They did not reimburse my deposit until Sept 2020 (and I’m still following up).Despite continuous follow-ups, they always give lame excuses. Only God knows when they will return your deposit…

Absolutely terrible experience. I rented a car in May 2020, and 4 months later I am still waiting for the 1.500 dirhams security deposit to be refunded. I reached out to Carlease 5 times since then, and every time I heard the same thing: youre on top of our priority list and will be reimbursed asap.The rental itself was badly managed. I picked up the car and was supposed to return it on a given day. The government declared this day a bank holiday a few days later (Eid). I wasnt warned by Carlease about the closure of their offices, and yet they wanted to charge me for the extra day I had to keep the car for, despite not using it and being ready to return it when agreed. In the end I was able to reject the additional payment.Lets see when I end up getting my deposit fee back....

Do not use Carlease Dubai. They dont repay your refund

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They renewed my lease without my consent and taking their time to return my money. They gave me a substandard car promising many features and failed to deliver. They replaced the car with a car that made loud noises on turns and when I called to inform them they said it was normal. (Extremely unconfortable). I really hope you read this review before considering this place. To top it all off, the sales person was shouting on me when I tried to get information and his manager hung up on me several times.

Finally after 1 year we got our deposit back just because we went to the police and they were behind them...I dont know how this place is still working

We had such a bad experience. Dont trust them! I rented a car just for a day without any incident and after the payment I got 2 extra charges in my credit card without justification. I wrote them several times asking about my money and after 2 months later I am still waiting for a response..I am about to go the Police to set a denunciation as I dont get any reply to all the emails and phones... Be aware if you book something

U WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSITUPD April 15, 2019: after daily emails and phone calls I have finally got my deposit, but be sure you have someone in Dubai to collect it by cash, because they will give excuse that their machine does not work or that your bank is rejecting the deposit. It is sad that such suspicious enterprise is based in the heart of Dubai Financial District. They simply ruin peoples great experience in this beautiful and safe city. shame on them

As it turns out, I do not see myself as the first one to raise an issue / complain about the recklessness for not reverting back on Security Deposit + excessive amount charged wrongly. Whoever is reading this should seriously reconsider their business with Carlease and I strongly Advise, DO NOT, infact I REPEAT, DO NOT Book a rental car with them if this is the service you are going to receive.It has been more than a month and I have not receieved my Deposit back; if that was not less; I have been charged twice for one Rental and to top it all; I have not response from them regarding this.

I want my money back. They used my Spanish visa card when I had specifically told them I would make a transfer every month (visa card was just for the deposit). Paying with a foreign visa card is obviously more expensive to me because of international commissions (but they didnt care).Its taken them ages to give my deposit back.They also made a mistake and charged me twice. Again, I havent seen my money back, and its been a month after. Nov 2017. They just keep on saying, write an email, but its useless.Im worried because Ive read other reviews and it seems its a typical procedure. I should have read these reviews before.

After 2 months and several emails, they still have my 1500AED deposit, I guess some people forget about this amount and this company just keeps it.

Dont trust them. Low quality and old cars, no specifications or extras in the cars. Just plain cars. You pay a lot for nothing. I called them, they promised me a car and then they didnt even have it! They offered a replacing model (very old) while they got the model I asked for. The new car never came. They charged me twice for the rental car (by mistake) and asked me to claim the money back. This money, a month later, has not came yet into my pocket back.

If you are a very particular person, you will need to know people personally here to get things done. I would recommend to reach out to Aadil Qureshi in Al Quoz branch if you have specific requirements. In my case, I had to return and get the car again every 3 months due to my visa type and I always wanted the same car. Aadil was patient enough to accommodate the request and gets the car serviced and ready when I usually land in Dubai. Also they were flexible on my KMS limit since I usually drive a lot.

. Better your company should attack the people and take the money.The worst ever car leasing company I have ever deal with.That is more suiting than doing a rent a car business. Never ever giving the deposit of 3500 dirhams and never answering the Calls. The Guy from the company Mr. Deepak took my call and never answering the call and the receptionist never want to give the call to anyone when I asked her to give the call to customer experience managers. They don’t have any shame to run this business. Even I tried messaging the boss of the company through Linkedin. He also talk the same thing. They are showing they got a a lot of awards for customer experience. I don’t know how people pay and get this awards. It’s showing the reputation of the award companies. Dubai government should ban this kind of companies.

DONT RENT CAR FROM Carlease. Ive rented a car from them in July 2018 and they didnt refund the security deposit until not Feb 2019. Ive sent tons of emails and went to the office but they did nothing and every time they make up and excuse.There are hundreds of car Rental in Dubai please stay safe and use another one.

It is a FRAUD company. Trust me!! DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM.1. All the cars they provide have no valid VEHICLE REGISTRATION and INSURANCE Kindly ask for car registration and insurance details before signing any agreement and renting. As you drive a car without registration youll incur AED 600 as fines and 8 black points.2. Credit card fraud - As they have your credit card details - they will charge whenever they feel like MANUALLY using the POS machine. They will charge you for fines, they will charge you twice or sometimes thrice in a month. Several cases from the Mashreq bank as been registered under this companies name. Everytime Mashreq reaches them with a case, they return the money stating it was a HUMAN ERROR.3. They dont pay RTA FINES. Go and check the RTA website and check for yourself. The company will collect fines from your credit card without informing you and doesnt pays to the government. This is a very serious issue.4. Deposit refund - Once they get a hold of your deposit, wooofff!!! Gone!! Your money is never coming back to you. Especially if you are a tourist. Avoid choosing this company. They believe nobody has the time to leave their work and keep chasing them for deposit. If you read the reviews below youll understand everything said here is actually true. If you still dont believe - Go ahead and try for yourself.

I had a wonderful experience, for a first timer with Car Lease, right from enquiry stage till handover. I was well detailed about their charges and policies and valuable suggestions were offered during my booking. The car itself was well maintained and each aspect of it was informed in advance. Reminder calls were given during pickup date and end of the contract date since it was for two weeks duration. They were happy to accommodate discounted vouchers on the stack rates unlike other Rental companies. I would like to deal with them in the future and highly recommend them within my group. I am still waiting for my deposit money since 3 months. I have written a lot of emails: to marketing, to Jeff to customer support and also to the deposit tracker team but withou any result. Just one mail I have got they were asking me fo my bank account and I gave them it but also without any outcome!

Carlease - Continuing to Impress! As I wrote about 6 months ago, my initial experience was great. But sustained customer satisfaction is more difficult to achieve after the initial impression and joy of leasing a car wears off. Carlease does it. A few weeks ago the battery in our nice, clean Kia Sportage gave out. After a call to Carlease, the service team came to my apartment, and installed a new battery -- from the call until the gent left was less than 90 minutes -- impressive! Two days ago I turned the car in (heading home on vacation for 4 weeks), will re-lease upon my return (a very nice feature!). The process was quick, efficient and fair. Congrats to the Carlease Team - besides Aquif and Hussain I know there are many others who contribute -- I thank all of you!

Car Lease Rent a car is the biggest Fraud Company i have ever come across,Guys out there please be care full and do not rent your car with them, they eat your money and never return your deposit and they charge you extra without even asking from you,They deducted from my account an extra amount without even asking,Proper Fraud Company and most useless Customer Service Team
