the both cars they are telling that new new scratches are available in both Cars but I proven for the one car not for the other. And for that car the marks were downside of the bumper.Very bad experience. Rent is fabulous but while returning the rate what we need to pay that it will be more.

Sometimes I struggle to rent a car ! But then when I knew about Indigo Rent A Car everything changed. This is by far the worst car company I’ve hired from !!!!!!! I have had to chase them and their no good accountant every month to settle my payment for the month! I’ve returned the cat and they send me the wrong billing saying that I haven’t payed the last months rent when dropping the car when I’m fat I have sent themScreen shots of the transfers ! Then they change the story to “ oh you have remaining 53dhs of a fine , and I’mWondering why and how do I have a remaining balance of 53dhs when I’ve already payed the fine long ago and sent them screen shots ?!?! Turns out that now they’ve added so extra fees for fines that they totally neglected to tell me when I payed my fine.I was told the fine was 100 dhs and extra would be 20 so I payed 120. Now they turn around and say, no it was 173! The mistake is from their side and they are trying to blame the client ! If your company would have told me the right amount , I would have transferred that amount ! And they are just horrible , I’ve asked themMultiple times for breakdowns per email of my monthly bill and never received it ! Terrible terrible way of running a business by a bunch of amateurs!

First of i would like to tell to the owner of this company rental car please you should look after the costumer they are your pocket because your process and how you dealing with client its disaster specially on refund amount that waiting so long for 15 days of refund its impossible i rented a car Nissan sunny for 3 days and i followed process policy company after i finished of rental and everything was clear no any issues and i waited for 18 days and Intel now still didnt get anything yet and i was having emergency back home and nothing was helpful. i will not suggest your company to any of my relative or say good condition because its purely disaster and dispointed

At first I was a bit hesitant to rent a long term car because I’ve been talking to multiple agents and I don’t really know who to contact immediately to assist my needs however I took the risk and rented for 3-6 months, at first the car delivered was not the one I requested so I called the agent to assist and luckily, Ishfaq reached out to me so i informed him about my request. He was very diligent and very helpful. He did his best to provide me a very good car for a long term rental so now I’m confident that if I need any help I’ll definitely contact him and I would highly recommend him to new customers.

Was not surprised to see that the highest negative keyword in their reviews is security deposit and all have one star reviews!!!!! I must confess that I am very thankful for the BAD customer service provided by Isfaq (i believe his name is, from the JLT office?) as I decided NOT to rent the car from them and saved myself the hassle of the stress of dealing with them.I have been renting cars for the last six months now and happened to pass by their office after a meeting. I was immediately recommended to use the APP to avail offers. After multiple tries and getting in touch with them on Whatsapp i was finally able to make a booking. I must mention here that because of this hassle I did not go through the terms and conditions properly and agreed. Since I have had issues with the security deposit before I messaged them asking for clear information on their policy for the same. They called me and after a lengthy conversation confirming to me that the deposit would be refunded in 15 days max, the girl did not mention anything about a SECURITY DEPOSIT PROCESSING FEE OF 25 DHS! (BE AWARE)!So when i reached the office in JLT i was shocked to see this charge. The guy- Isfaq was rude and made it a point to point out that it was mentioned in terms and conditions. While there is a worldwide debate currently by hospitality managers on whether the customer is always right, I can assure you one thing..... if the customer is wrong, do NOT rub his/her face in it and ridicule him/her. You get the impression from them that they strongly believe that it is their owners who are paying their salaries - not the customer. So its fine to treat them down!!!!If you live in the area and want a recommended car rental service, use Green Motion Car rental in Ibn Battuta. Ask for Masroor, a gentleman who understands customer service. They may not be a fantastic car rental service, but humanity and treating others with respect is something you can expect in interactions. And ALSO..... security deposit as a preauth only which get automatically released onto your credit card in 14 days fully with no processing fee :) and NO HIDDEN CHARGES!!!

Rental was delivered on time. Car was okay. Staff is friendly. Beware of the deposit policy, they charge you 5% handling and they took more than a month to refund it. I had to call them so they would refund! All in all, I’ve had a better experience with other rental services in the same area.

Poor service. The drivers are great. They are friendly. However people working in their office are bad. They will charge you in your card that you have provided without informing you. If you call them they will tell you that they have sent the updated invoice. Poor customer service. If you will need a service, its hard to call the emergency number that they provided. If you are paying security deposit to them for rent a car, you are doing biggest mistake. Because company do not believe in returning your money. You have to take 1000 follow up to get response for your security deposit. They will not respond to your call or whatsapp. Even if they are responding , they will let you know the hidden charges so they do not need return the full amount.Please take care guyz. Even 1 star is too much.I got a car with low battery and got stuck to go to work... even if they told me they have changed it the day I took it.I brought back car 1 day before and got charged 500 aed on top...Oceanscape branch is the worst ever, and the guy I think his name is Rizwan there is just lying to customer.I dont recommend it at all.

It’s been maybe three month or more chasing them to give me my deposit back and looks like it’s impossible

I was able to rent a car from Indigo, however was not informed of the charges I had to pay upon delivery and pick up. Another issue is that two months later I havent received back the deposit I paid upon renting the car despite texting numerous times to the company. No deposit paid back to date. Very disappointed.

This is the worst car rental company I have seen! When I return a car they asked me to pay for a traffic ticket, which they are not able to provide any evidence and asked me to pay for old dent. Please please try to avoid this scammer company at any cost. I recommend going to the bigger known companies like AVIS, Budget....

Rent a car Nissan kick, for 3 month. On promotion price. Delivered to me car which was so dirty, that I can not even sit inside. Changed on next day, but I had to wait 1 hour as employees were eating there breakfast.2nd month they did not take payment from the card at all, did not even contact or anything. When I came to the office they said, main office will contact you. End of the month payment been taken. 3d month they sending me invoice, where they already increased the price without informing me. After long discussion, I payed and leave. And yesterday they are taking money from my account without any information or invoices. So be careful with that company.Today Im going to police, to report it.

They deducted fine from me and I was called to jabel Ali police station and I spend a day trying to prove my innocence. They still did not give evidence for the fine I got they claim to have deducted from me and no response to email. Absolutely dangerous people to deal with.

When the car was delivered there was a warning light showing for low tyre pressure. The delivery guy said its ok, just put air in the tyres, this surprised me considering it had just been signed out of the workshop. They then failed to take the payment for the second month. They contacted me 3 weeks late to take and when I explained I wanted to off hire, they gave me a revised price for that period only then decided to take an additional 500dhs payment due to an error on their part. It then took me almost 2 weeks to speak to someone regarding this and they refuse to give any details to escalate the complaint. Would not recommend this company at all.

Indigo is swift and accommodating. The app is good can definitely be enhanced. Great offers are always available. Not very happy with the mileage limitation recently added, hope that can be reverted back soon.

Hand over process was not clear and delay on delivery time waited all day .. but now big problem chasing to get my deposit money back which is after 25 days from return the car , should get it back automatically . as i been chasing them they tried to make me sign new documents to say it is ok for them to keep the money for 2 months more !! just madness . i refused as this was not the agreement and they are not bank to keep my money for them to use . but now they ignore my messages and not transfer my deposit back ..it seems i have to report this !!!

I have been using Indigo Rent a Car and I have always found the staff to be friendly whenever I have visited the office at the time of vehicle collection/drop off. They also provide vehicle drop off at your location which is very helpful. Their rates are very reasonable and they also provide unlimited mileage at a very nominal fee which most companies don’t provide. The condition of the cars are generally very good. Another key aspect is the office is operational on Fridays which is very helpful.

Worst service providing by indigo rent a car.Kindly avoid using this rent a car service.After 40 days also they are not ready to payback security deposit.Everytime you have to make fallow up for return security deposit.
