Service nul, they are only good in charging money without informing the customer or prior notice but not in responding inquiries or fixing their own mistake. they charged me extra days and do not reimburse and they are using my credit card as if it was their own card. Very bad customer service.

Leasing a new Nissan from here and am up for my first 1,000km service. Its been 11 days now and still unable to get an appointment to service the car.They were so quick to finish the paperwork and cash the cheques, of course.

First few months experience was good but the latest experience made me not to choose this rental company anymore. I know the charges that was taken from me was not that so big that is why no one from the team cared to clarify it to me. It is about trust and accuracy which all customer needed at this time but which Shift rental car failed to provide me. It doesn’t matter if you will contact me or not as I also do not need it.Previous review (4mos ago): I definitely recommend Shift Car rental to people who wants new, well maintained and safe cars to rent. The staff was so helpful and very quick to assist too. Thank you Roben Mark for the assistance, from the Facebook messenger to emails and phone calls. I am a new driver but he was able to assist me and got me a car. Imagine I was given a 2020 model with a very low mileage. The driver who dropped and picked up the car was also on time and was friendly and professional too. I am pretty sure that the car was cleaned and sanitized coz even the steering wheel was covered with a cling wrap when it was handed over to me. I am looking forward for my next booking with Shift.

I was very conscious about hiring a vehicle because of Covid-19 as i was not sure how safe the cars would be.I decided to walk into the Shift Aweer branch and spoke to a Mr. Clifred with regards to my concerns. Awful customer service, requested a replacement car for service two weeks later nothing happened, rented from them for four months and when i returned the car, they charged me again for a full month 3 days later!! they charged me always without asking or sending me the invoice. they charged me a traffic fine and when i asked for the details of the fine i never received it!! just avoid at all costs

Called - they said they have the car available. Called to confirm many times - nobody answered (number on google maps is apparently some secondary desk). Came 1 cars are apparently not available for some time

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM.They lied about daily rent and then I complained to manager, he promised that he will solve the issue for a week daily, then blocked my mobile!They informed me that they deducted 120 AED from the deposit and show no proof that they returned the refund.After four months they used my credit card information to charge me 450 AED for fines!I REALLY REGRETTED THAT I DEALT WITH SUCH PEOPLE ESPECIALKY HAFEZ
