Wanted to blame me for a scratch that was already there, if it was not for my insistence and the images of the cameras. And no insurance is proposed to cover all the risks. Not to mention the arrogance of the employee when you claim your innocence. And no apologies neither. I strongly recommend avoid renting from there.
