I rented a car from an organization Uptown Rent A Car. R10, Empire Heights, Business Bay, Dubai, +97158 687 7777. +97158 687 7777.Unfortunately, on that day I got into an accident that was not my fault (there is a police conclusion that I am not guilty).The representative of this company said that I have to pay 20,000 dirhams while the car is being repaired. I said that I didn’t have that kind of money, then the representative of the rental company began to intimidate me - if I don’t pay the money, they would start a case on me and I would not be able to leave the country for a long time.I was very scared and gave all the money I had so that I could return home.I strongly advise against using the services of this company

What an awesome experience! We rented a Ferrari F8. When they ran into to snag with providing the car for our rental period they went ABOVE AND BEYOND and promptly provided us with a replacement until it could be worked out. The end result was us being able to have a Lamborghini for half the rental period and the Ferrari for the second half of the re rental period. They even extended the rental period by several hours to make up for the mixup. Cars were awesome. Service was awesome. Highly recommend this company!! They are a super professional company and so accommodating. Avdesh was so great to work with. Seriously this was so much fun!!!

I would avoid renting from these guys again. Im a good customer and they tell me I get good rates. Got car for same rate advertised then they charge an extra 1500dhms for 75kms. Even the staff said we know its too expensive. The car was all scratched up and marked too. I wont be going back. There are much much cheaper options in Dubai for cars than these guys, you just have to look. Take my advice and avoid renting from here.Update. Was constantly harassed on Whatsapp by a company representative to delete my review and offered a very tiny amount of the money they unfairly charged me in the first place. But I cant allow other customers to be stung like they did to me. As I said, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND USE ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY.

Rented a car from uptown due to a friends recommendation and honestly couldn’t have made a better choice. Shiny from the uptown team arranged me a beautiful 2020 G63 that Ashish delivered to me at the airport as soon as I arrived the car was waiting. Ashish was so clear about the terms and conditions and made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me. Then I had a beautiful experience of driving the car and when it came to the end, Fazal came and picked the car up from my hotel at 5 am which I was so happy with and done the pick up in such a professional polite manner that I was so comfortable that I chose the right company. Hired a G Wagon in summer 2020 for 2 days in covid, prices were well cheap, they didnt have the G wagon ready in time so gave me the GLE 63 for a few hours, very professional, deposit was returned in a few days, car was checked and was done quickly, recommended company !!

I rented a 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera S for 5 days on this trip and it was brand new and a great drive. The people have always been very very helpful. From the drop off to the pick up it went very smoothly. Fazal in particular was amazing and very respectful. The whole team is very helpful and great. Will be back in another month to rent from them again. I highly recommend them. 100/100!!!!!!This is one of the best every rental car company out in Dubai for luxury cars. I was given the exact car I had asked for within two hours of landing. The gave me the best rate available and even reduced it down more when I mentioned it was my birthday! Hands down will only use them whenever I need a rental car in Dubai !

A good selection of cars, nice and helpful managers, quick and good communication through WhatsApp or on the booking desk.We rented a BMW 5 for several days, wanted to get a higher class but unfortunately all cars we wanted were booked for our days.Minuses:- If you have any special request, make sure to check several times that they were received and filled in. We needed a child seat, but the manager didn’t understand our request, so when we picked up the car, there was no seat, and we had a bit of frustrating experience waiting for it for quite a while and changing the whole trip plan for the day. The managers were helpful and in the end everything was resolved in our benefit, we got the seat and extended hours, but the precious vacation time is lost. Next time we will triple check all requests are noted.- MasterCard isn’t accepted. At all. We tried both payment through the terminal, then online, nothing went through. Luckily we had a visa too. So make sure you have a Visa card when you book here. Again, we lost more than half an hour looking for different options to pay and had a minor frustration, but resolved everything.- Glasses are heavily darkened. I believe for most of the time in Dubai that’s more of a benefit, helps to prevent the car from heating, etc. but when we were in Dubai it was cloudy and a bit hard to see in rear mirrors, especially in the dark time. Luckily I’m an experienced driver but for less experienced it may be a challenge. Don’t know though if it was the case just with the car we booked though.Pluses:- A nice selection of cars, if you book in advance. I wasn’t interested in the ultra luxury segment, but they have a variety of rolls Royce, Porsche, Maserati, Ferrari, etc - really good choice.- Helpful and cooperative staff. The salesman sent us all options, pictures, etc.- The car was really in good condition, not feeling too “used”, and was clean inside and outside.- We had a desk in our hotel so pickup and return was quite easy (leaving the payment issues aside).All in all we are satisfied clients and will book again. Thank you!

Super untrustworthy dealer !Rented a car for one day with agreed rate of 2500 AED.Rental was fair so far. When returning the car, sales guy took it and said everything`s fine.2 weeks later Uptown charged another 780 AED (which is additional 30%) without any reason.Having now serious discussions.... :-(Hands off !

I was on a tour in Dubai and needed a rent a car for couple of days. They provided me a car at my door step. I wasnt fully satisfied with the car so they replaced it immediately with another and a better one. The best rent a car service I have come across so far. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Car came late. Car is in a bad condition. But my real issue is when they don’t return your deposit. You have to chase them. Then they say it’s a banking issue. Pretty sure it’s illegal to defamate a bank. Apart from that the delivery guy Fazal was a nice guy. He asked me to leave him a five star review. Sorry buddy. Not happening when I don’t get my deposit back

Disappointing customer service. I contacted them through whatsapp and confirmed the car and pick up and drop off time and location, and I even asked him if he wants me to send him any details or fill out any form or some type of payment and he said no its okay the car will be there and you could pay and sign at that time.I called him and texted him on whatsapp on the day I was supposed to get my car but no reply and no car showed up. I had to cancel and change all of my plans for that day.
