Honestly,my opinion is split in 2. I have a few things to say about their service.Lets start with the positives. When I needed help with the car not turning on, Ravi came to my rescue in no time and was super fast! I couldnt have asked for better.However the negatives are ridiculous. We waited 3 extra hours to pick up the car. And when the car got broke, like it was dead, because the battery was disconnected. I mean seriously? Lets say this happens, when that happened, their 24/7 emergency call wouldnt answer. I think they were asleep behind the desk. Again Ravi explained that I contacted the airport number. But, how would I know??? I mean Im a tourist! At least make it clear!!! When we take the car!the nbres we should call. Anyway, thanks to Ravi, this was solved. But no thanks to anyone else. In case I decide to take their cars again, I will make sure Ravi is there to help me in emergencies.

I had a very good experience at the car rental Service counter inside Ford showroom. The car was ready as promised it was clean and sanitized.The agent was very polite and very helpful. I had a good service during pick up and return of the car. Thank you 😊

Excellent choice of cars, good pricing and fantastic customer service!I recently rented a Mustang GT from them at an incredible price. The customer service is just fantastic. The car had minor issues with the AC and Veronica promptly arranged a replacement V6 Mustang for me. Both cars were home delivered and they fixed the Gt and returned it in a day. They have a good range of cars to choose from and since they associated with the Ford/Lincoln/LR/Jaguar/Maserati brands, the pricing is the best in the region. However, their strongest point is their incredible customer service which is hard to match elsewhere. I am a repeat customer.

When I returned my vehicle from a 3 month rental, the member of staff from National Car in Dubai checked the vehicle and I signed the vehicle check in document. He refused to give me a copy (despite there being one) so I took a picture of it. National Car then stated there was a charge of 650AED for damage to the tyre, however this damage was not caused by me (I drove the vehicle to the National Car office), nor was anything registered on the form I signed so I asked them to evidence this damage. They then sent me two photos, one of my vehicle registration plate, one of a tyre which could belong to any vehicle (and was clearly not capable of my journey to their office) and their copy of the check in form .However, their copy of the form is not the same as the one I signed. Some of the information is not even in the same colour of pen. After I put my signature on the form and they took it back to their office from the car park, extra information was added to appear as though I had agreed to damage.Initially, I was told both on the phone and by email that they believed me and needed to speak to the member of staff on his return from annual leave and then would process my refund. However, later the same day, I was sent another email simply stating they would not refund the money because the damage was caused by me; yet still not providing evidence of this.I then contacted Consumer Rights, who spoke with National Car who agreed to refund my money and the case was closed. However, National Car then called me and pretended to have no knowledge of my case and then refused to process the refund! Their new argument was that I had HIDDEN the tyre in the car, however the tyre in the picture was so badly damaged it could have only been caused by a high speed accident or by crashing into a vehicle/object. All such incidents here in Dubai require police attendance and an accident report, however there was no such report nor any call for breakdown service.My complaint is still ongoing but my advice to you is to avoid this company like the plague! They are liars, fraudsters and will do anything to avoid giving you back your money which you are entitled to!

I received a very good service, when I arrived the car was ready for me to drive away in. This rental car was so reasonably priced, and so responsive that I would definitely use them again. Dont be put off by the scruffy buildings.

They still have not returned 800 AED they took from my friend and they are still trying to use a mix-and-match credit card copy to get money. Do not let them copy your card.

Avoid this company, these people are proper liars, will do anything to take your money. Please avoid them at any cost.

The worst possible company to deal with .. was deducted about 750 dirhams for the fracture shown in the picture (I do not know if it was me or another tenant), but they seem to exploit their customers.The worst ..be careful !! They charged my credit card 750 AED as the shown image (obviously could not know if that was me or another one)
