Awful company. Take every opportunity to make money by not telling the truth. Will put petrol in car and tell you that you need to pay with no proof of the value of the fuelAdd VAT to everything even when it isnt chargedGenerally a lazy bunch of individuals who do not understand a thing

Im Rent Flex customer since 1 and half year. they have good rate, nice and clean car and good support service. I got an accident and they replace the car in less than 1h, for regular maintenance they come pick it up and give me back. excellent choice as rental company . you cannot go wrong.

Good condition and well cleaned cars at very reasonable price best pick for all budget class. Providing premium servicing and maintaining precise timing for delivery and pick up. Very polite behaviour from the representatives.Totally very good experience ♥️

Being a regular rent a car user throughout the UAE and in particular Dubai, I have found tag line to be among the very best rent a car that I have rented from. Their extremely friendly staff, competent drivers, and a fantastic fleet. And their prices are really reasonable.

Good option if you are planning to get a rent car. Good service, neatly maintained vehicles, easy replacement of car if customer have any problem.

First time Im dealing with this rent a car and definitively the last.Keeping me waiting for more than 3 hours to get a replacement car without any update, this is just not acceptable.I would definitely not recommand this agency.

I would give them - 5, never on time. Brought the car in a very bad condition, about 80k millage mazada 6, cameras were removed, full. In scratches, with specific horrible smell. Now they are trying to charge me 200 aed ghat car insife is not clean.I will fight with them with complienece to all the authorities

I have a good experience with RentFlex,, at first i was provided with not that good vehicle, but after I raised this concern, Shaiju from Operations immediately replaced it to a new vehicle and provide great service. Ill definitely will comeback and recommended them in the future

Poor service.Refund of the security deposit is delayed for more than a week now and there is no proper response from their accounts section.

Best service provider in UAE. Had breakdown at midnight and got replacement vehicle within an hour...

Worst company ever.. not recommended at all!! Not professional!! Liars!!I was supposed to receive a car at 6:00 pm and they left me in the streets till 8:00 in the streets with 3 kids, 2 babies and 2 carseats waiting for them.. i called they hang out and lie and say we will send it and nothing happening!!I don’t recommend them to anyone ever, they are waste of time and i am complaining everywhere and will let everyone know them well. SHAME!!

The service is bad soooo bad, they are not mentioning that they will deduct for fuel and they are writing in their report what ever they want without even checking with the client, i never had a bad experience with a car rental like them, they are stilling money from customers, all rent a car companies are not charging for the fuel
