I rented a car recently, a mazda 3. car was given clean and was ready when i got there. The staff was friendly. I had issues with the car after 3 days the car wont start. i call the hotline and they where able to send a technician within an hour which was good. overall the experience was good.

Hired a ford SUV, Golf GTI and Now a corolla, have had no bad experiences from the team at Al Quoz always friendly and courteous and fast with the check out. They offer a collection service which is beneficial as you don’t have to take the car back. Deposits are a bit high and do take a while to release back onto your credit card.

Hard to find but the address of price for value

Stay away if you know what is good for you. I had to take my vehicle in for repairs in Al Quoz I looked for a car rental close by. On the dollar website they do not list it as a pickup point, but rather as central reservation desk. You have to smell that this is located in Al Quoz. After phoning and establishing this I made a booking. Since the address is close to where I was going I was going to walk there. After 45 minutes walking, phoning, walking, phoning I gave up and went to Time Square. Even the taxi driver did not know where it was so I ended up going home and using another rental company. If you cannot even have a proper name sign up then why do business. They will never hear from me again, even if they gave away cars!
