I dont have much more experience but as per my knowledge one of the best way should be this to choose them for their SERVICES very less price as compared to other companies while co-operative also especially Mr. Tariq

THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY !!My experience :I used their services through the concierge of our hotel. It was the only company that accepted us so we didnt have choice and no time (the other companies needed our credit card but none of us had one).As we didnt have a credit card, we had to give a cash deposit: 1500 AED. We rented the car for 2 days to go from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and come back.We got the car but the fuel was almost empty, we did our road trip and returned the car in the same condition and on time. We didnt receive any news from them the next few days we were in Dubai.I send an email to the address on the business card to claim our deposit back. After few days I receive a response saying that they will return only 1255 AED as they will charge us 245 AED for a scratch on bumper, low fuel and 5 saliks (charges in Dubai city). We knew the bumper was a lie, as for the 5 saliks as we didnt go inside Dubai and the fuel was also empty when we received the car...I replied to explained all that, and to claim our full deposit. I havent received any response to this email and several others after that. Then I had to involve the hotel as they recommended them to us. The concierge of the hotel discussed with the company and they finally agreed to send back 1,465 AED of our deposit (charging only 35 AED) which we agreed as we were worried to never receive any money back. Finally they sent the money via Western Union and we had to pay the transfer fees to get the money.All of this was very stressfull. At the end -after two weeks of stress and negociation- we got most of our deposit back but this was only thanks to the hotels concierge. I am sure we would not get any response from them...

ATTENTION!!! BE CAREFUL!!! dont rent from this company,this company is not serius i rented a car at 10/02/2018 and i had to deposit about 350euro(1550 DH) for traffic fines or toll fees , the straingh thing was that even i had enaugh money on my card they couldn deposit the money through my card so they ask me for cash deposit and they said give us a bank account and we will send you your deposit back in 20 days after you finish the car . Now its 12/07/2018 and i still dont get my deposit back, i have spend a lot of time and money for e-mails,messeges and telephone calls but they always have a excuse that something went wrong and they will send it later bla,bla,bla.I have to say that i travel to many countries and i always rent a car or motorbike but something like this it is neve happend to me . So be verry carefull .

Yes Guys be Careful!!!My friend from Iraq he has the same experience with those people they steal your deposit even after deducting the fines money still dont send you the rest of the money.

Worst experience, close to a fraud! We waisted 3 hours to reveive a dusty, dirty, smelly, allready crushed car, with the king of unpolite driver! The price changed from the phone to the deliverry (up!), the full insurance become standard, extra money. The driver was aggresive. We call the police and made a complain.

My car rental every time when I am in Dubai..

Not reliable: charged fees without authorization and took a very long time to repay part of the funds. In the end, the cost of renting was higher and they kept shunning their responsibility. They did not even return rental documents. To avoid ! Do not let them have your bank references!
