Excellent service, proper way to do business. I contacted Paddock Rent a Car late at night with hopes for a last minute rental the following morning. Within minutes got a message on WhatsApp, the details on the car were finalized in 10 minutes and without hesitation or further questions the car was delivered to the hotel the following morning looking pristine ready to go. The service is second to none, these guys are gentleman and make doing business easy as it should be.

For 2 days, We rented one black Huracan from one guy called Aslan that uses Paddock Agency cars, the service and car were both OK but we never received back our full Deposit (5,000 AED still missing after many months), the agency is saying that Aslan is not working for them so that we need to check with him. Unfortunately we cannot trust this agency and their agents anymore.We tried other agencies in Dubai after this as we love supercars, the prices were better and we never had an issue with Agents and Deposit.

Hired Lamborghini Huracan from them. The service and the time given for delivery was extra ordinarily the best. Payment and document processing was just a piece of cake. Will definitely recommend and i would be a happy returning customer.

I rented there abarth car very well maintained and it’s new with amazing guy called Adam ...My issue with there insurance money which they don’t return which is 2k and when I try to contact with bank representative by phone no one answer , only by wattsup and they told me they use 37 from the insurance money for SALK and fuel and the remaining amount will be credited back within 28 days to my card which I didn’t receive till date ...So last time to use there service...

Had an awesome experience renting from Paddock. They delivered the Huracan and the 570S to the hotel and immediately there was a small crowd around the cars taking pictures. On time service, they even accommodated our late night departure and picked up the cars from us at midnight! Highly recommended and will definitely rent from them again once back in Dubai.

When I was checking the car for scratches and things like that, the person who delivered it showed scratches under the car’s door that I haven’t noticed.Thank you for the service.

I hired a McLaren 650s which was delivered and collected at my hotel in an timely manner.The car was perfect and fantastic to drive.Seqeem delivered the car and was very helpful in explaining the controls etc.I hired a Ferrari 488 January 2019 and I will be returning in 2021 to hire a Lamborghini because I am very happy with the service provided by Paddock.I will have to do some research on the road layout as I spent a lot of the times lost!🤣

Excellent service! Car was waiting at the airport when we arrived and collected at hotel. Cars were in excellent condition. Was a minor scratch on alloy which I overlooked when inspecting car on arrival but company was extremely honest and assured me the scratch was there beforehand when I queried the matter. Very professional and honest service.

Service could not have been better. Rented a Porsche for the day for a 12 hour layover. Saqeem delivered it to the T3 arrivals car park for us to meet him, constantly communicating via WhatsApp. He was excellent in showing us the car and quickly getting us on our way. As a surprise for my wife i decided to rent her favorite car a Lamborghini Huracan spyder. I looked all over the web and decided to pick Paddock. So we went there with my dad who is well into his 50s, and god damn was this a great experience(We took the black r8. If you have never been in a super car or a nice ride, the amount of fun was certinantly worth my money. You get the freedom of driving a cool car in a nice city. Service was great and everything was top noch. We even got our tire pressure bumped even though it wouldnt have made a difference. Staff was perfect in communicating and explaining local laws, while being extremely friendly. Overall i recommend this place for car rental and especially exotic car rental.

We hired the grey Huracán Lamborghini. It didn’t arrive on time due to the previous renter. However, Adam did his best to accommodate me. Adam was easy to communicate with and was accessible via mobile 24/7. He rated me the best price and even delivered it! So heres the story. Was let down badly by another rental company. Brilliant Service.I wanted to rent a Nissan GTR so I visited Paddock in Dubai. Unfortunately the Nissan was already rented out, but the guys at paddock recommended the Mercedes AMG GTS Edition 1. Which was the most badass version of the AMG GTS I have ever seen. It was a really great car to drive, and I had a fantastic day. The guys at Paddock delivered the car at my hotel, and the day after they picked it up. They was very fair and checked the car, which was in the same condition as when they delivered it. Everything went as expected and I can recommend Paddock to everyone who want to rent a supercar in beautiful Dubai. Next time I travel to Dubai, I will get rent another car at Paddock.
